In this paper,a deterministic inventory model for non-instantaneous deteriorating items with price-and time-dependent demand with inflation is *** demand is continuous and differentiable function of price and *** are allowed and the unsatisfied demand is partially backlogged at a negative exponential rate with the waiting *** objective is to find the optimal replenishment cycle such that present value of total profit is maximized,for any given selling *** then provide a simple algorithm to find the optimal selling price and replenishment schedule for the proposed model that can be easily implemented by *** of the present model with various cases are presented as the special *** examples are used to illustrate the theoretical results and the sensitivity analysis with respect to major parameters on the optimal solutions is also performed.

Secure routing in mobile Adhoc Network(manet)is the key issue now a day in providing secure access to different network *** mobile devices are used in accessing different services,performing secure routing becomes a challenging *** this,different approaches exist whichﬁnd the trusted route based on their previous transmission details and behavior of different ***,the methods focused on trust measurement based on tiny information obtained from local nodes or with global information which are ***-ever,the adversary nodes are more capable and participate in each transmission not just to steal the data also to generate numerous threats in degrading QoS(Quality of Service)parameters like throughput,packet delivery ratio,and latency of the *** encourages us in designing efﬁcient routing scheme to max-imize QoS *** solve this issue,a two stage trust veriﬁcation scheme and secure routing algorithm named GL-Trust(Global-Local-Trust)is *** method involves in route discovery as like popular AODV(Adaptive On-demand Distance Vector)which upgrades the protocol to collect other information like transmission supported,successful transmissions,energy,mobility,the num-ber of neighbors,and the number of alternate route to the same destination and so ***,the method would perform global trust approximation to measure the value of global trust and perform local trust approximation to measure local *** both the measures,the method would select a optimal route to perform *** protocol is designed to perform localized route selection when there is a link failure which supports the achievement of higher QoS *** incorporating different features in measuring trust value towards secure routing,the proposed GL-Trust scheme improves the performance of secure routing as well as other QoS factors.

Alagille syndrome(ALGS;OmIm#118450)is a highlyvariable,multi-systemic,autosomal dominant disorder,caused by mutations in the Jagged Canonical Notch Ligand 1(JAG1)gene(20p12.2)or in the Neurogenic locus notch homolog protein 2(NOTCH2)gene(1p13).^(1)It primarily affects the liver,heart,eyes,face,kidney,skin,vertebrae,and skeleton.^(1,2)The JAG1 gene has 26 exons and about 90%of the ALGS cases result from pathogenic variants in the JAG1 and around 7%of cases have deletions in chromosome 20 that include this gene.

Cloud Computing provides various services to the customer in aﬂex-ible and reliable *** machines(Vm)are created from physical resources of the data center for handling huge number of requests as a *** tasks are executed in the Vm at the data center which needs excess hosts for satis-fying the customer *** Vm migration solves this problem by migrating the Vm from one host to another host and makes the resources available at any *** process is carried out based on various algorithms which follow a pre-deﬁned capacity of source Vm leads to the capacity issue at the destination *** proposed Vm migration technique performs the migration process based on the request of the requesting host *** technique can perform in three ways namely single Vm migration,multiple Vm migration and Cluster Vm *** Deployment manager(CDm)is used to support through negotiation that happens across the source host and destination host for providing the high quality service to their *** Vm migration requests are handled with an exposure of the source host *** proposed analysis also uses the retired instructions with execution by the hypervisor to achieve high *** objective of the proposed technique is to perform a Vm migration process based on the prior knowledge of the resource availability in the target Vm.

Latent fingerprints（LFPs） are the major physical evidences for the identification of individuals during crime spot investigation. Till date, numerous methods were followed to visualize LFPs. However, simple,accurate, and cost-effective method has wide scope in advanced forensic field. In our work, Ca2 SiO4：Dy^（3＋）nanopowders（NPs） were fabricated via solution combustion route. The optimized sample was employed for the visualization of overlapped LFPs by the cost effective powder dusting method. The obtained results reveals the complete three levels of ridge characteristics with high sensitivity, reproducibility,selectivity, and reliability on various complex surfaces. The photoluminescence（PL） spectra consist of intense peaks at ～ 480 and 574 nm owing to ~4 F（9/2） →~6 H（15/2） and ~4 F（9/2）→~6 H（13/2） 4 f transitions of Dy3＋ ions,respectively. The photometric properties confirm that the samples exhibit intense white emission with high color purity. Therefore, the prepared NPs could be a definitive choice as an advanced luminescent NPs for forensic, solid state lighting and portable FED devices.

Stimulus-specific accumulation of second messengers like reactive oxygen species （ROS） and Ca^＋ are central to many signaling and regulation processes in plants. However, mechanisms that govern the reciprocal interrelation of Ca^＋ and ROS signaling are only beginning to emerge. NADPH oxidases of the respiratory burst oxidase homolog （RBOH） family are critical components contributing to the generation of ROS while Calcineurin B-like （CBL） Ca^＋ sensor proteins together with their interacting kinases （CIPKs） have been shown to function in many Ca^＋- signaling processes. In this study, we identify direct functional interactions between both signaling systems. We report that the CBL-interacting pro- tein kinase ClPK26 specifically interacts with the N-terminal domain of RBOHF in yeast two-hybrid analyses and with the full-length RBOHF protein in plant cells. In addition, CIPK26 phosphorylates RBOHF in vitro and co-expression of either CBL1 or CBL9 with CIPK26 strongly enhances ROS production by RBOHF in HEK293T cells. Together, these findings identify a direct interconnection between CBL-ClPK-mediated Ca^＋ signaling and ROS signaling in plants and provide evidence for a synergistic activation of the NADPH oxidase RBOHF by direct Ca^＋-binding to its EF-hands and Ca2＋-induced phospho-rylation by CBL1/9-ClPK26 complexes.

Development of diabetic cataract is mainly associated with the accumulation of sorbitol via the polyol pathway through the action of Aldose reductase(AR).Hence,AR inhibitors are considered as potential agents in the management of diabetic *** study explored the AR inhibition potential of Hemidesmus indicus *** root extract by in silico and ex vivo *** docking studies(Auto Dock tool)betweenβ-sitosterol,hemidesminine,hemidesmin-1,hemidesmin-2,and AR showed thatβ-sitosterol(−10.2 kcal/mol)and hemidesmin-2(−8.07 kcal/mol)had the strongest affinity to AR *** vivo studies were performed by incubating isolated goat lenses in artificial aqueous humor using galactose(55 mm)as cataract inducing agent at room temperature(pH 7.8)for 72 *** treatment with Vitamin E acetate−100μg/mL(standard)and test extract(500 and 1000μg/mL)separately,the estimation of biochemical markers showed inhibition of lens AR activity and decreased sorbitol ***,extract also normalized the levels of antioxidant markers like SOD,CAT,*** results showed evidence that *** *** root was able to prevent cataract by prevention of opacification and formation of polyols that underlines its potential as a possible therapeutic agent against diabetic complications.
