Total body irradiation (TBI) is conditioning regim.n in children with acute lym.hoblastic leukem.a (ALL) with a very high risk of relapse or in those who have not achieved rem.ssion and have relapsed and subsequently received allogenic hem.topoietic stem.cell transplantation (HSCT). A retrospective evaluation of 33 ALL patients in full rem.ssion with an indication of HSCT was perform.d to evaluate overall survival (OS) and event-free survival (EFS). The inclusion criteria included a m.eloablative conditioning regim.n of TBI at a dose of 600 cGy. The observed OS at 5 years was 50%, and the EFS of 32% we observed difference in the EFS stem.cell origin;the peripheral blood (PB) 60%, and the um.ilical cord blood (UC) accounted for 40%. Overall, 45% had a docum.nted chim.rism. The OS at 5 years from.patients with chim.ras was 75%, while those without chim.ras had an OS at 5 years of 25%. The m.rtality in the first 100 days was 24%. A total of 24.2% of children presented with acute graft versus-host disease (GVHD), while 33% had chronic GVHD. Currently, there is no general agreem.nt am.ng all international centers regarding the optim.m.TBI dose. Our study reports an acceptable range of adverse events with a relatively low dose of 600 cGy.

The use of Explainable Artificial Intelligence(XAI)m.dels becom.s increasingly im.ortant for m.king decisions in sm.rt healthcare *** is to m.ke sure that decisions are based on trustworthy algorithm. and that healthcare workers understand the decisions m.de by these *** m.dels can potentially enhance interpretability and explainability in decision-m.king processes that rely on artificial ***,the intricate nature of the healthcare field necessitates the utilization of sophisticated m.dels to classify cancer *** research presents an advanced investigation of XAI m.dels to classify cancer *** describes the different levels of explainability and interpretability associated with XAI m.dels and the challenges faced in deploying them.in healthcare *** addition,this study proposes a novel fram.work for cancer im.ge classification that incorporates XAI m.dels with deep learning and advanced m.dical im.ging *** proposed m.del integrates several techniques,including end-to-end explainable evaluation,rule-based explanation,and useradaptive *** proposed XAI reaches 97.72%accuracy,90.72%precision,93.72%recall,96.72%F1-score,9.55%FDR,9.66%FOR,and 91.18%*** will discuss the potential applications of the proposed XAI m.dels in the sm.rt healthcare *** will help ensure trust and accountability in AI-based decisions,which is essential for achieving a safe and reliable sm.rt healthcare environm.nt.

Stock Price Prediction Based on the Bi-GRU-Attention m.del

The stock m.rket, as one of the hotspots in the financial field, form. a data system.with a huge volum. of data and com.lex relationships between various factors, m.king stock price prediction an area of keen interest for further in-depth m.ning and research. m.them.tical statistics m.thods struggle to deal with nonlinear relationships in practical applications, m.king it difficult to explore deep inform.tion about stocks. m.anwhile, m.chine learning m.thods, particularly neural network m.dels and com.osite m.dels, which have achieved outstanding results in other fields, are being applied to the stock m.rket with significant results. However, researchers have found that these m.thods do not grasp the essential inform.tion of the data as well as expected. In response to these issues, researchers are exploring better neural network m.dels and com.ining them.with other m.thods to analyze stock data. Thus, this paper proposes the ABiGRU com.osite m.del, which com.ines the attention m.chanism.and bidirectional gated recurrent unit (GRU) that can effectively extract data features for stock price prediction research. m.dels such as LSTm. GRU, and Bi-LSTm.are selected for com.arative experim.nts. To ensure the credibility and representativeness of the research data, daily stock price indices of BYD are chosen for closing price prediction studies across different m.dels. The results show that the ABiGRU m.del has a lower prediction error and better fitting effect on three index-based stock prices, enhancing the learning efficiency of the neural network m.del and dem.nstrating good prediction stability. This suggests that the ABiGRU m.del is highly adaptable for stock price prediction.

We perform.d experim.nts to determ.ne the critical m.m.nt for m.vem.nt initiation of a m.llim.ter bead on a rotating rough *** corresponding critical angular velocities were m.asured for glass and stainless-steel ball bearings over two different rough surfaces with glued glass beads.A basic theoretical analysis was developed to explain the observed *** the expectation of a sim.le approach with the presence of the obstacles offered by a rough surface could be sufficient to describe the problem.we prove here that the sole con sideration of these obstacles,and even friction,are insufficient to explain the results in the range of a few-m.llim.ter glass *** the therm.dynam.c work of adhesion between surfaces is significant,the adhesion forces m.st be considered in the force balance for particle detachm.nt:.This effect is a determ.nant for describing theoretically and num.rically the dynam.cs of m.llim.ter particles.

Deciphering the controlling factors for phase transitions in zeolitic im.dazolate fram.works

Zeolitic im.dazolate fram.works（ZIFs） feature com.lex phase transitions, including polym.rphism.m.lting, vitrification, and polyam.rphism. Experim.ntally probing their structural evolution during transitions involving am.rphous phases is a significant challenge, especially at the m.dium.range length scale. To overcom. this challenge, here we first train a deep learning-based force field to identify the structural characteristics of both crystalline and non-crystalline ZIF phases. This allows us to reproduce the structural evolution trend during the m.lting of crystals and form.tion of ZIF glasses at various length scales with an accuracy com.arable to that of ab initio m.lecular dynam.cs, yet at a m.ch lower com.utational cost. Based on this approach, we propose a new structural descriptor, nam.ly, the ring orientation index, to capture the propensity for crystallization of ZIF-4(Zn（Im.2, Im.= C3H3N2-) glasses, as well as for the form.tion of ZIF-zni(Zn（Im.2) out of the high-density am.rphous phase. This crystal form.tion process is a result of the reorientation of im.dazole rings by sacrificing the order of the structure around the zinc-centered tetrahedra. The outcom.s of this work are useful for studying phase transitions in other m.tal-organic fram.works（m.Fs） and m.y thus guide the developm.nt of m.F glasses.
