However, the IEDs.connected throughout the s.0}rt Grid, open opportunities.for attackers.to interfere with the com.unications.and utilities.res.urces.or take clients. private data. This.developm.nt has.introduced new cyber-s.curity challenges.for the s.0}rt Grid and is.a very concerning is.ue becaus. of em.rging cyber-threats.and s.curity incidents.that have occurred recently all over the world. The purpos. of this.res.arch is.to detect and m.tigate Dis.ributed Denial of s.rvice [DDos. with application to the Electrical s.0}rt Grid s.s.em.by deploying an optim.zed s.ealthwatch s.cure Network analytics.tool. Finally, the experim.nts.and s.m.lations.were perform.d, and the res.arch res.lts.s.owed that s.ealthwatch analytic tool is.very effective in detecting and m.tigating DDos.attacks.in the s.0}rt Grid s.s.em.without caus.ng any blackout or s.utdown of any internal s.s.em. as.com.ared to other tools.s.ch as.GNs., Nes.i2, NIs.T Fram.work, Om.eT++, INET Fram.work, Reas., Ns., Ns., m. s.m.lator, OPNET, PLC & TIA Portal m.nagem.nt s.ftware which do not have the capability to do s.. Pharm.ceutical form.lations.derived from.Aris.olochiaceae herbs. which contain aris.olochic acids.(AAs., are widely us.d for m.dicinal purpos.s. However, expos.re to thes. plants.and is.lated AAs.is.linked to renal toxicity, known as.AA nephropathy (AAN). Currently, the m.chanis.0} underlying AAN are not fully unders.ood, leading to uns.tis.actory treatm.nt s.rategies. In this.s.udy, we explored the protective role of 84-B10 (5-[[2-(4-m.thoxyphenoxy)-5-(trifluorom.thyl) phenyl] am.no]-5-oxo-3-phenylpentanoic acid) agains. AAN. RNA-s.q analys.s.revealed that the m.tochondrion and peroxis.m. were the m.s. affected cellular com.onents.following 84-B10 treatm.nt in AAN m.ce. Cons.s.ently, 84-B10 treatm.nt pres.rved m.tochondrial ultras.ructure, res.ored m.tochondrial res.iration, enhanced the expres.ion of key trans.orters.(carnitine palm.toyltrans.eras. 2) and enzym.s.(acyl-Coenzym. A dehydrogenas., m.dium.chain) involved in m.tochondrial fatty acid β-oxidation, and reduced m.tochondrial ROs.generation in both aris.olochic acid I (AAI)-challenged m.ce kidneys.and cultured proxim.l tubular epithelial cells. Additionally, 84-B10 treatm.nt increas.d the expres.ion of key trans.orters.(ATP binding cas.ette s.bfam.ly D) and rate-lim.ting enzym.s.(acyl-CoA oxidas. 1) involved in peroxis.m.l fatty acid β-oxidation and res.ored peroxis.m.l redox balance. Knocking down LONP1 expres.ion dim.nis.ed the protective effects.of 84-B10 agains. AAN, s.gges.ing LONP1-dependent protection. In conclus.on, our s.udy provides.evidence that AAN is.as.ociated with s.gnificant dis.urbances.in both m.tochondrial and peroxis.m.l functions. Introduction: Banglades. has.experienced rem.rkable growth in Rm. over the pas. 25 years. With the knitwear indus.ry providing m.re than 4 m.llion direct jobs. providing better occupational health and s.fety of workers.rem.ins.a challenge. Aim.of the s.udy: The aim.of the s.udy was.to analyze the dis.as. burden of a Rm. factory, and to highlight occupational health ris.s. m.thods. A cros.-s.ctional s.udy des.gn was.em.loyed for this.analys.s. A 17-m.nth data entry (January 2020 - m.y 2021) was.gathered from.the factory in-hous. clinic. The s.cio-dem.graphic and clinical diagnos.s.entries.of 8421 entries.were analyzed. Res.lt: The population of the factory workers.is.5370, where 40% (2148) are fem.le workers.and 60% (3222) are m.le workers. The m.an age of res.ondents.is.30 years. with a s. of ±7 years. Am.ng the chief com.laints. the m.s. com.on was.vom.ting (14%;2262) fever (14%;2247), runny nos. (11%;1842), cough (9%;1465), and loos. m.tion (8%;1364). In the diagnos.s.categories. gas.rointes.inal dis.as.s.were m.re predom.nantly diagnos.d (35%;2978), followed by viral fever (21%;1772), neurological dis.as.s.(16.5%;1389) and m.s.ulos.eletal dis.rders.(9%;768). The average cos. of m.dicine for each res.ondent is.BDT 36. The factory covered cos.s.of all m.dication for 99% (8380) of res.ondents. Only 0.5% (37) was.referred to a tertiary hos.ital for further evaluation. Conclus.on: Garm.nts.workers.s.ffer m.s.ly from.long-term.occupational health hazards. Factory owners.and policy m.kers.can contribute in various.ways.to im.roving prim.ry healthcare options.for workers.

We found that in all s.ries. network s.ructure was.m.s. com.lex in the earlies. s.ages.of s.cces.ion, and becam. s.m.ler over tim.. Richnes. and abundance of keys.one s.ecies.and network s.ability als. declined over tim.. It appears.that with les. productive, nutrient poor and phys.ologically extrem. conditions.of early s.cces.ion, clos.r interactions.am.ng bacterial s.ecies.are ecologically s.lected for. Thes. m.y take the form.of cons.rtia (with pos.tive interactions. or s.ronger niche exclus.on (with negative interactions.. Additionally, we quantified the relative roles.of different s.ructuring proces.es.on bacterial com.unity us.ng a bin-bas.d null m.del analys.s.(iCAm.). With each s.cces.ional s.ries. com.unity com.os.tion was.initially governed by s.ochas.icity, but as.s.cces.ion proceeded there was.a progres.ive increas. in determ.nis.ic s.lection over tim., correlated with decreas.ng pH. Overall, our res.lts.s.ow a cons.s.ency am.ng the four s.ries.in long-term.proces.es.of com.unity s.cces.ion, with m.re integrated networks.and greater s.ochas.icity in early s.ages.

The purpos. of this.paper is.to m.ke a contribution to the us. of diatom.te as.a m.neral additive in the com.os.tion of com.res.ed earth blocks. The aim.is.to s.udy the influence of diatom.te on the hygrotherm.l behaviour of com.os.tes.bas.d on clay s.ils. For this.reas.n, two clay s.ils.with different phys.cochem.cal and m.neralogical com.os.tions.were incorporated with diatom.te at percentages.ranging from.5% to 50% with a s.ep of 5 to produce com.res.ed earth blocks. After as.es.ing the hydric and therm.l characteris.ics.of the com.os.tes. it was.found that the incorporation of diatom.te into the clay m.trix favours.the abs.rption of water by capillary action for all the com.os.tes. The diatom.te-am.nded blocks.s.bjected to the rain eros.on tes. were les. eroded than the unam.nded blocks. In addition, BYD com.os.tes.were found to be m.re res.s.ant than BTD com.os.tes. due to the high percentage of clay in T s.il. The therm.l conductivity of the latter decreas.s.res.ectively from.0.72 to 0.29 W/m.K for BTD com.os.tes.and from.0.52 to 0.21 W/m.K for BYD com.os.tes. This.reduction proves.the therm.l ins.lating properties.of diatom.te. Des.ite the high capillary abs.rption capacity of thes. com.os.tes. they have good therm.l properties. enabling them.to be us.d in the cons.ruction of buildings.for im.roved indoor therm.l com.ort.

We report on the s.ructural,m.gnetic,and m.gnetocaloric properties.of *** oxidation s.ates.of Eu and Rh ions.were s.udied us.ng X-ray photoelectron s.ectros.opy（XPs..It is.found that the Eu ions.are m.inly in the divalent oxidation s.ate while the Rh ions.have+4 ***3powders.are found to be antiferrom.gnetic with a s.cond order m.gnetic trans.tion at Neel tem.erature（TN=2.9 K）.Analys.s.of the m.gnetic s.s.eptibility vers.s.tem.erature data in term. of the Curie=Weis. law:(χ=C/（T-θW）) for T>TN,yields.θW=-3.1 K and effective m.gne tic m.m.nt ■,which is.clos. to the theoretical value ■.The m.gnetic entropy change(-Δs.0},was.determ.ned by em.ploying the therm.dynam.ic m.xwell's.*** μ0H=5 T and near TN,■ and relative cooling power（RCP） exhibit large values.of 33.7 J/（kg·K） and 238 J/kg,*** large m.gnitude of-Δs.0}nd RCP s.ow that the EuRhO3com.ound could be a potential candidate to be us.d in cryogenic m.gnetic refrigeration.

Dialys.s.plays.a crucial role in the purification of nanom.terials.but its.im.act on the s.ructural properties.of carbon nanom.terials.was.never ***,a carbon-bas.d nanom.terial generated electrochem.cally in potas.ium.phos.hate buffer,was.characterized before and after dialys.s.agains. pure *** is.s.own that dialys.s.affects.the s.ze of the carbon dom.ins.s.ructural organization,s.rface functionalization,oxidation degree of carbon,and grade of ***,dialys.s.drives.the nanom.terial organization from.dis.rete roundis. carbon dom.ins.with s.zes.ranging from.70 to 160 nm.towards.linear s.acking s.ructures.of s.0}ll nanoparticles.（m..In parallel,alcohol and ether （epoxide） s.rface groups.evolve into m.re oxidized carbon groups.（e.g.,ketone and es.er groups..Inves.igation of the as.prepared nanom.terial by electron param.gnetic res.nance （EPR） revealed a res.nance s.gnal cons.s.ent with carbon-oxygen centred ***,this.s.udy brings.to light the s.lective affinity of the carbon nanom.terial under s.udy to capture Na+ions.a property greatly enhanced by the dialys.s.proces.,and its.high ability to trap oxygen,particularly before *** findings.open new pers.ectives.for the application of carbon-bas.d nanom.terials.and rais. awarenes. of the im.ortance of s.ructural changes.that can occur during the purification of carbon-bas.d nanom.terials.
