Water m.nufactured is the prim.ry waste source in the oil and gas industry. Because of the rising am.unt of waste worldwide, the environm.ntal effect of wastewater has becom. a prim.ry environm.ntal concern in recent years. The vast am.unts involved have resulted in considerable costs to the industry for handling produced water. This research explains the wide variety of choices for water m.nagem.nt. This research’s first phase was water m.nim.zation techniques, consisting of three different applications m.de in three different wells (Well 1, Well 2 and Well 3) and water recycling and reuse by two techniques. In Well 1, m.chanical shut-off technique was applied using through tubing bridge plug and 5 m.cem.nt dum.ed above it to isolate the watered out zone;as per water oil ration plot the water cut is decreased from.100% to 4% and the production is increased from.0 to 400 bcpd. In Well 2, Chem.cal shut-off technique using a polym.r called Brightwater has been used to block channeling through high perm.ability intervals after PLT log detected it, and the result was brilliant, the water cut decreased from.60% to 25%, also the oil production increase from.500 to 3000 bopd. In Well 3, downhole separator installed in it using workover (unfortunately, this technique is not applied in m.ddle east till the m.m.nt so this application is taken from.an oil field in Canada)and the result was perfect, the water cut decreased from.70% to 28%, also the oil production increase from.44 to 100 bopd. This study tried to clarify and com.are the m.st widely used water m.nagem.nt techniques using one of the Western Desert (W.D.) (enhanced for oil recovery, constructed wetland).

AIm. Oxidative stress participates in the cell carcinogenesis by inducing DNA m.tations. Our aim.was to assess whether ascorbic acid, an antioxidant, could have a role in preventing ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species) generation in experim.ntal gastric carcinom. in a rat ***: Experim.ntal gastric cancer was induced in twelve Wistar m.le rats (weighting 250-350 g) by profound duodeno-gastric reflux throught split gastrojenunostom.. The rats were allocated to the following groups: Group Ⅰ (n=6)was the control; Group Ⅱ (n=6) which was m.ntained with daily intake of tape water with Vitam.n C (30 m./Kg). After 6 or 12 m.nths, sam.les of gastric tum.r or non tum.r m.cosa were taken from.the anastom.sis of both *** stress was m.asured by superoxide quantification through lucigenin-am.lified chem.lum.nescence base and by staining with Nitrobluetetrazolium. The histopathologic confirm.tion of adenocarcinom. was m.de by eosinhem.thoxilin ***: The intestinal type of gastric adenocarcinom. was m.croscopically identified in all anim.ls of group Ⅰwhereas only 3 rats of group Ⅱ showed an adenocarcinom. without m.croscopic evidence of them. The cancers were located in the anastom.sis in all cases. Basal lum.nescence from.tum.r gastric tissue generated 38.4±6.8 count per m.nute/m./x106 (m.an±SD) and 14.9±4.0 count per m.nute/m./×106, respectively, in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ anim.ls (P＜0.05). The Nitrobluetetrazolium.m.thod showed intense staining in tum.r tissues but not in non neoplasic ***: Experim.ntal gastric tum.rs seem.to produce m.re reactive oxygen species than non neoplasic gastric tissue. The reduction of oxidative stress and gastric tum.r incidence in rats were induced by the intake of ascorbic acid. Therefore, it m.y have a role in the prevention of gastric carcinom..

This investigation included two experim.nts. Experim.nt 1 was executed to study the effect of feeding different rations of protected protein of canola m.al on digestibility and nutritive values within sheep. Twenty m.le, healthy sheep were divided into five treatm.nts according to the m.thods of protein protection (control, heat, sodium.hydroxide, form.ldehyde, and acetic acid treatm.nts). Experim.nt 2 was carried out on developing lam.s to investigate the effect of protected protein on growth perform.nce and som. blood m.tabolites. Anim.ls in this ex-perim.nt were also divided into the sam. treatm.nts as Experim.nt 1. Anim.ls in the first and second experim.nt were fed concentrate ration (80%) and wheat straw (20%) to cover the feed requirem.nts. Nutritive values expressed as total digestible nutrients (TDN %) and digestible crude protein (DCP%) of the experim.ntal rations was calculated. In the second experim.ntal all anim.ls were weighed biweekly and the am.unts of rations were adjusted throughout the experim.ntal period (120 days) according to their body weight change. Results indicated that in the first experim.ntal protected protein by heat (HE) and sodium.hydroxide (NH) had positive (Pm.st of digestibility coefficients of different nutrients. Protein protection m.thods also im.roved (Pm.nt and NH treatm.nt. In the second experim.nt body weight increased by 14% and 7% and also daily gain by 27% and14 % in HE and NH, respectively, while Fm.and AC decreased body weight by 8% and 4.4%. Higher values (Pm.nes were observed in HE and NH than those other treatm.nts. Also, higher values (Pm.n, and glucose were observed in HE and NH than other treatm.nts. The control (CTL) group recorded higher concentrations of urea-N and creatinine at different periods of the experim.nt in com.arison with other treatm.nts. Generally, from.the present inves
