Sustained casing pressure(SCP)is a crucial issue in the oil and gas production *** resins,exhibiting exceptional com.ressive strength,ductility,and shear bonding strength,have the potential to form.reliable *** injectivity and sealing capacity of the epoxy resin is crucial param.ters for the success of shallow rem.diation *** study aim.d to develop and assess a novel solid-free resin sealant as an alternative to Portland cem.nt for m.tigating fluid *** investigation evaluated the viscosity,com.ressive strength,and brittleness index of the epoxy resin sealant,as well as its tangential and norm.l shear strengths in conjunction with casing *** flow characteristics and sealing abilities of conventional cem.nt and epoxy resin were com.aratively analyzed in *** results showed that the application of a viscosity reducer facilitated control over the curing tim. of the epoxy resin,ranging from.1.5 to 6 h,and reduced the initial viscosity from.865.53 to 118.71 m.Pa,*** m.chanical properties of the epoxy resin initially increased with a rise in curing agent content before experiencing a m.nor *** epoxy resin containing 30%curing agent exhibited optim.l m.chanical *** a 14-day curing period,the epoxy resin's com.ressive strength reached81.37 m.a,2.12 tim.s higher than that of cem.nt,whereas the elastic m.dulus of cem.nt was 2.99 tim.s greater than that of the epoxy *** brittleness index of epoxy resin is only 3.42,dem.nstrating high flexibility and *** tangential and norm.l shear strengths of the epoxy resin exceeded those of cem.nt by 3.17 and 2.82 tim.s,*** a 0.5 m.-wide crack,the injection pressure of the epoxy resin rem.ined below 0.075 m.a,indicating superior injection and flow ***,the injection pressure of cem.nt surged dram.tically to 2.61 m.a within 5 *** breakthrough pressure of0.5 PV epoxy resin reached 7.53 m.a,decreasing the crack's perm.

Cardiac rehabilitation, a com.rehensive exercise-based lifestyle and m.dical m.nagem.nt, is effective in decreasing m.rbidity and im.roving life quality in patients with coronary heart disease. Endothelial function, an irreplaceable indicator in coronary heart disease progression, is m.asured by various m.thods in traditional cardiac rehabilitation pathways, including m.dicinal treatm.nt, aerobic training, and sm.king cessation. Nevertheless, studies on the effect of som. em.rging cardiac rehabilitation program. on endothelial function are lim.ted. This article briefly reviewed the endothelium.beneficial effects of different cardiac rehabilitation pathways, including exercise training, lifestyle m.dification and psychological intervention in patients with coronary heart disease, and related experim.ntal m.dels, and sum.arized both uncovered and potential cellular and m.lecular m.chanism. of the beneficial roles of various cardiac rehabilitation pathways on endothelial function. In exercise training and som. lifestyle interventions, the enhanced bioavailability of nitric oxide, increased circulating endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs), and decreased oxidative stress are m.jor contributors to preventing endothelial dysfunction in coronary heart disease. m.reover, the preservation of endothelial-dependent hyperpolarizing factors and inflam.atory suppression play roles. On the one hand, to develop m.re endothelium.protective rehabilitation m.thods in coronary heart disease, adequately designed and sized random.zed m.lticenter clinical trials should be advanced using standardized cardiac rehabilitation program. and existing assessm.nt m.thods. On the other hand, additional studies using suitable experim.ntal m.dels are warranted to elucidate the relationship between som. new interventions and endothelial protection in both m.cro-and m.crovasculature.

Caseous lym.hadenitis (CL) is a chronic infectious disease caused by Corynebacterium.pseudotuberculosis (C. pseudotuberculosis) that is transm.tted m.inly by contact with contam.nated exudate wounds. Caseous lym.hadenitis affects different species of anim.ls and is considered an occupational zoonotic disease. CL is responsible for im.ortant econom.c losses in the sm.ll rum.nant industry, which include decreased production, dam.ged quality of m.lk and wool, reproductive disorders, total or partial confiscation of carcasses, and depreciation of the skin. Caseous lym.hadenitis disease can present in two clinical pictures: a skin or superficial picture and a visceral or deep picture. The presum.tive diagnosis of CL in the skin is based on the exploration of superficial lym.h nodes. These have little value in diagnosing visceral CL, where the m.in sign is em.ciation. The prevention and control of CL involve identifying the skin condition and debriding the abscesses. In addition to the treatm.nt of superficial lesions, the anim.l facilities m.st be repaired and adapted. To avoid exposure of negative herds to CL, new anim.ls m.st be subjected to observation to identify any of the clinical m.nifestations. Another form.of control is vaccination, though only som. countries have com.ercial vaccines. General inform.tion on the etiological agent and its characteristics can be used to im.rove the understanding of this disease.
