Iron sites on defective BiOBr nanosheets:Tailoring the molecular oxygen activation for enhanced photocatalytic organic synthesis

Sunlight-driven activation of molecular oxygen(O_(2))for organic oxidation reactions offers an appealing strategy to cut down the reliance on fossil fuels in chemical industry,yet it remains a great challenge to simultaneously tailor the charge kinetics and promote reactant chemisorption on semiconductor catalysts for enhanced photocatalytic ***,we report iron sites immobilized on defective BiOBr nanosheets as an efficient and selective photocatalyst for activation of O_(2) to singlet oxygen(^(1)O_(2)).These Fe^(3+) species anchored by oxygen vacancies can not only facilitate the separation and migration of photogenerated charge carrier,but also serve as active sites for effective adsorption of ***,low-temperature phosphorescence spectra combined with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and electronic paramagnetic resonance(EPR)spectra under illumination reveal that the Fe species can boost the quantum yield of excited triplet state and accelerate the energy transfer from excited triplet state to adsorbed O2 via a chemical loop of Fe^(3+)/Fe^(2+),thereby achieving highly efficient and selective generation of ^(1)O_(2).As a result,the versatile iron sites on defective BiOBr nanosheets contributes to near-unity conversion rate and selectivity in both aerobic oxidative coupling of amines to imines and sulfoxidation of organic *** work highlights the significant role of metal sites anchored on semiconductors in regulating the charge/energy transfer during the heterogeneous photocatalytic process,and provides a new angle for designing high-performance photocatalysts.

既往报道猴痘病情严重的患者中82%为HIV感染者,亦有免疫功能低下的HIV感染者感染猴痘病毒后死亡的报道。本文报道一例猴痘合并艾滋病、梅毒及局部细菌感染患者。患者ART抗病毒治疗依从性差,HIV病毒载量高,免疫功能低下,在感染猴痘病毒后出现了皮疹、发热、局部淋巴结肿大等典型特征,住院时间较本地区猴痘平均住院时间长,因此免疫功能低下的感染者病情较重,住院时间长,需引起足够重视。

肝细胞癌预后相关的炎症反应关键基因的筛选及其预后价值

目的:筛选与肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)预后密切相关的炎症反应关键基因,构建预后风险评分模型,并评估该模型在HCC中的预后价值。方法:从TCGA数据库获取HCC患者肝肿瘤组织及正常肝组织的mRNA表达数据作为训练集,从GEO数据... 详细信息

目的:筛选与肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)预后密切相关的炎症反应关键基因,构建预后风险评分模型,并评估该模型在HCC中的预后价值。方法:从TCGA数据库获取HCC患者肝肿瘤组织及正常肝组织的mRNA表达数据作为训练集,从GEO数据库中获取HCC患者的mRNA表达数据作为验证集。筛选出与HCC预后相关的炎症反应相关基因,运用LASSO回归和随机生存森林(RSF)方法筛选与HCC预后相关的炎症反应关键基因。基于这些关键基因构建预后风险评分模型并验证,应用Cox比例风险回归评估该模型对患者预后的影响。构建列线图并进行一致性分析。结果:共筛选出15个与HCC预后相关的炎症反应基因,经LASSO回归和RSF分析,确定11个炎症反应关键基因,即IL18RAP、MEP1A、RIPK2、CYBB、SLC7A1、ADM、IL7R、P2RX4、ACVR2A、SERPINE1、SLC7A2。构建的预后风险评分模型在训练集和验证集上预测1、3、5年生存率,AUC值均超过0.60;Kaplan-Meier分析显示高风险组总生存期(OS)显著低于低风险组(P<0.01);PCA和t-SNE分析显示该模型能有效区分高、低风险患者。Cox回归分析提示预后风险评分是独立的预后因素,且与OS显著相关(P<0.01)。列线图模型C-index为0.672,具有较高的预测精度,1年和3年校准曲线与标准曲线吻合度好,5年吻合度稍弱。结论:本研究成功构建并验证了一个基于炎症反应相关基因的风险评分模型,筛选出的11个炎症反应关键基因(IL18RAP、MEP1A、RIPK2、CYBB、SLC7A1、ADM、IL7R、P2RX4、ACVR2A、SERPINE1、SLC7A2)与HCC进展密切相关,且在模型中显示出较强的预后预测能力。

目的:探讨刺激至左室达峰时间(sti-LVAT)对心力衰竭(心衰)患者起搏术后左心功能中远期预后的影响。方法:回顾性分析我院2019年1月—2023年5月收治的具有高心室起搏比例的起搏器植入患者89例。根据起搏部位分为左束支区域起搏(LBBAP)组(42例)、右室间隔部起搏(RVSP)组(13例)和右室心尖部起搏(RVAP)组(34例)。比较3组的基线资料、术中电生理参数和术后6个月左心功能等相关指标的差异。结果:术中LBBAP组起搏QRS宽度最窄,其次是RVSP组和RVAP。术中3组的单极阻抗有显著差异(P=0.005)。与基线相比,LBBAP组术后6个月左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左房内径(LAD)和N末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)均显著下降[LVEDD:(48.12±6.51) mm vs (50.45±7.96) mm,P=0.001;LAD:(40.05±5.92) mm vs (42.02±7.20) mm,P=0.002;NT-proBNP:219.50(89.75,472.50) pg/mL vs 1 166.50(683.75,2 125.00) pg/mL,P=0.001],左室射血分数(LVEF)显著升高[(62.95±4.99)%vs (58.31±9.36)%,P<0.001];RVAP组术后6个月LAD显著增加[(42.82±5.24) mm vs (41.06±5.59) mm,P=0.009],LVEF则显著下降[(56.91±7.18)%vs (60.38±7.13)%,P=0.041];RVSP组术后6个月的LVEDD、LAD和LVEF则变化不明显。术中发现,LBBAP组sti-LVAT最短[(74.45±12.90) ms],其次是RVSP组[(94.69±11.00) ms]和RVAP组[(100.21±11.44) ms],3组间差异明显(P<0.001)。线性回归分析显示,sti-LVAT与术后6个月的ln(NT-proBNP)、LVEDD和LAD水平呈正相关(r=0.674、0.512、0.400,均P<0.001),与6个月的LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.510,P<0.001)。多元线性回归分析显示,sti-LVAT可正向预测术后6个月NT-proBNP(b=0.051,β=0.646,P<0.001)和LVEDD值(b=0.157,β=0.423,P<0.001)。结论:LBBAP可显著改善心衰患者起搏术后的左心功能,减轻心室重构;sti-LVAT对高心室起搏比例的心衰患者术后6个月的左心功能有较好的预测价值。

Antihypertensive effects of whey protein hydrolysate involve reshaping the gut microbiome in spontaneously hypertension rats

Novel angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE)inhibitory peptides were identified from whey protein hydrolysates(WPH)in vitro in our previous study and the antihypertensive abilities of WPH in vivo were further investigated in the current *** indicated that WPH significantly inhibited the development of high blood pressure and tissue injuries caused by *** inhibited ACE activity(20.81%,P<0.01),and reduced renin concentration(P<0.05),thereby reducing systolic blood pressure(SBP)(12.63%,P<0.05)in spontaneously hypertensive *** increased Akkermansia,Bacteroides,and Lactobacillus abundance promoted high short chain fatty acid content in feces after WPH *** changes jointly contributed to low blood *** heart weight and cardiomyocyte injuries(hypertrophy and degeneration)were alleviated by *** proteomic results revealed that 19 protein expressions in the heart mainly associated with the wingless/integrated(Wnt)signaling pathway and Apelin signaling pathway were altered after WPH ***,WPH alleviated serum oxidative stress,indicated by the decreased malondialdehyde content(P<0.01),enhanced total antioxidant capacity(P<0.01)and superoxide dismutase activity(P<0.01).The current study suggests that WPH exhibit promising antihypertensive abilities in vivo and could be a potential alternative for antihypertensive dietary supplements.

Comprehensive analysis of CBM recovery in high rank coal reservoir of Jincheng area

Coalbed methane (CBM) predicting recovery in high rank coal reservoir varies greatly in Jincheng area and it seriously influences efficient and economic exploitation of CBM resource. In order to predict more accurate CBM recovery, we conducted history matching and productivity prediction of vertical well by using COMET 3 reservoir modeling software, innovatively adopted the gas desorption experiment of bulk coal at fixed test pressure, analyzed the recovery extent method of Daning multiple-hole horizontal well and Panzhuang well group, and calculated recovery by sorption isotherm method of 14 vertical CBM wells at the abandonment pressures 1.0, 0.7, 0.5 and 0.3 MPa, respectively. The results show that the reservoir simulation methods (numerical simulation method and the recovery extent method) is more reliable than the theoretical analysis of coal sample (sorption isotherm method and desorption experiment method). Also, desorption experiment method at fixed pressure is superior to sorption isotherm method. Through the comprehensive analysis and linear correction, CBM recovery ratios in high rank coal reservoir of Jincheng area were found to be 38.64%, 49.30%, 59.30%, and 69.20% at the abandonment pressures 1.0, 0.7, 0.5 and 0.3 MPa, respectively. The research results are of significant importance in the CBM exploration and development in Jincheng area.

The theoretical studies on the excited-state properties of artemisinin are discussed in this presentation. The vertical absorption spectra,optimized excited-state molecular structures, Mulliken atomic charges,and molecular electrostatic potential have been calculated by the time dependent density functional theory(TDDFT) using the B3LYP functional with the 6-311 G(d) basis set. According to the calculated HOMO–LUMO of the artemisinin as well as the molecular electrostatic potential(MEP), we found that the peroxy bond is the active center which is responsible for the photochemical properties of artemisinin. Our theoretical results agree nicely with the experimental phenomenon: the water solubility of artemisinin is greatly increased after being exposed to the UV light
