Utilizing a six-band k.p valence band calculations that considered a strained perturbation Hamiltonian, uniaxial stress-induced valence band structure parameters for Ge such as band edge energy shift, split, and effective mass were quantitatively evaluated. Based on these valence band parameters, the dependence of hole mobility on uniaxial stress(direction, type, and magnitude) and hole transport direction was theoretical studied. The results show that the hole mobility had a strong dependence on the transport direction and uniaxial stress. The hole mobility enhancement can be found for all transport directions and uniaxial stess configurations, and the hole transport along the [110] direction under the uniaxial [110] compressive stress had the highest mobility compared to other transport directions and stress configurations.

The hole mobility of strained silicon along the orientation on (001) Si1?xGex is obtained by solving collision term in the Boltzmann transport equation. The analytical model is proposed that considers the effect of strain-induced splitting at valence band valleys in silicon, doping dependence and three scattering mechanisms, i.e., ionized impurity scattering, acoustic phonon scattering and non-polar optical phonon scattering. The hole occupancy at top band indicates a non-monotonic variation under biaxial tensile strain at low temperature (77 K). What's more, a non-monotonic variation of hole mobility at room temperature (300 K) is presented. Compared with the room temperature hole mobility, the low temperature hole mobility is affected greatly by ionized impurity scattering at lower impurity concentration. At the same time, the room temperature hole mobility is lower than that of electron with the same germanium content and doping concentration. If the parameters are correctly chosen, the model can also be used to calculate the hole mobility of other crystal faces with arbitrary orientation. So, it lays a useful foundation for strained silicon devices and circuits.

Exploration of heavy metals and organic pollutants, their leaching capacity along with health and environmental risks in contaminated industrial construction and demolition waste （ICDW） within a pesticide manufacturing plant were investigated. A maximum content of 90.8 mg·kg-1 Cd was found present in the wastes, which might originate from phosphorus rocks and industrial sulfuric acid used in pesticide production processes. An average concentration of 979.8 mg·kg-1 dichlorovos and other 11 organophosphorus pesticide were also detected. Relatively high leaching rates of around 4.14‰ were obtained from laboratory simulated ICDW using both glacial acetic acidsodium hydroxide and deionized water. Pesticide pollutants had the strongest tendency to retaining on dry bricks （leaching rate 1.68 9‰） compared to mortar-coatings, etc. due to their different physical characteristics and octanol-water partioning coefficient. Mobility of pesticide from on-site ICDW by water was spatially correlated to waste types, process sections and human activities, with a flux of leaching rate between 5.9‰ to 27.4%. Risk-based corrective action （RBCA） model was used to simulate the risk of contaminated ICDW debris randomly scattered. Oral and demlal ingestion amount by local workers was 9.8 × 10-3 and 1.9 × 10-2 mg.（kg-d）-1, respectively. Potential leaching risk to aquatic systems exceeded the limit for nearly 75% waste. Environmental and health risk exceedance was found in most ICDW, while the risk value of the most severely contaminated brick waste was 660 times beyond critical level. Implications for waste management involving construction and deconstruction work, waste transferring and regulation supplying were also provided.

In this study, used tea leaves （UTLs） were pyrolyzed to obtain used tea-leaf biochar （UTC）, and then the UTC was used as an adsorbent to remove ciprofioxacin （CIP） from aqueous solutions. Batch experiments were conducted to investigate the CIP adsorption performance and mechanism. The results showed that the CIP-adsorbing ability first increased and then declined as the UTC pyrolysis temperature increased. The UTC obtained at 450℃ presented excellent CIP-absorbing ability at pH 6 and 40℃. The maximum monolayer adsorption capacity was 238.10 mg/g based on the Langrnuir isotherm model. The pseudo-second-order kinetic equation agreed well with the CIP adsorption process, which was controlled by both external boundary layer diffusion and intra-particle diffusion. The characterization analysis revealed that the - OH groups, G=C bonds of aromatic rings, C- H groups in aromatic tings and phenolic C - O bonds play vital roles in the CIP adsorption process, and that the N - C, N - O, O- C-O and C- OH groups of UTC were consumed in large quantities. π-π interactions, hydrogen bonding and electrostatic attraction are inferred as the main adsorption mechanisms. The present work provides not only a feasible and promising approach for UTLs utilization but also a potential adsorbent material for removing high concentrations of CIP from aqueous solutions.

In view of the risks induced by the inhibitory effects of applying impracticably large amounts of sewage sludge biochar(SSB)to the alkaline soil,this field study investigated the influence of moderate biochar amendments(0,1500,4500,and 9000 kg/hm2)on corn growth,alkaline soil properties,and the uptake of potentially toxic elements(PTEs).The results showed that applying more SSB would decrease the ammonium nitrogen concentration and increase the available phosphorus and potassium concentrations,which inhibited corn plant growth because of high background nutrient levels of the alkaline *** the alkaline soil was amended with 1500 kg/hm2 SSB,the dry weight of 100 niblets increased from 32.11 g in the control to 35.07 *** was no significant variation in the total concentration of PTEs in the *** concentrations of Mn,Ni,Cu,and Zn in niblets decreased from 5.54,0.83,2.26,and 27.15 mg/kg in the control to 4.47,0.62,1.30,and 23.45 mg/kg,***,the health risk from corn consumption was significantly ***,the combination of SSB and fertilizer improved corn growth and reduced the risk of consumption of ***,considering the increase in corn fruit yield and the decrease in consumption risk,applying 1500 kg/hm2 of biochar to alkaline soils is a realistically achievable rate,which can broaden the utilization of SSB for remediation of different types of soil.

为了解决高温熔体×10^(-6)级氧含量的测量问题,采用等静压成型的方法,研究保温时间对氧化锆固体电解质相组成的影响。结果表明:在相同烧成温度下,保温时间愈长,c-ZrO_2和t-ZrO_2含量愈大;在相同热处理温度下,保温时间愈长,m-ZrO_2含量愈大;而适量细小单斜相的形成有利于材料抗热震性的提高;通过优化热工艺参数可制得抗热震性好、氧电势稳定、响应时间短的Mg-PSZ固体电解质。
