The short-period eclipsing binary AP Dor’s first in-depth and multiband photometric solutions are *** made use of our eight nights of ground-based opportunity at a southern hemisphere observatory,and twelve sectors of TESS *** extracted eight and 1322 minima from our observations and TESS,*** suggest a new linear ephemeris based on the trend of orbital period variations using the markov chain monte Carlo(mCmC)*** PHysics Of Eclipsing BinariEs(PHOEBE)Python code and the mCmC approach were utilized for the light curve *** system did not require a starspot for the light curve *** calculated the absolute parameters of the system by applying the Gaia DR3 parallax *** orbital angular momentum(J_(0))of AP Dor indicates that this system is located in a region corresponding to contact *** to our results,this system is an overcontact binary system with a mass ratio of 0.584,a fillout factor of 48%,and an inclination of 53°.The positions of component stars in the AP Dor system on the Hertzsprung–Russell diagram are found.

目的分析肺动脉内膜剥脱术（PEA）治疗慢性栓塞性肺动脉高压的围手术期资料,探讨美国加州大学圣迭戈分校（UCSD）手术经验.方法回顾性研究UCSD 32例肺动脉血栓内膜剥脱手术资料,其中男17例,女15例;平均年龄（47.56±16.04）岁,平均病程（3.90±4.61）年;15例有深静脉血栓病史.采用全麻、胸骨正中切口、深低温、间断停循环双侧肺动脉内膜剥脱的手术方法.结果根据术中病理标本Jamieson分型,Ⅰ型占21.8%,Ⅱ型占28.1%,Ⅲ型占37.5%.平均转机（236.32±37.27）min,主动脉阻断（111.69±28.14）min,停循环（38.00±13.58）min.术后机械通气（66.23±99.24）h,住ICU（4.62±4.50）天,无死亡.病人肺动脉收缩压由术前（81.03±16.92）mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa）降至术后（51.20±12.16）mm Hg,肺血管阻力由术前（88.91±42.32）kPa·s·L-1降至术后的（34.38±15.68）kPa·s·L-1,心排量由术前（3.65±1.08）L/min增加到术后（5.85±1.21）L/min,中心静脉压由（13.07±2.11）cmH2O（1 cmH2O=0.098 kPa）降至（9.86±3.02）cmH2O.术后短期随访显示,病人心功能（NYHA）恢复到Ⅰ级19例、Ⅱ级13例,生活质量明显改善.结论 PEA是治疗慢性栓塞性肺动脉高压的重要手段,手术成功率逐年提高;深低温、间断停循环、双侧肺动脉内膜剥脱及内膜外翻技术为PEA标准术式.多中心资料证实该术式可以有效降低肺动脉压和肺血管阻力,明显改善血流动力学指标和心肺功能.多数国内医疗中心没有足够手术经验,应尽量避免选择肺动脉压收缩≥100mmHg,肺血管阻力≥100kPa·s·L^-1及Ⅲ型病变者行PEA手术.

The identification of DNA binding proteins(DNABPs)is considered a major challenge in genome annotation because they are linked to several important applied and research applications of cellular functions e.g.,in the study of the biological,biophysical,and biochemical effects of antibiotics,drugs,and steroids on *** paper presents an efficient approach for DNABPs identification based on deep transfer learning,named“DTLm-DBP.”Two transfer learning methods are used in the identification *** first is based on the pre-trained deep learning model as a feature’s extractor and *** different pre-trained Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN),AlexNet 8 and VGG 16,are tested and *** second method uses the deep learning model as a feature’s extractor only and two different classifiers for the identification *** classifiers,Support Vector machine(SVm)and Random Forest(RF),are tested and *** proposed approach is tested using different DNA proteins *** performance of the identification process is evaluated in terms of identification accuracy,sensitivity,specificity and mCC,with four available DNA proteins datasets:PDB1075,PDB186,PDNA-543,and *** results show that the RF classifier,with VGG-Net pre-trained deep transfer learning features,gives the highest ***-DBP was compared with other published methods and it provides a considerable improvement in the performance of DNABPs identification.

The present study aims to estimate the annual soil loss in the Soummam watershed in the northeast of Algeria,using the Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation(RUSLE),geographic information system(GIS),and remote sensing(RS).RUSLE model has been used for modelling the main factors involved in erosive *** Soummam watershed covers a surface area of 9108.45 km^2 of irregular shape,northeast–southwest towards *** is characterized by an altitude varying between 2 m in the northeast and 2308 m in the *** showed that the average erosivity factor(R)is 70.64(mJ·mm)/(ha·h·year)and the maximum value reaches 140(mJ·mm)/(ha·h·year),the average soil erodibility factor(K)is 0.016(t·h·ha)/(mJ·ha·mm)and maximum values reach 0.0204(t·h·ha)/(mJ·ha·mm)in the southeast regions of the watershed,the average slope length and steepness factor(LS)is 9.79 and the mean C factor is estimated to be *** maps integration of different factors of RUSLE in GIS with their database,allowed with a rapid and efficient manner to highlight complexity and factors interdependence in the erosion risk *** resulting map for soils losses,with an average erosion rate of 6.81 t/(ha·year)shows a low erosion(medium erosion(7.42 to 19.77 t/(ha·year)),which represents 17.66%of the *** with extreme erosion risk exceeding 32.18 t/(ha·year)cover more than 3.54%of the basin *** results can certainly aid in implementation of soil management and conservation practices to reduce the soil erosion in the Soummam watershed.

The remarkable evolution of metal halide perovskites in the past decade makes them promise for next-generation optoelectronic *** particular,nanocrystals(NCs)of inorganic perovskites have demonstrated excellent performance for light-emitting and display ***,the presence of surface defects on the NCs negatively impacts their performance in ***,we report a compatible facial post-treatment of CsPbI_(3) nanocrystals using guanidinium iodide(GuI).It is found that the GuI treatment effectively passivated the halide vacancy defects on the surface of the NCs while offering effective surface protection and exciton confinement thanks to the beneficial contribution of iodide and guanidinium *** a consequence,the film of treated CsPbI_(3) nanocrystals exhibited significantly enhanced luminescence and charge transport properties,leading to high-performance light-emitting diode with maximum external quantum efficiency of 13.8%with high brightness(peak luminance of 7039 cd m^(−2) and a peak current density of 10.8 cd A^(−1)).The EQE is over threefold higher than performance of untreated device(EQE:3.8%).The operational half-lifetime of the treated devices also was significantly improved with T50 of 20 min(at current density of 25 mA cm^(−2)),outperforming the untreated devices(T50~6 min).

This study aims to assess and to evaluate band ratios, brovey and HSV (Hue-Saturation-Value) techniques for discrimination and mapping the basement rock units exposed at Wadi Bulghah area, Saudi Arabia using multispectral Landsat ETm+ and SPOT-5 panchromatic data.?FieldSpec instrument is utilized to collect the spectral data of diorite, marble, gossan and volcanics, the main rock units exposed at the study area. Spectral profile of diorite exhibits very distinguished absorption features around 2.20 μm and 2.35 μm wavelength regions. These absorption features lead to lowering the band ratio values within the band-7 wavelength region. Diorite intrusions appear to have grey and dark grey image signatures on 7/3 and 7/2 band ratio images respectively. On the false color composite ratio image (7/3:R;7/2:G and 5/2:B), diorite, marble, gossan and volcanics have very dark brown, dark blue, white and yellowish brown image signatures respectively. Image fusion between previously mentioned FCC ratio image and high spatial resolution (5 meters) SPOT-5 panchromatic image is carried out by using brovey and HSV transformation methods. Visual and statistical assessment methods prove that HSV fused image yields best image interpretability results rather than brovey image. It improves the spatial resolution of the original FCC ratios image with acceptable spectral preservation.
