In line with recent studies,where it has been shown that nanoﬂuids containing graphene have a stronger capacity to boost the heat transfer coefﬁcient with respect to ordinary nanoﬂuids,experiments have been conducted using water with cobalt ferrite/graphene *** particular,a circular channel made of copper subjected to a constant heatﬂux has been *** nanoparticles are sensitive to the presence of a magneticﬁeld,different conditions have been examined,allowing both the strength and the frequency of such aﬁeld to span relatively wide ranges and assuming different concentrations of *** to theﬁndings,the addition of nanoparticles to theﬂuid causes its rotation speed to increase by a factor of two,whereas ultraviolet radiation plays a negligible *** amount of time required to attain the maximum rotation speed of the nanoﬂuid and the Nusselt number have been measured under both constant and alternating magneticﬁelds for a ferroﬂuid with a concentration of 0.5%and atﬂow Reynolds number of 550 and 1750.

Forecasting of tropical cyclones AsANI(2022)and mOCHA(2023)over the Bay of Bengal-real time challenges to forecasters

This study examines the track and intensity forecasts of two typical Bay of Bengal tropical cyclones(TC)AsANI and *** analysis of various Numerical Weather Prediction(NWP)model forecasts[ECmWF(European Centre for medium range Weather Forecast),NCEP(National Centers for Environmental Prediction),NCUm(National Centre for medium Range Weather Forecast-Uniﬁed model),ImD(India meteorological Department),HWRF(Hurricane Weather Research and Forecasting)],mmE(multi-model Ensemble),sCIP(statistical Cyclone Intensity Prediction)model,and OFCL(Ofﬁcial)forecasts shows that intensity forecasts of AsANI and track forecasts of mOCHA were reasonably good,but there were large errors and wide variation in track forecasts of AsANI and in intensity forecasts of *** all model forecasts,the track forecast errors of ImD model and mmE were least in general for AsANI and mOCHA ***,the landfall point forecast errors of ImD were least for AsANI,and the mmE and OFCL forecast errors were least for *** model is found to be consistently better for landfall time forecast for AsANI,and the errors of ECmWF,ImD and HWRF were least and of same order for *** intensity forecast errors of OFCL and sCIP were least for AsANI,and the forecast errors of HWRF,ImD,NCEP,sCIP and OFCL were comparable and least for mOCHA up to 48 h forecast and HWRF errors were least thereafter in *** ECmWF model forecast errors for intensity were found to be highest for both the *** results also show that although there is signiﬁcant improvement of track forecasts and limited or no improvement of intensity forecast in previous decades but challenges still persists in real time forecasting of both track and intensity due to wide variation and inconsistency of model forecasts for different TC cases.

The generation of ultrashort high-power light sources in the mid-infrared(mid-IR)to terahertz(THz)range is of interest for applications in a number of fields,from fundamental research to biology and *** conventional laser technology,photon deceleration in plasma wakes provides an alternative approach to the generation of ultrashort mid-IR or THz ***,we present a photon deceleration scheme for the efficient generation of ultrashort mid-IR or THz pulses by using an intense driver laser pulse with a relatively short wavelength and a signal laser pulse with a relatively long *** signal pulse trails the driver pulse with an appropriate time delay such that it sits at the front of the second wake bubble that is driven by the driver *** to its relatively long wavelength,the signal pulse will be subjected to a large gradient of the refractive index in the plasma wake ***,the photon deceleration in the plasma wake becomes faster and more efficient for signal pulses with longer *** greatly enhances the capacity and efficiency of photon deceleration in the generation of ultrashort high-power light sources in the long-wavelength IR and THz spectral ranges.

Nowcasting and forecasting solar irradiance are vital for the optimal prediction of grid-connected solar photovoltaic(PV)power *** plants face operational challenges and scheduling dispatch difficulties due to the fluctuating nature of their power *** the generation capacity within the electric grid increases,accurately predicting this output becomes increasingly essential,especially given the random and non-linear characteristics of solar irradiance under variable weather *** study presents a novel prediction method for solar irradiance,which is directly in correlation with PV power output,targeting both short-term and medium-term forecast *** proposed hybrid framework employs a fast trainable statistical learning technique based on the truncated-regularized kernel ridge regression *** proposed method excels in forecasting solar irradiance,especially during highly intermittent weather periods.A key strength of our model is the incorporation of multiple historical weather parameters as inputs to generate accurate predictions of future solar irradiance values in its scalable *** evaluated the performance of our model using data sets from both cloudy and sunny days in seattle and medford,UsA and compared it against three forecasting models:persistence,modified 24-hour persistence and least *** on three widely accepted statistical performance metrics(root mean squared error,mean absolute error and coefficient of determination),our hybrid model demonstrated superior predictive accuracy in varying weather conditions and forecast horizons.

In this work,we use the(m+1/G')-expansion method and the Adomian decomposition method to study the 3D potential Yu-Toda-sasa-Fukuyama(3D-pYTsF)equation which has a good application in the twolayer liquid *** the first time,the(m+1/G')-expansion and the Adomian decomposition methods are used to establish novel exact wave solutions and to study some numerical solutions for the 3D-pYTsF equation,*** using the analytical method,kink-type wave,singular solution and some complex solutions to the suggested equation are successfully *** obtained wave solutions are represented with some figures in 3D and contour plots.

In this article,we suggest a new form of modified Kudryashov’s method(NmK)to study the Dual-mode sawada Kotera *** know very well that the more the solutions depend on many constants,the easier it is to study the model better by observing the change in the constants and what their impact is on the *** this point of view,we developed the modified Kudryashov method and put it in a general form that contains more than one controllable *** have studied the model in this way and presented figures showing the correctness of what we hoped to reach from the proposed *** addition to the results we reached,they were not sufficient,so we presented an extensive numerical study of this model using the finite differences *** also came up with the local truncation error for the difference scheme is h^(6) k^(2)(1+k^(2)).In addition,the analytical solutions we reached were compared with the numerical solutions,and we presented many forms that show that the results we reached are a clear contribution to this field.

A major concern from the scientific community has been raised since evidence of Bisphenol A(BP-A)can leach out from the products where they are incorporated as well as its endocrine disrupting effects observed in animals and ***-A and several related chemicals such as Bisphenol AP(BP-AP),Bisphenol B(BPeB),Bisphenol s(BPes),Bisphenol AF(BP-AF),Bisphenol(BPeP),Bisphenol Z(BP-Z)were analyzed in this ***-A and BP-s were the only bisphenols detected in the samples analyzed in this *** median(range;mean)concentrations of BP-A found in this study was 321 ng/g(11-200932;4893 ng/g).The analysis was carried out by sonicating 0.1 g of a cryo-milled sample aliquot in methanol followed by UPLC-ms/ms *** concentrations of BP-A were found in several products labeled as BP-A free such as nursing bottles which are particularly problematic from the children's exposure point of *** study presents the first reliable bisphenols in children's toys and baby products commercialized in the middle *** is,however,a need to continue monitoring these compounds,especially in low-cost toys,and the so-called BP-A-free products,which appear to have high levels of target contaminants and can pose an exposure risk for infants and children in the region.

Liquid biopsy for gastric cancer:Techniques,applications,and future directions

After the study of circulating tumor cells in blood through liquid biopsy(LB),this technique has evolved to encompass the analysis of multiple materials originating from the tumor,such as nucleic acids,extracellular vesicles,tumor-educated platelets,and other ***,research has extended to include the examination of samples other than blood or plasma,such as saliva,gastric juice,urine,or *** techniques are diverse,intricate,and *** must be highly sensitive,and pre-analytical,patient,and tumor-related factors significantly influence the detection threshold,diagnostic method selection,and potential ***,the implementation of LB in clinical practice still faces several *** potential applications of LB range from early cancer detection to guiding targeted therapy or immunotherapy in both early and advanced cancer cases,monitoring treatment response,early identification of relapses,or assessing patient *** the other hand,gastric cancer(GC)is a disease often diagnosed at advanced *** recent advances in molecular understanding,the currently available treatment options have not substantially improved the prognosis for many of these *** application of LB in GC could be highly valuable as a non-invasive method for early diagnosis and for enhancing the management and outcomes of these *** this comprehensive review,from a pathologist’s perspective,we provide an overview of the main options available in LB,delve into the fundamental principles of the most studied techniques,explore the potential utility of LB application in the context of GC,and address the obstacles that need to be overcome in the future to make this innovative technique a game-changer in cancer diagnosis and treatment within clinical practice.
