Detrital Zircon U-Pb Dating and Hf Isotopes of the Crocker Fan Sandstones in Sabah， North Borneo: Constraints on Their Provenance and the Tectonic Evolution of Borneo

The tectonic evolution of Borneo and the affiliation between Southern and Northern Borneo remain unclear. The Rajang and Crocker Fan sediments， as one of the largest ancient submarine fans in Southeast Asia witnessed the tectonic evolution of Borneo since at least the late Mesozoic. In this study， we present Laser Ablation Inductively Coupled Plasma mass Spectrometer (LA-ICP-MS) U-Pb dating and Hf isotopic results of detrital zircons from the Trusmadi and Crocker formations within the Crocker Fan of Sabah， Northern Borneo. Our results， coupled with previous data， show that the Crocker Fan sediments in Sabah of Northern Borneo display similar age spectra to the Rajang Fan sediments in Sarawak of Central Borneo， with two major age clusters at 130–80 and 280–200 ma. Further provenance analysis based on mineral shape with a prismatic characteristic and similar detrital zircon Hf isotopes of the two formations illustrates that the Jurassic-Cretaceous and partly Triassic detrital zircons of the Crocker and Rajang Fan sediments were derived from the erosion of contemporaneous magmatic rocks; part of Permian–Triassic ones could be the recycling of the Jurassic deposits in SW Borneo. The initial provenance of these Permian-Triassic detritus could be synchronous magmatic rocks in the Tin belt of the malay Peninsula. Combing with previous data， we propose that the entire Borneo continent， including both Southern and Northern Borneo， developed a common Mesozoic continental magmatic arc. Moreover， we postulate that the Rajang and Crocker fans formed in a fore-arc extensional rift basin related to the retreat of the subducted Paleo-Pacific plate beneath the northern Borneo margin.

不同套袋对香蕉主要品质和耐贮性的影响

为了解果农常用的各种套袋材料和方式对香蕉采后表现的影响,探讨了11种不同的套袋处理对香蕉果实的干物质质量分数、可溶性固形物含量、维生素C含量、失重率和货架寿命等主要指标的影响。结果表明:不同套袋层数对香蕉干物质质量分数影响不同,以套单层袋的最高,其次为对照,双层袋的最低。不同套袋层数处理的香蕉采后失重率也不同,以对照最高,单层套袋次之,双层套袋失重率最低。不同套袋处理的香蕉货架期有一定差异,黑色塑料袋处理的香蕉货架期为6d,蓝色塑料袋、牛皮纸袋、蓝色塑料袋+报纸、编织袋+报纸、编织袋+珍珠棉、黑色塑料袋+珍珠棉等6种套袋方式的货架期为5d,而对照和编织袋、黑色塑料袋+报纸、蓝色塑料袋+珍珠棉等3种套袋的货架期仅为4d。各种套袋处理均降低了香蕉的可溶性固形物含量,提高了维生素C含量。研究表明,大多数香蕉套袋有利于提高耐贮性:套袋可以减少采后香蕉的水分散失,且以双层袋的效果最好;大多数套袋有助于延长香蕉的货架期。套袋对主要品质指标有不同影响:提高了维生素C含量,降低了可溶性固形物含量;单层袋可提高干物质质量分数,但双层袋却降低干物质质量分数。该研究初步表明,从对香蕉的品质和耐贮性影响的角度看,黑色塑料薄膜袋和牛皮纸袋的效果较好,生产上最常用的蓝色袋效果较差。

Geochemical and isotopic data for metabasic rocks in NW Yunnan constrain the nature of the mantle source beneath the East Himalayan syntaxis during Neotethyan subduction and the timing of initial collision between India and Asia. Our results indicate that these mafic rocks crystallized at 50-55 ma and were metamorphosed at 9 ma, contemporaneous with magmatic flare-ups and high-grade metamorphism in South Tibet. The mafic rocks in NW Yunnan are divisible into three groups. Group 1, from Nabang, shows geochemical affinity to a MORB-like source modified by the recycled component with εNd(t) of +5.1 to +9.5 and εHf(t) of +5.1 to +11.6, and resembles back-arc basin basalt. Group 2 is mainly from Jinzhouzhai and Tongbiguan to the east of Group 1, and is marked by high Al2O3, enrichment in LILEs and depletion in HFSEs, along with negative εNd(t) values(–1.1 to –5.6) and εHf(t)(-4.6 to-0.9). Group 2 is interpreted to have originated from the lithospheric mantle modified by input from a slab-derived component in a continental arc setting. Group 3, from Nanjingli, is located a considerable distance east from Group 1, and exhibits negative εNd(t)(–6.7 to –7.6) and εHf(t)(-7.1 to-2.2), and is inferred to be derived from the Tengchong lithospheric mantle but with limited involvement of a slab-derived component. Overall Nd-Hf isotopic compositions show a sharp decrease from Group 1 to Group 2 and then a more subdued decrease to Group 3, with the three groups corresponding to an overall spatial distribution from west to east. Our results suggest that early Eocene magmatism in NW Yunnan represents the eastward continuation of the Gangdese magmatic belt and that Neotethyan subduction continued until 0 ma followed by India–Asia collision. At least two eastward subduction zones are involved in the Neotethyan suprasubduction system prior to 55 ma. Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) continues to pose serious threats to pediatric populations due to the lack of a vaccine and effective antiviral drugs. RSV fusion(F) glycoprotein mediates viral-host membrane fusion and is a key target for neutralizing antibodies. We generated 23 full-human monoclonal antibodies(hm Abs) against prefusion F protein(pre-F) from a healthy adult with natural RSV infection by single B cell cloning technique. A highly potent RSV-neutralizing hm Ab, named as 25-20, is selected, which targets a new site Φ-specific epitope. Site-directed mutagenesis and structural modelling analysis demonstrated that 25-20 mainly targets a highly conserved hydrophobic region located at the a4 helix and a1 helix of pre-F, indicating a site of vulnerability for drug and vaccine design. It is worth noting that 25-20 uses an unreported inferred germline(i GL) that binds very poorly to pre-F, thus high levels of somatic mutations are needed to gain high binding affinity with pre-F. Our observation helps to understand the evolution of RSV antibody during natural infection. Furthermore, by in silico prediction and experimental verification, we optimized 25-20 with KD values as low as picomolar range. Therefore, the optimized 25-20 represents an excellent candidate for passive protection against RSV infection.

个体使用互联网对其心理与行为的影响一直是研究者关注的焦点,同时互联网世界是丰富多彩的,不同的互联网服务对使用者的影响是不同的。该研究采用问卷法抽取北京市两所中学初一、初二年级学生进行调查,目的是考察初中生生活事件、即时通讯服务使用偏好与孤独感之间的关系。结果表明:生活事件带来的主观压力能够显著正向预测孤独感;即时通讯能够显著负向预测孤独感;客观压力不能够预测孤独感,但是它可以通过即时通讯间接地影响个体的孤独感水平。从结果中可以看到互联网的使用对个体的发展不全是消极的,即时通讯服务的使用能够缓解生活事件对个体产生的消极影响,对个体起到一定的保护作用。

Diversity analysis on secondary metabolites of Antarctic microbes, Rhodococcus sp. NJ-008 and Pseudomonas sp. NJ-011, together with the structural elucidation of some purified compounds, has been carried out for understanding of their chemical constituents. The methanol extracts of Rhodococcus sp. NJ-008 and Pseudomonas sp. NJ-011 were subjected to HPLC-TOF MS test for diversity analysis on secondary metabolites, respectively. The chemical constituents of NJ-011 are mainly N-containing compounds including some alkaloids and short polypeptides, while those of NJ-008 are not N-containing ones. Three compounds were also isolated and identified from extract of NJ011 by different column chromatography and preparative HPLC, and their structures were elucidated as b-carboline (1), 3-benzylhexahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine-1,4-dione (2) and 3-isobutylhexahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine-1,4-dione (3) by comparison of TOF MS, 1Hand 13C-NMR data with those reported. More microbial material of Pseudomonas sp. NJ-011 should be needed for exploration of the minor constituents with complicated structures.
