Th. identification of jets originating from.quark. and gluons,often referred to as quark.gluon tagging,plays an im.ortant role in various analyses perform.d at th. Large h.dron Collider,as Standard m.del m.asurem.nts and search.s for new particles decaying to quark. often rely on suppressing a large gluon-induced *** paper describes th. m.asurem.nt of th. efficiencies of quark.gluon taggers developed with.n th. ATLAS Collaboration,using √s=13 TeV proton–proton collision data with.an integrated lum.nosity of 140 fb^(-1) collected by th. ATLAS *** taggers with.h.gh.perform.nces in rejecting jets from.gluon over jets from.quark. are studied:one tagger is based on requirem.nts on th. num.er of inner-detector track. associated with.th. jet,and th. oth.r com.ines several jet substructure observables using a boosted decision tree.A m.th.d is establish.d to determ.ne th. quark.gluon fraction in data,by using quark.gluon-enrich.d subsam.les defined by th. jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and sim.lation are provided for jets with.transverse m.m.ntum.between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for m.ltiple tagger work.ng points.

In recent years,graph.ne field-effect-transistors(GFETs)h.ve dem.nstrated an outstanding potential for terah.rtz(Th.)ph.todetection due to th.ir fast response and *** features are essential to enable em.rging Th. applications,including 6G wireless com.unications,quantum.inform.tion,bioim.ging and ***,th. overall perform.nce of th.se ph.todetectors m.y be utterly com.rom.sed by th. im.act of internal resistances presented in th. device,so-called access or parasitic *** th.s work.we provide a detailed study of th. influence of internal device resistances in th. ph.toresponse of h.gh.m.bility dual-gate GFET *** dual-gate arch.tectures allow us to fine tune(decrease)th. internal resistance of th. device by an order of m.gnitude and consequently dem.nstrate an im.roved responsivity and noise-equivalent-power values of th. ph.todetector,*** results can be well understood by a series resistance m.del,as sh.wn by th. excellent agreem.nt found between th. experim.ntal data and th.oretical *** findings are th.refore relevant to understand and im.rove th. overall perform.nce of existing h.gh.m.bility graph.ne ph.todetectors.

Th. Soft X-ray Im.ger(SXI)is part of th. scientific payload of th. Solar wind m.gnetosph.re Ionosph.re Link.Explorer(Sm.LE)*** is a joint science m.ssion between th. European Space Agency(ESA)and th. Ch.nese Academ. of Sciences(CAS)and is due for launch.in *** is a com.act X-ray telescope with.a wide field-of-view(FOV)capable of encom.assing large portions of Earth.s m.gnetosph.re from.th. vantage point of th. Sm.LE *** is sensitive to th. soft X-rays produced by th. Solar Wind Ch.rge eXch.nge(SWCX)process produced wh.n h.avy ions of solar wind origin interact with.neutral particles in Earth.s *** provides a m.ch.nism.for boundary detection with.n th. m.gnetosph.re,such.as th. position of Earth.s m.gnetopause,because th. solar wind h.avy ions h.ve a very low density in regions of closed m.gnetic field *** sensitivity of th. SXI is such.th.t it can potentially track.m.vem.nts of th. m.gnetopause on tim.scales of a few m.nutes and th. orbit of Sm.LE will enable such.m.vem.nts to be track.d for segm.nts lasting m.ny *** is led by th. A series of h.m. and copolym.rs of styrene (ST) and 2-h.droxyeth.l m.th.crylate (h.m.) in th.ee different m.dia (bulk. tetrah.drofuran, and benzene) h.ve been investigated by free radical polym.rization m.th.d. Th. sam.les obtained from.th. synth.sis were ch.racterized by Fourier Transform.Infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), proton nuclear m.gnetic resonance spectroscopy (1h.Nm.), atom.c force m.croscopy (AFm., and differential scanning calorim.try (DSC). Th. results sh.w th.t th. synth.sis of th. polym.rs is m.re feasible under neat conditions rath.r th.n solvent directed reaction. m.reover, th. DSC data sh.ws th.t th. polystyrene obtained is am.rph.us in nature and th.refore displayed only a glass transition signal rath.r th.n crystallization and m.lting peak.. In addition, th.s study indicates th.t h.m.lopolym.rization of styrene via free radical polym.rization tends to be preferable in less polar solvents lik. Th. th.n in non-polar solvents lik. benzene. Benzene m.gh. destabilize th. form.tion of th. reactive radicals leading to th. form.tion of th. products. In sum.ary, th. h.m.lpolym.rization of styrene is m.re feasible th.n th. h.m.polym.rization 2-h.droxyeth.l m.th.crylate under th. experim.ntal setup used. Styrene is m.re reactive th.n 2-h.droxyeth.l m.th.crylate th.n free radical polym.rization reaction due in part of th. generation of th. benzylic radical interm.diate wh.ch.is m.re stable leading to th. form.tion of products th.n alk.l radical wh.ch.are less stable. Furth.rm.re, polym.rization of styrene under neat conditions is preferable in solvent-assisted environm.nts. Th. ch.ice of solvent for th. synth.sis of th.se polym.rs is crucial and th.refore th. selection of solvent th.t leads to th. form.tion of a m.re stable reaction interm.diate is m.re favorable. It is worth.noting th.t th. structure of th. proposed copolym.r consists of a h.gh.y polar and h.droph.lic m.nom.r, 2-h.droxyeth.l m.th.crylate and a h.gh.y non-polar and h.droph.bic m.nom.

Understanding h.w sum.er warm.ng inﬂuences th. parent and daugh.er sh.ot production in a perennial clonal grass is vital for com.reh.nding th. response of grassland productivity to global ***,we conducted a sim.lated experim.nt using potted Leym.s ch.nensis,to study th. relationsh.p between th. ph.tosynth.tic activ-ity of parent sh.ots and th. production of daugh.er sh.ots under a wh.le(90 days)sum.er warm.ng scenario(+3°C).Th. results sh.wed th.t th. biom.ss of parents and buds decreased by 25.52%and 33.45%,respectively,under warm.ng *** reduction in parent sh.ot biom.ss due to warm.ng directly resulted from.decreased leaf area(18.03%),ch.oroph.ll a(18.27%),ch.oroph.ll b(29.21%)content,as well as a reduction in net ph.tosynth.tic rate(7.32%)and th. m.xim.m.quantum.efﬁciency of ph.tosystem.II(PSII)ph.toch.m.stry(4.29%).Th. decline in daugh.er sh.ot biom.ss was link.d to a decrease in daugh.er sh.ot num.er(33.33%)by ***,th. num.er of belowground buds increased by 46.43%.Th. results indicated th.t long-term.sum.er warm.ng reduces biom.ss accum.lation in parent sh.ot by increasing both.lim.tation of stom. and ***,th. parent sh.ot allocates relatively m.re biom.ss to th. belowground organs to m.intain th. survival and growth.of ***,buds,as a potential aboveground population,could rem.dy for th. cur-rent loss of parent sh.ot density by increasing th. num.er of future daugh.er sh.ots if sum.er warm.ng subsides.

Objective:To assess th. effect of m.m.ntine com.ined with.liraglutide on alum.num.ch.oride(AlCl_(3))and D-galactose(D-GAL)-induced neurotoxicity in ***:m.le Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups of 5 anim.ls each.th. positive control,th. negative control,th. m.m.ntine-treated group,th. liraglutide-treated group,and th. com.ination group treated with.m.m.ntine and ***_(3)and D-GAL were used to induce *** tests,brain beta-am.loid protein,and oxidative stress biom.rk.rs were ***:Th. m.rris water m.ze test indicated an enh.nced m.m.ry in th. com.ination ***,th. com.ination treatm.nt of liraglutide and m.m.ntine resulted in a rem.rk.ble reduction in th. beta-am.loid protein level in th. brain *** inflam.ation and oxidative stress biom.rk.rs were significantly reduced,and th. levels of antioxidant param.ters were ***:Th. com.ination of liraglutide and m.m.ntine exerts neuroprotective effects and enh.nces m.m.ry and cognitive functions in rats with.Alzh.im.r’s disease.

Fluoride is an im.urity in nick.l sulfate production,wh.ch.is required for electric veh.cle *** zirconium.oxide(h.O)was evaluated for rem.ving fl uoride from.nick.l sulfate *** fluoride rem.val occurred at ph.value 4 and optim.l ph.value is 4–5,considering Zr *** availability decreases with.ph.due to h.drogen fluoride and zirconium.fluoride aqueous *** rem.val is initially rapid,with.50 wt.%rem.val in 7 m.n,followed by slow rem.val up to 68 wt.%after 72 h.and follows second order rate *** rem.val was dom.nated by an ion exch.nge m.ch.nism.and resulting Zr–F bonds were observed using Fourier-transform.infrared *** presence of nick.l sulfate decreased loading capacity com.ared to a salt-free *** m.intained adsorption capacity th.ough.five cycles of loading and regeneration.
