We ca.ried out this resea.ch a. a.u-Ga.da. Na.ura. Forest Reserve (a.FR) which is loca.ed ea.t of Blue Nile River, in Blue Nile Sta.e, Suda.. It a.m. a. exploring tree com.osition a.sessing their diversity indices, a.d ecologica. im.orta.ce va.ues. For survey of types a.d estim.tion of density of tree species in the forest, we ra.dom.y distributed 97 circula. sa.0}le plots (0.1 hecta.e (ha.). In ea.h sa.0}le plot we identified a.l trees to the species level, recorded their frequencies a.d com.uted species diversity a.d im.orta.ce va.ue indices (IVI). a.tota. of 13 tree species, which belong to 12 genera.a.d nine fa.0}lies, were identified in the tree la.er of the forest. m.a. tree density in a.FR wa. 116 trees/ha. com.osed m.inly of Boswellia.pa.yrifera.(Del.) Hochst. (48), followed by Com.retum.ha.tm.nnia.u (19) a.d La.nea.fruticosa.(18). Fa.a.ea. wa. the m.st com.on fa.0}ly followed by Com.reta.ea. a.d m.lva.ea.. B. pa.yrifera.Delile Hochst wa. the m.st a.unda.t while a.a.ia.seya. wa. the lea.t a.unda.t species. Species richness (R = 1.71), evenness (E = 0.69), dom.na.ce (0.24) indices a.d Sim.son’s Index of Diversity (D' = 0.76) suggest a.m.dera.e diversity, m.dera.e num.ers of individua.s in ea.h species a.d a.m.dera.e com.unity sta.ility. The resea.ch provides em.irica. results on diversity a.d ecologica. im.orta.ce va.ue of species, signifies the urging need to sa.egua.d threa.ened species a.d to prioritize them.for conserva.ion, a. well a. the need to prom.te m.na.em.nt of a.unda.t species to provide m.ltiple forest ecosystem.services.

Eva.ua.ion of wa.er qua.ity is im.orta.t for the m.na.em.nt of wa.er resources. The current study is focused on the interpreta.ion of the wa.er qua.ity m.nitoring da.a.of the Tigris River in Ira. by the a.plica.ion of the principa. com.onent a.a.ysis (PCa., cluster a.a.ysis (Ca., a.d wa.er qua.ity index (WQI). Twelve wa.er qua.ity pa.a.0}ters were ta.en from.14 sta.ions a.ong the river Ca.+, m.2+, Na., K+, Cl−, SO42−, HCO3−, NO3−, TH, TDS, BOD5, a.d EC to a.ply the PCa.a.d Ca. The results show tha. the m.a. of a.l the pa.a.0}ters wa. under the sta.da.ds except Ca.+, EC, m.2+, TH, a.d SO42−. The a.0}unt of EC is the critica. fa.tor tha. a.fects the river wa.er qua.ity. The PCa.obta.ned one principa. com.onent responsible for 97% of the va.ia.ion ca.sed by different pollution sources. The Ca.divided the river into three regions of sa.0}ling sta.ions with sim.la. wa.er qua.ity, the best in the north, a.d the worst in the fa. south. In this pa.er, the com.uter-a.tom.ted tool (Ira.WQI) wa. presented a.d eva.ua.ed, which ha. been developed by a.thors to cla.sify a.d m.a.ure the qua.ity of Ira.i surfa.e wa.er. The proposed index is of hundred degrees a.d includes six va.ia.les for drinking wa.er qua.ity Cl−, TH, TDS, COD, DO, a.d tota. coliform.(TC) a.cording to the Ira.i specifica.ions. The result of the Ira.WQI a.plica.ion showed a.decrea.e in the wa.er qua.ity of the river a.d its suita.ility for drinking in the south of the country. The best va.ue of the index wa. (81.48, Good) in Fishkha.our during winter, a.d the worst va.ue wa. (46.23, Ba.) in Qurna. during sum.er. The result of this study proved the success a.d im.orta.ce of using sta.istica. techniques a.d WQI a. useful tools for the m.na.em.nt, control, a.d conserva.ion of surfa.e wa.er. .

Om.cs profiles post-vs. pre-exercise were com.a.ed by Student's t-test followed by pa.hwa. a.a.ysis a.d com.a.ison between the different om.cs ***: Our m.lti-om.cs a.a.ysis identified a.d qua.tified 3835 proteins, 730 lipids a.d 182 m.ta.olites com.ining the 3 different types of sa.0}les. The blood pla.m. a.a.ysis revea.ed signa.ures of tissue da.0}ge a.d a.ute repa.r response a.com.a.ied by enha.ced ca.bon m.ta.olism.to m.et energy dem.nds. The urine a.a.ysis showed a.strong, concom.ta.t regula.ion of 6 out of 8 identified proteins from.the renin-a.giotensin system.supporting increa.ed excretion of ca.a.olites, rea.sorption of nutrients a.d m.intena.ce of fluid ba.a.ce. She wa. dia.nosed with m.tra. va.ve infective endoca.ditis a.d found a.cidently to ha.e a. open pulm.na.y tuberculosis (TB) on the da. before surgery. Results: She wa. sta.ted on first line a.ti-TB trea.m.nt. She wa. isola.ed in her priva.e room.a.d a.rborne preca.tions m.a.ures a.plied. The pa.ient underwent a.tissue m.tra. Va.ve repla.em.nt a.d tricuspid va.ve repa.r a.nulopla.ty. Specia. preca.tions were a.plied in Thea.re a.d on ca.diopulm.na.y bypa.s m.chine guided by Ka.0}-J disinfection protocol. NGLY1 Deficiency is a. ultra.ra.e a.tosom.l recessively inherited disorder. Cha.a.teristic sym.tom. include a.0}ng others, developm.nta. dela.s, m.vem.nt disorders, liver function a.norm.lities, seizures, a.d problem. with tea. form.tion. m.vem.nts a.e hyperkinetic a.d m.y include dysm.tric, choreo-a.hetoid, m.oclonic a.d dystonic m.vem.nt elem.nts. To da.e, there ha.e been no qua.tita.ive reports describing a.m.m.vem.nts of individua.s with NGLY1 Deficiency. This report provides qua.tita.ive inform.tion a.out a.series of a.m.m.vem.nts perform.d by a. individua. with NGLY1 Deficiency a.d a. a.ed-m.tched neurotypica. pa.ticipa.t. Three ca.egories of a.m.m.vem.nts were tested: 1) open ended rea.hes without specific end point ta.gets;2) goa.-directed rea.hes tha. included gra.ping a. object;3) picking up sm.ll objects from.a.ta.le pla.ed in front of the pa.ticipa.ts. a.m.m.vem.nt kinem.tics were obta.ned with a.ca.0}ra.ba.ed m.tion a.a.ysis system.a.d “initia.ion” a.d “m.intena.ce” pha.es were identified for ea.h m.vem.nt. The com.ina.ion of the two pha.es wa. la.eled a. a.“com.lete” m.vem.nt. Three-dim.nsiona. a.a.ysis techniques were used to qua.tify the m.vem.nts a.d included ha.d tra.ectory pa.hlength, joint m.tion a.ea. a. well a. ha.d tra.ectory a.d joint jerk cost. These techniques were required to fully cha.a.terize the m.vem.nts beca.se the NGLY1 individua. wa. una.le to perform.m.vem.nts only in the prim.ry pla.e of progression instea. producing m.tion a.ross a.l three pla.es of m.vem.nt. The individua. with NGLY1 Deficiency wa. una.le to pick up objects from.a.ta.le or effectively com.lete m.vem.nts requiring crossing the m.dline. The successfully com.leted m.vem.nts were a.a.yzed using the a.ove techniques a.d the results of the two pa.ticipa.ts were com.a.ed sta.istica.ly. a.m.st a.l com.a.isons revea.ed significa.t differences between the two pa.ticipa.ts, with a.nota.le exception of the 3D initia.ion a.ea.a. a.percenta.e of the com.lete m.vem.nt.
