Pilomatrixomas are benign tumors derived from hair stromal cells;however,their exact etiology is unknown.A 31-year-old woman presented with a subcutaneous mass located precisely above the left eyebrow,with shedding of eyebrow hair around the mass,and the shedding area gradually expanded.Surgical removal of the mass failed to prevent eyebrow loss,and the entire left eyebrow shed 6 months postoperatively.Pathology and histology of the biopsy specimen revealed a pilomatrixoma comprising basaloid cells and ghost cells,with basaloid cells expressing high bcl-2 levels.Instead of apoptosis,the emergence and growth of pilomatrixoma-induced microinflammation around the hair follicles of the eyebrow may lead to eyebrow loss.

反光材料具有良好的夜间可视性,在夜间及视线较差的环境下给人们提供有效可靠的安全保障,被广泛应用于特殊作业服装等领域。为了科学评估反光布的安全防护作用,探讨汗液对玻璃微珠反光材料性能的影响,对反光材料分别进行1、5、10、20、25、30、40、50次酸碱汗液老化实验,对试样外观特征、色差、微观结构、逆反射系数进行实验与分析。结果表明:老化后试样有不同程度的玻璃微珠脱落、铝层溶出、表面盐结晶析出等现象,导致反光材料性能下降;试样的反光性能随酸碱汗液老化次数的增加先提升后下降,汗液老化次数大于5次,逆反射系数呈下降趋势,其中酸性汗液相比于碱性汗液对反光材料性能的影响更显著;经过酸性汗液老化50次,试样的逆反射系数下降了2.97%~12.86%。

目的探讨温州地区无偿献血人群戊型肝炎病毒感染状况。方法选取温州地区2022年10月至2023年3月成功捐献血液时同步留取的5241例献血者血液标本,同时对戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)进行HEV-IgG抗体、HEV-IgM抗体及核酸(HEV RNA)检测,并对HEV RNA检测为阳性的样本进行定量检测及测序。收集献血者献血登记资料,记录各检测结果阳性率,并分析不同人群HEV感染状况。结果HEV-IgG抗体检测阳性率为23.60%(1237/5241),HEV-IgM抗体检测阳性率为0.29%(15/5241),HEV RNA检测阳性率为0.08%(4/5241)。HEV-IgG检测阳性率随年龄增长而增长(χ^(2)=379.49,P<0.05),男性阳性率高于女性(χ^(2)=5.12,P<0.05)。HEV-IgG及HEV-IgM检测阳性率均随献血次数增加而升高(χ^(2)=40.87、8.30,均P<0.05),2023年阳性率高于2022年(χ^(2)=51.03,13.35,均P<0.05),春季阳性率高于冬季(χ^(2)=51.03、13.35,均P<0.05)。HEV RNA阳性献血者仅有1例HEV-IgG及HEV-IgM抗体检测均呈阳性,其余3例均为阴性,仅有1例测出基因分型,基因分型为Ⅳ型。结论浙江省温州地区无偿献血人群中HEV感染率较高,流行HEV基因分型为Ⅳ型,性别、年龄及献血次数等分布特征可作为辅助筛查参考指标。

N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A), the most prevalent and conserved RNA modification in eukaryotic cells, profoundly influences virtually all aspects of mRNA metabolism. mRNA plays crucial roles in neural stem cell genesis and neural regeneration, where it is highly concentrated and actively involved in these processes. Changes in m^(6)A modification levels and the expression levels of related enzymatic proteins can lead to neurological dysfunction and contribute to the development of neurological diseases. Furthermore, the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells, as well as nerve regeneration, are intimately linked to memory function and neurodegenerative diseases. This paper presents a comprehensive review of the roles of m^(6)A in neural stem cell proliferation, differentiation, and self-renewal, as well as its implications in memory and neurodegenerative diseases. m^(6)A has demonstrated divergent effects on the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells. These observed contradictions may arise from the time-specific nature of m^(6)A and its differential impact on neural stem cells across various stages of development. Similarly, the diverse effects of m^(6)A on distinct types of memory could be attributed to the involvement of specific brain regions in memory formation and recall. Inconsistencies in m^(6)A levels across different models of neurodegenerative disease, particularly Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease, suggest that these disparities are linked to variations in the affected brain regions. Notably, the opposing changes in m^(6)A levels observed in Parkinson's disease models exposed to manganese compared to normal Parkinson's disease models further underscore the complexity of m^(6)A's role in neurodegenerative processes. The emergence of SARS-Co V-2 variant of concern omicron BA.2 led to high infection incidence rates as well as reduced severity of COVID-19 during the Shanghai Spring epidemic of 2022 [1]. We assessed the role of viral pathogenicity and the effectiveness of inactivated vaccines in a retrospective observational study including 10 258 confirmed COVID-19cases identified between April and June of 2022, from four COVID-19 designated hospitals located in two areas of Shanghai, namely the West Bund and the East Bund, where the populations’ demographic characteristics varied significantly (Table S1, Fig. S1).

为研究综合高效的隧道掌子面岩性智能分类方法,首先,通过收集高铁沿线施工隧道高清掌子面照片、地质素描图及工程地质说明,筛选并统计出灰岩、泥岩、砂岩、玄武岩4种岩性,在此基础上,采用图像增强扩充样本数量并构建岩性样本集;然后,基于上述样本集分别构建ResNet50V2岩性分类迁移模型及VIT岩性分类模型,对比二者岩性分类效果,并采用Stacking方法集成2种模型的分类特点;最后,通过对比3种元学习器(逻辑回归、支持向量机、决策树)对2种模型的集成融合效果来选取最适用的元学习器。结果表明:采用逻辑回归集成ResNet50V2及VIT所构建的集成模型对岩性的分类效果最好,能充分融合掌子面岩性的全、局部特征来进行分类,模型准确率达到93.8%。

Studies have found a U-shaped relationship between sleep duration and chronic kidney disease(CKD)risk,but limited research evaluated the association of reallocating excessive sleep to other behavior with CKD.We included 104538 participants from the nationwide cohort of the Risk Evaluation of Cancers in Chinese Diabetic Individuals:A Longitudinal Study,with self-reported time of daily-life behavior.Using isotemporal substitution models,we found that substituting 1 h of sleeping with sitting,walking,or moderate-to-vigorous physical activity was associated with a lower CKD prevalence.Leisure-time physical activity displacement was associated with a greater prevalence reduction than occupational physical activity in working population.In stratified analysis,a lower CKD prevalence related to substitution toward physical activity was found in long sleepers.More pronounced correlations were observed in long sleepers with diabetes than in those with prediabetes,and they benefited from other behavior substitutions toward a more active way.The U-shaped association between sleep duration and CKD prevalence implied the potential effects of insufficient and excessive sleep on the kidneys,in which the pernicious link with oversleep could be reversed by time reallocation to physical activity.The divergence in the predicted effect on CKD following time reallocation to behavior of different domains and intensities and in subpopulations with diverse metabolic statuses underlined the importance of optimizing sleeping patterns and adjusting integral behavioral composition.

目的:观察和分析全反式维甲酸(ATRA)联合阿帕替尼对口腔鳞癌细胞的增殖抑制作用。方法:实验分为对照组、ATRA组、阿帕替尼组及联合用药组,利用MTT法检测ATRA联合阿帕替尼对口腔鳞癌细胞CAL27及HN4增殖的影响;倒置显微镜观察两药联用对口腔鳞癌细胞形态的影响;利用实时定量RT-PCR法检测肿瘤细胞角蛋白KRT1、KRT10和干性相关基因及IGF1/IGF1R信号通路相关基因的表达水平。结果:ATRA、阿帕替尼单药使用均抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,两药联用组细胞增殖抑制率明显高于单药处理组(P<0.01),且两药联用在不同时间均对口腔鳞癌细胞增殖抑制作用呈现相加或协同作用。两药联用影响口腔鳞癌细胞的形态变化,上调KRT1、KRT10表达,促进其老化。两药联用抑制CAL27细胞肿瘤干性基因的表达,消除肿瘤细胞干性(P<0.05)。两药联用促进IGFBP3表达,抑制IGF1/IGF1R信号通路活性。结论:ATRA联合阿帕替尼通过促进细胞老化,影响细胞干性,抑制口腔鳞癌细胞增殖。

为评估海底浅基础服役过程的承载力时变规律,推导了预载作用下黏土海床完全固结后的不排水抗剪强度分布,利用滑移线法给出了应力特征线方程并求解出浅基础固结承载力,研究了预载比、土体不均匀性、有效内摩擦角和基础尺寸对浅基础固结承载力的影响.结果表明:浅基础固结承载力的相对增长幅度和预载比近似呈线性关系,由土体不均匀因子和有效内摩擦角共同决定,不受基础尺寸的影响.通过与水土耦合有限元分析结果进行比较,对所提方法的准确性进行了严格的验证,表明了该方法的有效性.最后,根据有限元结果分析了滑移线解的误差来源,发现孔压计算差异是导致固结承载力预测结果产生误差的主要原因.该滑移线解可快速准确地预估浅基础固结承载力的增长规律,为海底浅基础的优化设计提供重要参考.
