Introduction: Mullerian malformations are a group of malformations that result from an alteration of embryonic development. Most cases are asymptomatic, however, in pregnant patients it has been associated with recurrent abortion or premature delivery. Case presentation: 12 + 2 weeks pregnant woman consulted for abdominal pain, vomiting and fever. During the study, a transvaginal ultrasound was performed, where two endometric cavities and a pregnancy in the right horn were observed. The evolution of the patient was torpid, reaching hypovolemic shock, resolved by an emergency laparotomy where the rupture of the right horn was found. Discussion: The bicornuate uterus is the consequence of a partial fusion of the paramesonephric ducts during the fetal development, resulting in two functional uterine horns. Patients with bicornuate uterus may be asymptomatic,m.

Objective: To exam.ne h.w well su bjects with.writer’ s cram. (n=4) or m.sician’ s cram. (n=5) adapted th.ir gri p force wh.n lifting a new object or catch.ng a weigh.. m.th.ds: Nine patients with.focal h.nd dystonia and 10 controls were studied. Experim.nts addressed different m.tor beh.viours: (A) lifting and h.lding an ob ject; (B) adjusting grip force in anticipation of or in reaction to a ch.nge in load force by catch.ng a sm.ll weigh. dropped expectedly or unexpectedly into a h.nd h.ld receptacle. A recently publish.d estim.te of Earth.s global warm.ng trend is 0.63 ± 0.28 W/m., as calculated from.ocean h.at content anom.ly data spanning 1993-2008. Th.s value is not representative of th. recent (2003-2008) warm.ng/cooling rate because of a “flattening” th.t occurred around 2001-2002. Using only 2003-2008 data from.Argo floats, we find by four different algorith.0} th.t th. recent trend ranges from.–0.010 to –0.161 W/m. with.a typical error bar of ±0.2 W/m.. Th.se results fail to support th. existence of a frequently-cited large positive com.uted radiative im.alance.
