To expand the single-dose duration over which noninvasive clinical and preclinical cancer imaging can be conducted with high sensitivity,and well-defined spatial and temporal resolutions,a facile strategy to prepare ultrasmall nanoparticulate X-ray contrast media(nano-XRCm)as dual-modality imaging agents for positron emission tomography(PET)and computed tomography(CT)has been *** from controlled copolymerization of triiodobenzoyl ethyl acrylate and oligo(ethylene oxide)acrylate monomers,the amphiphilic statistical iodocopolymers(ICPs)could directly dissolve in water to afford thermodynamically stable solutions with high aqueous iodine concentrations(>140 mg iodine/mL water)and comparable viscosities to conventional small molecule *** formation of ultrasmall iodinated nanoparticles with hydrodynamic diameters of ca.10 nm in water was confirmed by dynamic and static light scattering *** a breast cancer mouse model,in vivo biodistribution studies revealed that the64Cu-chelator-functionalized iodinated nano-XRCm exhibited extended blood residency and higher tumor accumulation compared to typical small molecule imaging ***/CT imaging of tumor over 3 days showed good correlation between PET and CT signals,while CT imaging allowed continuous observation of tumor retention even after 10 days post-injection,enabling longitudinal monitoring of tumor retention for imaging or potentially therapeutic effect after a single administration of nano-XRCm.

119 Karst Springs, all with electric conductivity of less than 500 um/cm, discharging two carbonatic aquifers in Zagrosides of Iran are chosen and studied. The results indicate that the lithology of each Unit is well reflected in the chemistry of springs and the overall mineralogical composition of the aquifer can successfully be reconstructed from the hydrochemistry of the springs using a mass balance approach. The comparison of the chemistry of springs reveals that the significant difference are due to the dolomitic nature of one of the studied aquifers.

对于自由湍流引起的压力梯度为零的平板边界层转捩过程的数值模拟 ,本文提出了一个单方程湍流模型 ( VL m模型 ) ,对湍流粘性系数和湍流长度尺度都进行了修正以正确引入低雷诺数效应。数值计算表明 ,该模型在自由来流湍流度为 0 .0 3～ 8%的大范围内能正确模拟边界层转捩全过程 ,包括转捩区起点位置和转捩区长度、边界层内的平均及脉动参数分布等。本文还提出了上述转捩过程的时均化五阶段模型。

We tested the recent hypothesis that the"fly factor"phenomenon(food cur-rently or previously fed on by flies attracts more flies than the same type of food kept inccessible to flies)is mediated by bacterial symbionts deposited with feees or regur-gitated by feeding *** allowed laboratory-reared black blow flies,Phormia regina(meigen),to feed and de fecate on bacterial Luria-Bertani medium solidified with agar,and isolated seven morphologically distinct bacterial *** identified these us-ing matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry and sequencing of the 165 rRNA *** two-choice laboratory experiments,traps baited with cultures of Pro-teus mirabilis Hauser,morganella morganii *** Jensen,or Serratia marcescens Bizio,captured significantly more flies than corresponding control jars baited with tryptic soy agar only.A mixture of seven bacterial strains as a trap bait was more attractive to flies than a single bacterial isolate(***).In a field experiment,traps baited with agar cultures of P:mirabilis and m.m siboni in combination captured significantly more flies than lraps baited with either bacterial isolate alone or the agar *** evident by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,the odor profiles of bacterial isolates differ,which may explain the additive effect of bacteria to the attractiveness of bacterial trap ***"generalist bacteria,"P mirabilis and *** growing on animal protein(beef liver)or plant protein(tofu)are similarly effective in attracting ***-derived airborne semiochemicals appear to mediate foraging by flies and to inform their feeding and oviposition decisions.
