Background This study aimed to explore the patterns of treatment-related adverse events(AEs)associated with immune checkpoint inhibitor(ICI)monotherapy and in combination with chemotherapy or tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI)therapy and to summarize the corresponding management and nursing *** and methods A total of 69 patients with malignant urological tumors who received ICI treatment between June 2019 and October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and AEs that occurred during treatment were observed and *** on the different types of treatment,the patients were divided into ICI monotherapy,ICI plus chemotherapy,and ICI plus TKI therapy *** analysis was *** incidence,distribution,and severity of AEs in the different subgroups were *** A total of 138 AEs occurred in 69 patients,among which grade 1 plus 2,and grade 3 plus 4 AEs accounted for 78.99%and 21.01%,*** incidence of AEs per patient in the ICI-TKI therapy group was the highest(3.75 times/person),followed by the ICI-chemotherapy(2.33 times/person)and ICI monotherapy(0.82 times/person)*** AEs,such as fatigue,nausea,and myelosuppression,were much more common in the ICI-gemcitabine and cisplatin group,whereas renal injury,skin lesions,and diarrhea were most common ones in the ICI-TKI *** Immune checkpoint inhibitors are new treatment options for advanced urological tumors and renal cell *** AE patterns were observed among the different treatment ***,strict and meticulous clinical management and nursing measures are required to ensure the safety of patients receiving ICI treatment.

DON, as a virulence factor, plays an important role in the infection of Fusarium graminearum in wheat. The infection ability of F. graminearum depends on its capacity of producing DON. The production of DON by F. graminearum is significantly decreased in the wheat varieties with scab resistance. In this study, GeneChip analysis indicated that an EST encoding an ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter was up-regulated by 45 times in a wheat landrace Wangshuibai, which is resistant to DON accumulation. A pair of EST-derived primers were designed based on the EST sequence, and a clone was then isolated from a wheat genomic DNA TAC library. The TAC clone was sequenced using chromosome walking and gene prediction was conducted using Softberry. A cDNA clone of this gene was subsequently isolated from Wangshuibai induced by DON using gene-specific primers designed according to the untranslated sequence of the gene. The genome size of the gene is 7377 bp, consisting of 19 exons with coding sequences of 4308 bp. It encodes a protein with 1435 amino acid residues and the calculated molecular weight is about 161 kD. BLAST analysis indicated that the gene may belong to pleiotropic drug resistance (PDR) sub-family, and hence designated as TaPDR1 (Triticum aestivum pleiotropic drug resistance). TaPDR1 was located on chromosome 5A of wheat using nullisomic-tetrasomic lines of Chinese Spring. TaPDR1 was up-regulated by induction of both DON and F. graminearum. Expression patterns of TaPDR1 were different in wild-type Wangshuibai and the fast-neutron induced Wangshuibai mutant lacking FHB1, a major QTL of FHB resistance and DON resistance in chromosome arm 3BS. These results suggested that TaPDR1 might be a candidate gene responsible for DON ac-cumulation resistance. The expression profile showed that TaPDR1 expression was neither induced by hormones typically involved in biotic stress, such as JA and SA, nor by abiotic stresses, such as heat, cold, wounding and NaCl. Objective: Potential of combined androgen blockade(CAB) has not been explored extensively in Chinese males with prostate cancer(PCa). Therefore, this study evaluated the 2-year prostate-specific antigen(PSA) recurrence rate and quality of life(Qo L) in patients with high-risk localized and locally advanced PCa receiving adjuvant hormone therapy(HT) after radical prostatectomy(RP).Methods: This prospective, multicenter, observational study conducted in 18 centers across China enrolled patients with high-risk factor(preoperative PSA>20 ng/m L or Gleason score >7) or locally advanced PCa. Different adjuvant HT were administered after RP according to investigator’s decision in routine clinical *** of baseline and postoperative characteristics was assessed with recurrence rate. PSA recurrence rate and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Prostate(FACT-P) Qo L scores were recorded at 12 months and 24 months. Kaplan-Meier analysis was used to construct the PSA recurrence rate during ***: A total of 189 patients(mean age: 66.9±6.5 years) were recruited, among which 112(59.3%) patients showed serum PSA>20 ng/m L preoperatively. The highest postoperative pathological advancement noticed was from clinical T2(c T2) to pathological T3(p T3)(43.9%) stage. The majority of the patients(66.1%) received CAB as adjuvant HT, for a median duration of 20.0 months. The least recurrence(15.2%) was noticed in patients treated with CAB, followed by those treated with luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone agonist(LHRHa)(16.1%), and antiandrogen(19.0%), with non-significant difference noted among the groups. None of the baseline or postoperative characteristics was related with PSA recurrence in our study. Basal bulb rot is the major factor restricting the production of lily,caused by Fusarium oxysporum *** systematically analyze the transcriptomic and proteomic responses of lily clones to ***,we constructed six RNA-seq libraries and four iTRAQ proteomic libraries using lily resistant and susceptible clones sampled at 0,24 and 48 h post-inoculation(hpi)with *** respectively.137,715 unigenes were generated,of which 7,667 were differentially expressed.1,679 and 4,051 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)between resistant and susceptible clones were isolated from samples collected at 0 and 48 *** hundred and thirty three and 155 DEGs were identified in resistant clones sampled at 24 and 48 hpi separately while 550 and 799 DEGs were isolated in the susceptible clones sampled at 24 and 48 hpi *** results of iTRAQ analysis revealed 7,482 proteins in resistant and susceptible *** analysis of transcriptome and proteome indicated that 5,735 proteins corresponded to *** hundred and sixteen and 1,052 DEGs had corresponding *** 48 hpi,the resistant clones showed 155 DEGs and 108 corresponding DEPs,while the susceptible clones showed 799 DEGs and 316 corresponding *** general,these results enhance comprehension of the defense response of lily resistant clones to *** infection and provide valuable sequence data for studying the resistance mechanism.
