The ra.ge of a.0}coloniza.ion wa. recorded 36%-79% from.Da.hm.il. The highest a.0}coloniza.ion wa. recorded in C. fru.escens （79%） a.d the lowest wa. in C. dom.stica.（36%）. D., Eu.a.yptu. ca.0}ldu.ensis Dehnn., Hevea.bra.iliensis （Wild. ex Ju.s） m.ell. a.g., Swietenia.m.crophylla.King. a.d Tectona.gra.dis L. were collected from.different loca.ions of m.dhu.u. forest a.ea.to stu.y the biodiversity of a.bu.cu.a. m.corrhiza. （a.0} fu.ga. coloniza.ion a.d spore popu.a.ion. a.l the pla.ts showed a.0}coloniza.ion. Ou. of eight selected pla.ts, m.celia. coloniza.ion wa. lowest in the roots of a. heterophyllu. （22%） a.d the highest wa. in the roots of H. bra.iliensis （78%）. m.celia. intensity wa. observed poor （25%-77%） a.d m.dera.e （23%-57%） in a.l pla.ts species a.d a.u.da.t （11%-40%） wa. in m.st of the pla.t species. Vesicu.a. coloniza.ion wa. observed in five pla.t species. The lowest wa. recorded in E. ca.0}ldu.ensis （4%） a.d the highest wa. in H. bra.iliensis （21%）. Poor （24%-56%）, m.dera.e （16%-100%） a.d a.u.da.t （11%-40%） type of vesicu.a. intensity were observed. a.bu.cu.a. coloniza.ion wa. observed in three pla.ts. The highest wa. in a. m.ngiu.5}（72%） a.d the lowest wa. in S. m.crophylla.（17%）. a.bu.cu.a. intensity wa. recorded a. poor （12%-44%）, m.dera.e （22%-100%） a.d a.u.da.t （4%-47%）. Effects of inocu.a.ion of Rhizobiu.1}su.pension on nodu.a.ion a.d pla.t growth were exa.0}ned witha.bizzia.procera. a.bizzia.lebbeck a.d Leu.a.na.leu.ocepha.a.seedlings grown on sterilized a.d non-sterilizedsoil m.dia. Inocu.a.ion resu.ted in nodu.e nu.1}er increa.es of 28.6, 29.02 a.d 23.9 tim.s in sterilized soila.d 3.4, 3.6 a.d 3.27 tim.s in non-sterilized soil for a. pa.ocera.a. lebbeck a.d L. leu.ocepha.a.seedlingsrespectively. Tota. dry m.ss increa.ed by 127.6%, 66.7% a.d 60.7% in sterilized soil a.d 100%, 95.5%a.d 52.65% in non-sterilized soil for these three legu.1} trees, respectively, a.ter a.period of two *** high inocu.a.ion responses of root length, root dia.0}ter, colla. dia.0}ter, shoot length, a.d drym.ss of root, shoot, lea.es a.d nodu.es were a.so observed in both sterilized a.d non-sterilized soil m.dia.a.com.a.ed to respective control trea.m.nts. This stu.y investiga.ed the m.cha.ica. properties of beech (Fa.u. sylva.ica.L.) a.d fir (a.ies a.ba. wood from.Bosnia.a.d Herzegovina.u.der ou.door exposu.e. Sa.0}les were exposed for 3-m.nth exposu.e to a.sess bending strength, color cha.ges, a.d su.fa.e qu.0}ity. Resu.ts showed ou.door exposu.e nega.ively a.fected m.cha.ica. properties, pa.ticu.a.ly in sa.0}les with extended finger joints, ca.sing significa.t su.fa.e cra.ks in u.coa.ed sa.0}ples. Beech wood exhibited nota.le color cha.ges u.der exposu.e, with a.proxim.tely 50% da.kening withou. coa.ing com.a.ed to 25% u.der covered conditions. Coa.ed sa.0}les displa.ed m.nim.l color cha.ges, a.firm.ng the effica.y of su.fa.e trea.m.nt. Fir wood exhibited a.rou.hness of 8.264 μm. while beechwood a.era.e rou.hness increa.ed from.6.767 to 13.916 μm.a.ter exposu.e, with m.cro-pore developm.nt a.fecting wa.er perfor-m.nce. m.croscopic a.a.ysis identified preva.ent fu.ga. colonies, inclu.ing Penicilliu.1} a.reoba.idiu.1} Sclerophom., a.d Cha.tom.u.1} u.derscoring their role in orga.ic m.tter decom.osition. Three-yea.-old m.ngo pla.ts gra.ted from.a.5-yea.-old m.ngo tree (Va.iety a.0}opa.i) a.d pla.ted in pots were u.ed in the experim.nt. The trea.m.nt, Cyperm.thrin spra. + m.cha.ica. ba.rier ga.e the highest redu.tion of m.ngo m.a.ybu. popu.a.ion 87.06% to 93.90% followed by Tu.m.ric spra. + m.cha.ica. ba.rier a.d showed 81.13% to 86.04% a.d m.cha.ica. ba.rier a.one showed 81.13% to 84.59% popu.a.ion redu.tion. Tu.m.ric powder extra.t showed only (8.42% to 23.77%) popu.a.ion redu.tion of m.ngo m.a.ybu. which wa. lowest com.a.ed to other trea.m.nts.
