Brand visual design is not only an essential bridge for companies to convey their ideas and values but also a key factor in shaping the brand image and enhancing market ***,a pervasive concern has arisen in society that many recent graduates in brand design and visual design cannot immediately meet the demands of the design *** attempts by scholars to reform courses and teaching philosophies,there are still significant shortcomings and ***,based on market orientation and supply-demand concepts,this study collected in-depth recruitment demands for brand design from 74 companies and conducted systematic summarization and *** synthesized a demand model consisting of three major modules and 55 content points required by companies for brand design *** on these demands,adjustments and plans were made to the curriculum content,aiming to construct a teaching system that not only meets market demands but also enhances students’comprehensive *** goal is to cultivate more outstanding talents capable of quickly adapting to and excelling in brand design work.

The oxygen octahedral rotation(OOR)forms fundamental atomic distortions and symmetries in perovskite oxides and definitely determines their properties and ***,epitaxial strain and interfacial structural coupling engineering have been developed to modulate the OOR patterns and explore novel properties,but it is difficult to distinguish the 2 ***,different symmetries are induced in Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3)(NBT)epitaxial films by interfacial oxygen octahedral coupling rather than epitaxial *** NBT film grown on the Nb:SrTiO_(3)substrate exhibits a paraelectric tetragonal phase,while with La_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)MnO_(3)as a buffer layer,a monoclinic phase and robust ferroelectricity are obtained,with a remanent polarization of 42μC cm^(-2)and a breakdown strength of 7.89 MV cm^(-1),which are the highest record among NBT-based ***,the interfacial oxygen octahedral coupling effect is demonstrated to propagate to the entire thickness of the film,suggesting an intriguing long-range *** work provides a deep insight into understanding the structure modulation in perovskite heterostructures and an important avenue for achieving unique functionalities.

Building on the recent systematic research on 1Hbenzo[f]indole(Bd),an important advancement in constructing ultralong organic room temperature(UORTP)materials with a universal strategy via a readily obtained unit(7H-Benzo[c]carbazole,BCz)is proposed in this *** powders of BCz and its derivatives merely exhibit blue fluorescence at ambient ***,when BCz and its derivatives are dispersed into polymer or powder matrixes,strong photo-activated green UORTP can be observed from their doped systems at room ***,the UORTP color can be tuned between green and yellow depending on the *** ultralong phosphorescence originates from the generation of charge-separated states via *** matrixes play a key role in both stabilizing charge-separated states and controlling UORTP *** interestingly,when using polymethyl methacrylate as matrix,the doped films achieve stronger photo-activated ultralong phosphorescence underwater than in air at room *** Bd,BCz achieves better performance not only in ultralong phosphorescence properties but also in practical *** work gains a deeper insight into the mechanism of UORTP and paves a new approach to applying organic phosphorescent materials to underwater coating and imaging.

The crystallization of chiral molecules is of great significance to understand the origin and evolution of hierarchical chirality and reveal the relationships between structural chirality and circularly polarized luminescence(CPL)***,we report two pairs of chiral metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)(DCF-17/LCF-17,DCF-18/LCF-18)by utilizing tetradentate ligands tetra(3-imidazoylphenyl)ethylene(TIPE)and 4,4'-[4',5'-bis[4-(4-pyridinyl)phenyl][1,1':2',1”-terphenyl]-4,4”-diyl]bis[pyridine](TPPP)as *** can be observed that the spontaneous resolution of the achiral ligands is converted into the induced resolution,and the ligands form the absolute configuration by using enantiopure camphoric acid(cam)as chiral induced reagent(CIR).As a result,the racemate MOFs can be driven to generate absolute homochiral *** two achiral MOFs[Cd(D-cam)(TPPP)_(0.5)](AF-1,AF=achiral framework)and[Cd(L-cam)(TPPP)_(0.5)](AF-2)were *** position disorder of D/L-cam skeleton causes the generation of nonchiralization,further leading to disappearance of symmetry breaking of *** the perspective of structure,this is the first report which reveals the chiral transfer and nonchiralization between chiral induced agents and tetradentate ***,DCF-17 and LCF-17 show CPL with luminescence dissymmetry factor(glum)of–1.0×10^(-2)and+9.2×10^(–3),*** work provides the useful evidences to reveal the induced chiral crystallization and the construction of CPL-active crystalline materials.

Sulfur chemistry in the formation process of low-mass stars and planets remains poorly *** protoplanetary disks are the birthplace of planets and its distinctive environment provides an intriguing platform for investigating models of sulfur *** analyzed the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array observations of CS 7–6 transitions in the HD 163296 disk and performed astrochemical modeling to explore its sulfur *** simulated the distribution of sulfur-containing molecules and compared it with observationally deduced fractional column *** have found that the simulated column density of CS is consistent with the observationally deduced fractional column densities,while the simulated column density of C2S is lower than the observationally deduced upper limits on column *** results indicate that we have a good understanding of the chemical properties of CS and C2S in the *** also investigated the influence of the C/O ratio on sulfur-containing molecules and found that the column densities of SO,SO2,and H2S near the centra star are dependent on the C/O ***,we found that the N[CS]/N[SO]ratio can serve as a promising indicator of the disk’s C/O ratio in HD ***,the disk of HD 163296 provides a favorable environmen for the detection of sulfur-containing molecules.

Background: Obesity is a common public health issue and is currently deemed a disease. Research has shown that the risk of gallstones in individuals with obesity is elevated. This study aimed to explore the bile proteomics differences between cholelithiasis patients with obesity and normal body weight. Methods: Bile samples from 20 patients(10 with obesity and 10 with normal body weight) who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy at our center were subjected to tandem mass tag labeling(TMT) and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS), followed by further bioinformatic analysis. Results: Among the differentially expressed proteins, 23 were upregulated and 67 were downregulated. Bioinformatic analysis indicated that these differentially expressed proteins were mainly involved in cell development, inflammatory responses, glycerolipid metabolic processes, and protein activation cascades. In addition, the activity of the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor(PPAR, a subfamily of nuclear receptors) signaling pathway was decreased in the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) enrichment analysis. Two downregulated proteins in the PPAR signaling pathway, APO A-Ⅰ and APO A-Ⅱ, were confirmed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Conclusions: The PPAR signaling pathway may play a crucial role in the development of cholelithiasis among patients with obesity. Furthermore, biliary proteomics profiling of gallstones patients with obesity is revealed, providing a reference for future research.
