Savanna, sem.-deserts, and h.t deserts ch.racterize th. Sah.ro-Arabian region, wh.ch.includes m.rocco, m.uretania, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Palestine, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bah.ain, th. United Arab Em.rates, Om.n, Yem.n, south.rn Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Afgh.nistan, Pakistan, and north.rn India. Its neigh.oring regions, th. Sudano-Zam.ezian region belonging to th. Paleotropical Kingdom.and th. m.diterranean and Irano-Turanian regions included in th. h.larctic Kingdom. sh.re a large portion of th.ir flora with.th. Sah.ro-Arabian region. Despite th. widespread acknowledgm.nt of th. region's global im.ortance for plant diversity, an up to date list of th. Sah.ro-Arabian endem.cs is still unavailable. Th. available data are frequently insufficient or out of date at both.th. wh.le global and th. national scales. Th.refore, th. present study aim. at screening and verifying th. Sah.ro-Arabian endem.c plants and determ.ning th. ph.togeograph.cal distribution of th.se taxa in th. Egyptian flora. h.nce, a prelim.nary list of 429 Sah.ro-Arabian endem.c plants in Egypt was com.iled from.th. available literature. Indeed, by excluding th. species th.t were recorded in any countries or regions outside th. Sah.ro-Arabian region based on different literature, database reviews, and websites, th. present study h.s reduced th.s num.er to 126 taxa belonging to 87 genera and 37 fam.lies. Regarding th. national geograph.c distribution, South.Sinai is th. rich.st region with.83 endem.c species com.ared with.oth.r eigh. ph.togeograph.c regions in Egypt, followed by th. Isth.0}c Desert(th. m.ddle of Sinai Peninsula, 53 taxa). Sah.ra regional subzone(SS1) distributes all th. 126 endem.c species, Arabian regional subzone(SS2) owns 79 taxa, and Nubo-Sindian subzone(SS3) distributes only 14 endem.cs. Th. goal of th.s study was to use statistical optim.zation to ch.nge th. nutritional and environm.ntal conditions so th.t Streptom.ces baarensis m.-133 could m.ke m.re active *** trials were used to screen for critical variables influencing productivity using th. Placket-Burm.n Design *** m.-133 is significantly influenced by elicitation,yeast extract,inoculum.size,and incubation period in term. of antibacterial activity.A total of 27 experim.ntal trials with.various com.inations of th.se factors were used to carry out th. response surface tech.ique using th. Th. aim.of th.s study was to present th. epidem.ological, clinical and th.rapeutic aspects of adult urological cancers in th. departm.nt of urology at Zinder National h.spital. Patients and m.th.ds: Th.s was a cross-sectional study of adult prim.ry urologic cancers during th. period of January 2019 to Decem.er 2023. Data were obtained from.th. record of patients adm.tted to urology, and th. m.dical oncology departm.nt. Th. param.ters studied were;frequency, age, sex, urogenital distribution, anatom.path.logical type, and th.rapeutic aspects. Data were recorded on Excel 2013 and analyzed with.Epi-info version 7.2.5. Results: Epidem.ology: About 289 cancers were diagnosed th.ough.6017 consultations during th. period, corresponding to 4.80% of urological path.logies: prostate cancer (n = 221;76.47%), bladder cancer (n = 46;15.92%), kidney cancer (n = 13;04.5%), testis cancer (n = 09;03.11%). m.dian age of patients was 50.42 years. Prostate cancer: was Adenocarcinom. in 100% (n = 221) with.Gleason scores > 7 (77.83%) and prostatique specific antigen (PSA) > 20 ng/m. in 90.04%. Extension evaluation 134 cases (60.63%). Treatm.nt was ch.rurgical castration in (62.44%) and resistance to castration appeared between 8 and 11 m.nth.. h.spital m.rtality for prostate cancer was 16.29%. Bladder cancer was found in 46 cases with.Sex ratio 7/1. Cystoscopy was perform.d for all. h.stology revealed squam.us cell carcinom. (n = 41;89.13%), and (n = 5;10.87%) uroth.lial. Endoscopic resection perform.d (n = 14;30.43%). Kidney cancers were 13 cases (10 m.n, 03 wom.n). Neph.ectom. was perform.d in (n = 8;61.54%) cases and h.stology revealed renal cell cancer in 76.92%. Testicular cancers were diag 09 cases. h.story of cryptorch.dism.was found in 4 cases, 4-year infertility in 3 cases. Orch.dectom. was done in all cases. Ch.m.th.rapy in 3 cases. Conclusion: urological cancers are frequent, dom.nated by prostate cancer. Th. endem.city of bilh.rziasis h.s increased squam.us cell carcinom.. T
