水分利用效率(WUE)是评估一个生态系统新陈代谢与固碳能力的重要参数,也是衡量陆地生态系统碳循环和水循环耦合程度的关键指标,研究其时空变化及对气候变化的响应具有重要意义。本研究基于m.DIS数据、气象观测数据和植被类型数据,定量估算2002—2022年伊犁河谷各类型草地WUE时空变化特征,并采用趋势分析和偏相关分析探究河谷草地WUE变化趋势及其对气温、降水量的阈值效应。结果表明:1)伊犁河谷草地多年平均WUE为1.48 gC/(m.·m.(2)),总体呈微弱降低趋势。其中典型草原WUE最高,其次为荒漠草原、草甸草原、典型草甸和高寒草甸。2)在空间上,WUE总体呈中部高,并向南北两端逐渐降低的分异规律,其分布格局与海拔总体呈负相关关系。3)河谷WUE与年气温多呈正相关,与气温不同,降水与河谷草地WUE基本呈负相关关系。具体来说,典型草甸、荒漠草原和高寒草甸WUE与气温呈正相关关系,各类草地中仅有典型草甸与降水为正相关。4)草甸草原、高寒草甸、典型草甸、典型草原和荒漠草原生长的最佳气温阈值为-6~0℃、-8~2℃、-6~2℃、4~8℃和-4~6℃,其降水最佳阈值分别为650~800 m.、550~800 m.、500~800 m.、400~600 m.和400~550 m.。

目的评价信迪利单抗对比安慰剂联合化疗(顺铂加紫杉醇或顺铂加5-氟尿嘧啶)作为不可切除的局部晚期、复发或转移性食管鳞癌一线治疗的效果。设计多中心、随机、双盲、Ⅲ期临床研究。背景2018年12月14日至2021年4月9日,国内66家研究中心,国外13家研究中心。受试者659例未曾接受过系统性治疗的成年(≥18岁)晚期或转移性食管鳞癌患者。干预受试者按1∶1的比例随机分组,每3周接受1次信迪利单抗或安慰剂(体重m./kg,体重>60 kg者200 m.)与顺铂75 m./m.和紫杉醇175 m./m.的联合治疗。本研究经修订,允许研究者选择顺铂联合紫杉醇或顺铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶(800 m./m.,第1~5天连续输注给药)化疗方案。主要结局指标所有患者和程序性细胞死亡配体1(PD-L1)表达联合阳性评分≥10的患者总生存期。结果659例患者随机分配至信迪利单抗(n=327)或安慰剂(n=332)联合化疗组。659例患者中有616例(93%)接受了信迪利单抗或安慰剂与顺铂和紫杉醇联合治疗,有43例(7%)接受了信迪利单抗或安慰剂与顺铂和5-氟尿嘧啶联合治疗。期中分析显示,在所有患者(中位总生存期16.7 vs 12.5个月,风险比0.63,95%可信区间0.51~0.78;P<0.001)和联合阳性评分≥10的患者(17.2 vs 13.6个月,0.64,0.48~0.85;P=0.002)中,信迪利单抗联合化疗组的总生存期均优于安慰剂联合化疗组。与安慰剂联合化疗相比,信迪利单抗联合化疗显著延长了所有患者(7.2 vs 5.7个月,0.56,0.46~0.68;P<0.001)和联合阳性评分≥10患者(8.3 vs 6.4个月,0.58,0.45~0.75;P<0.001)的无进展生存期。信迪利单抗联合化疗组出现治疗相关不良事件的患者人数为321/327例(98%),安慰剂联合化疗组为326/332例(98%)。在信迪利单抗联合化疗组和安慰剂联合化疗组中,3级及以上治疗相关不良事件的发生率分别为60%(196/327)和55%(181/332)。结论与安慰剂相比,信迪利单抗联合顺铂加紫杉醇作为一线治疗显著改善了晚期或转移性食管鳞癌患者的总生存期和无进展生存期。信迪利单抗联合顺铂加5-氟尿嘧啶也显示出类似的获益。临床试验注册*** NCT03748134。

In our ea.lier study im.roved stra.ns of a.throbotrys m.siform.s were obta.ned using ra.dom.m.ta.enesis technique. Reports suggest benzim.da.ole resista.ce to be ca.sed by point m.ta.ions in β-tubulin gene. The current study therefore focuses on a.a.yzing the β-tubulin genes of the selected m.ta.ts in com.a.ison with the wild type fungus to understa.d its role in benzim.da.ole resista.ce. a.l the m.ta.ts were a.a.yzed for their LD50 va.ues followed by sequencing of the β-tubulin genes. a.cla.ogra.0}wa. genera.ed of the sequenced β-tubulin genes followed by a.deta.led study of the sequences in term. of their a.0}no a.id com.osition a.d m.ta.ions. The results suggest increa.ed percenta.e of non-pola. a.0}no a.ids in the β-tubulin gene to confer higher benzim.da.ole resista.ce to this fungus.

目的对喜碱鸢尾根乙醇提取物中的化学成分进行定性分析。方法采用LC-ESI-Q-TOFm./m.分析,Poroshell 120-C18反相色谱柱(2.7×100 m.,2.7μm.,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱;质谱使用ESI离子源,负离子模式下采集数据。结果通过负离子质谱信息及元素组成分析与相关文献数据对照,共鉴定出18个化合物。结论所建立的检测方法快速、准确,灵敏度高,为阐明喜碱鸢尾根乙醇提取物药效物质基础提供有力的证据。

Ethnicities of spouses were a.a.la.le only for m.le pa.ients. Of those enrolled,687 were m.rried m.n a.d constituted the cohort for the present a.a.ysis.
