The generation of electricity,considering environmental and eco-nomic factors is one of the most important challenges of recent *** this article,a thermoelectric generator(TEG)is proposed to use the thermal energy of an electric water heater(EWH)to generate electricity *** improve the energy conversion efficiency of the TEG,a fuzzy logic con-troller(FLC)-based perturb&observe(P&O)type maximum power point tracking(mPPT)control algorithm is used in this *** EWH is one of the major electricity consuming household appliances which causes a higher electricity price for ***,a significant amount of thermal energy generated by EWH is wasted every day,especially during the winter *** recent years,TEGs have been widely developed to convert surplus or unused thermal energy into usable *** this context,the proposed model is designed to use the thermal energy stored in the EWH to generate *** addition,the generated electricity can be easily stored in a battery storage system to supply electricity to various household appliances with *** proposed mPPT control algorithm helps the system to quickly reach the optimal point corresponding to the maximum power output and maintains the system operating point at the maximum power output *** validate the usefulness of the proposed scheme,a study model was developed in the mATLAB Simulink environment and its performance was investigated by simulation under steady state and transient *** results of the study confirmed that the system is capable of generating adequate power from the available thermal energy of *** was also found that the output power and efficiency of the system can be improved by maintaining a higher temperature difference at the input terminals of the ***,the real-time temperature data of Abha city in Saudi Arabia is considered to analyze the feasibility of the proposed system for practical implementation.

Objective:To evaluate the anticancer activity of the methanolic extract of Cyathula prostrata in Ehrlich ascites carcinoma(EAC)-bearing mice with methotrexate as positive control in the advanced stage of ***:EAC was induced in swiss albino mice by injecting10~6 cell/mL of tumor cell suspension *** methanolic extract of Cyathula prostrata effect on the tumor cell viability,DNA fragmentation and mTT assay were carried ***:methanolic extract attenuated percentage increased in the cell survival lime when compared to control ***,the effect was less than that of *** and the extracts reversed the tumor-induced alterations in UNA fragmentation and mTT ***:The present study suggests that the methanol extract of Cyathula prostrata has significant anticancer activity and that is comparable to that of methotrexate.

The metal-lightweighted electrocatalysts for water splitting are highly desired for sustainable and economic hydrogen energy deployments,but *** this work,a low-content Ni-functionalized approach triggers the high capability of black phosphorene(BP)with hydrogen and oxygen evolution reaction(HER/OER)*** a facile in situ electro-exfoliation route,the ionized Ni sites are covalently functionalized in BP nanosheets with electron redistribution and controllable metal *** is found that the as-fabricated Ni-BP electrocatalysts can drive the water splitting with much enhanced HER and OER *** 1.0 m KOH electrolyte,the optimized 1.5 wt%Nifunctionalized BP nanosheets have readily achieved low overpotentials of 136 mV for HER and 230 mV for OER at 10 mA cm^(−2).moreover,the covalently bonding between Ni and P has also strengthened the catalytic stability of the Ni-functionalized BP electrocatalyst,stably delivering the overall water splitting for 50 h at 20 mA cm^(−2).Theoretical calculations have revealed that Ni–P covalent binding can regulate the electronic structure and optimize the reaction energy barrier to improve the catalytic activity *** work confirms that Ni-functionalized BP is a suitable candidate for electrocatalytic overall water splitting,and provides effective strategies for constructing metal-lightweighted economic electrocatalysts.

Evaluation of chemopreventive effect of Fumaria indica against N-nitrosodiethylamine and CCl_4-induced hepatocellular carcinoma in Wistar rats

Objective:To investigation the chemopreventive potential of Fumaria indica（***） extract（FIE） on N-nitrosodiethylamine and CCl4-induced hepatocarcinogenesis in Wislar ***:The experimental animals were divided into six groups（n=6）.Hepatocellular carcinoma was induced by single intraperitoneal injection of N-nitrosodiethylamine（NDEA） in normal saline at a dose of 200 mg/kg body weight followed by weekly subcutaneous injections of CCl4（3 mL/kg/week） for 6 weeks,as the promoter of carcinogenic *** administration of the carcinogen,200 and 400 mg/kg of FIE were administered orally once a day throughout the *** the end of 20 weeks,the body weight,liver weight and relative liver weight were *** percentage of nodule incidence and liver cancer markers such as aspartate transaminase（AST）,alanine transaminase（ALT）,alkaline phosphatase（ALP）,γ-glutamyl transferase（γ-GT）,total bilirubin level（TBL）,α-feto protein（AFP） and carcinoembryonic antigen were estimated along with histopathological investigation in experimental groups of rats. Results:Obtained results demonstrated that the cotreatment with FIE significantly prevented the decrease of the body weight and also increased in relative liver weight caused by NDEA. The treatment with FIE significantly reduced the nodule incidence and nodule multiplicity in the rats after NDEA *** levels of liver cancer markers such as AST,ALT,ALP,γ-glutamyl transferase,TBL,AFP and carcinoembryonic antigen were substantially increased by NDEA ***,FIE treatment significantly reduced the liver injury and restored the entire liver cancer *** observations of liver tissues too correlated with the biochemical ***:These finding powerfully supports that *** exert chemopreventive effect by suppressing the tumor burden and restoring the activities of hepatic cancer marker enzymes on NDEA and CCl4-induced hepatocarcinogenesis in Wis

Objective:To evaluate nephroprotective potential of Solarium xanthocarpum(***) fruit extract(SXE) against gentamicin(Gm) induced nephrotoxicity) and renal dysfunction. methods:Twenty-four Wistar rats were divided into four groups(n=6).Control rats that received normal saline(i.p.) and 0.5%carboxymethyl cellulose(p.o.) per day lor 8 *** was induced in rats by intraperitoneal administration of Gm(100 mg/kg/d for 8 d) and were treated with SXE(200 and 400 mg/kg/d(p.o.) for 8 d).Plasma and urine urea and creatinine,kidney weight,urine output,blood urea nitrogen,renal enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants and lipid peroxidation was evaluated along with histopathological investigation in various experimental groupsof ***:It was observed that the Gm treatment induced significant elevation(Pma and urine urea,creatinine,kidney weight,blood urea nitrogen, renal lipid peroxidation along with significant decrement(Pmatic and non-enzymatic *** 200 and 400 mg/kg treatment to Gm treated rats recorded significant decrement(up to Pma and mine urea and creatinine, renal lipid peroxidation along with significanl increment(up to Pmatic and non-enzvmatic *** obsenatioiis of kidney tissues too correlated with the biochemical ***:These finding powerfully supports that S,xanthocarpum fruit extract acts in the kidney as a potent scavenger of free radicals to prevent the toxic effects of Gm both in the biochemical and histopathological parameters and thus validates its elhnomedicinal use.

Frauds don’t follow any recurring *** require the use of unsupervised learning since their behaviour is continually ***-sters have access to the most recent technology,which gives them the ability to defraud people through online *** make assumptions about consumers’routine behaviour,and fraud develops *** learning must be used by fraud detection systems to recognize online payments since some fraudsters start out using online channels before moving on to other *** a deep convolutional neural network model to identify anomalies from conventional competitive swarm optimization pat-terns with a focus on fraud situations that cannot be identified using historical data or supervised learning is the aim of this paper Artificial Bee Colony(ABC).Using real-time data and other datasets that are readily available,the ABC-Recurrent Neural Network(RNN)categorizes fraud behaviour and compares it to the current *** compared to the current approach,the findings demonstrate that the accuracy is high and the training error is minimal in ABC_*** this paper,we measure the Accuracy,F1 score,mean Square Error(mSE)and mean Absolute Error(mAE).Our system achieves 97%accuracy,92%precision rate and F1 score 97%.Also we compare the simulation results with existing methods.

Objective:To evaluate the antihyperglycemic activity of leaves of Hyptis suaveolens using streptozotocin ***:Hyptis suaveolens extract(HSE) 250 and 500 mg/kg body weight was administered orally to streptozotocin induced diabetes,once daily for 21 ***:A significant reduction in blood glucose was observed in diabetic animals treated with HSE at different doses when compared with diabetic *** of triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density *** low density lipoprotein were decreased while administering HSE at different doses,compared with their control values in diabetic ***:Our results show that HSE possesses significant antihyperglycemic activity which might be attributed to stimulating effects on glucose utilization and antioxidant enzyme.
