为了监测汽车电机的工作情况需要应用各类传感器,其中的挑战之一是为在旋转部件上布置的传感器提供电能。通过使用能量收集器,可以将电机中的寄生能量如电磁能和动能收集、转化为电能并储存,存储的电能可用来操作传感器。因此,本文以电机转子为重点,对一台横向磁通机进行研究,其中能量收集器用于收集足够的能量,并为一个温度传感器以及低功耗蓝牙非接触数据传输供电。为此,本文计算了当能量收集器被放置在横向磁通电机转子上时,在运行和生产过程中可望收集到的能量值。

Plasma waves play an important role in many solid-state phenomena and *** also become significant in electronic device structures as the operation frequencies of these devices increase.A prominent example is field-effect transistors(FETs),that witness increased attention for application as rectifying detectors and mixers of electromagnetic waves at gigahertz and terahertz frequencies,where they exhibit very good sensitivity even high above the cut-off frequency defined by the carrier transit *** theory predicts that the coupling of radiation at THz frequencies into the channel of an antenna-coupled FET leads to the development of a gated plasma wave,collectively involving the charge carriers of both the two-dimensional electron gas and the gate *** this paper,we present the first direct visualization of these *** graphene FETs containing a buried gate electrode,we utilize near-field THz nanoscopy at room temperature to directly probe the envelope function of the electric field amplitude on the exposed graphene sheet and the neighboring antenna *** of the field distribution documents that wave injection is unidirectional from the source side since the oscillating electrical potentials on the gate and drain are equalized by capacitive *** plasma waves,excited at 2 THz,are overdamped,and their decay time lies in the range of 25-70 *** this short decay time,the decay length is rather long,i.e.,0.3-0.5μm,because of the rather large propagation speed of the plasma waves,which is found to lie in the range of 3.5-7×10^(6)m/s,in good agreement with *** propagation speed depends only weakly on the gate voltage swing and is consistent with the theoretically predicted 1/4 power law.

Objective:To compare the Bishop score and cervical length measured by transvaginal ultrasound concerned with prediction over the success of labor ***:This cross-sectional observational analytical study was conducted from may 2017 to October 2017 at several teaching hospitals of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department, Faculty of medicine Hasanuddin University of makassar, India. There were 110 samples of pregnant women undergoing labor induction process including 79 samples of successful induction and 31 samples of induction failure. The data analysis used Pearson Chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression to see the effect of Bishop score and measurement of cervical length with successful induction of ***: Number of samples with successful labor induction with Bishop score measurement of cervical length (cut-off point 2.98 cm), number of samples with successful labor induction with cervical length≤2.98 cm was 12 (15.2%) and cervical length >2.98 cm was 67 (84.8%), with rate ratio=3.124 andP=0.000. multivahate analysis of logistic regression was found to be more influential in the predicted success of labor induction (P=0.014 with Bishop score mpared to the measurement of cervical length through transvaginal ultrasound.

Objective:To extend our knowledge on tolerance of acute high-altitude exposure and hemodynamic response to exercise in adolescents with congenital heart disease(AscCHD)without meaningful clinical or functional ***:A symptom limited cardiopulmonary exercise stress test and a non-invasive cardiac output measurement during steady state exercise were performed at 540 m and at 3454 m *** of acute mountain sickness were ***:We recruited 21 healthy controls and 16 AscCHD(59%male,mean age 14.7±1.1 years).Three subjects(2 controls,1 AscCHD)presented light symptoms of acute mountain sickness(dizziness and headache).During the symptom limited exercise test at lowland,control subjects showed a significantly higher power to weight index(3.5±0.6 W/kg vs.3.0±0.7 W/kg,pmin vs.179.4±13.11/min,pmin vs.75.4±18.6 l/min,mained significantly higher in the control group(2.8±0.6 W/kg vs.2.6±0.6 W/kg,pmonary blood flow(PBF)at lowland showed no difference between the control and the AscCHD group,neither at rest(5.4±0.8 l/min vs.5.1±0.9 l/min,p=0.308),nor during the steady state test(10.6±2.4 l/min vs.10.5±2.0 l/min,p=0.825).At high altitude,PBF increased by 110%and 112%,respectively(12.8±2.32 l/min vs.12.5±3.0 l/min;intergroup difference:p=0.986).Conclusions:High altitude exposure was well tolerated in an unselected group of *** significant difference in the cardio-pulmonary adaptation to a control group was noted during a steady state *** of minor acute mountain sickness did occur,which should however not be misinterpreted as signs of hemodynamic maladaptation.

Dear Editor,Virus-induced gene silencing （VIGS） is a fast and powerful method to study gene function in plants （Burch-Smith et al., 2004）. It is based on plant defense mechanisms against viral gene replication and allows high-throughput silencing of genes of inter- est （SenthiI-Kumar and mysore, 2014）. The molecular mechanisms involved in post-transcriptional gene silencing （PTGS） have been studied intensively, and its steps are well known. The silencing pro- cess begins with the recognition through Dicer-like ribonucleases （DCL） of double-stranded RNA （dsRNA） that is generated during viral replication. Upon recognition, the dsRNA is processed into 21-24 nucleotide fragments, termed small interfering RNA （siRNA）. Based on sequence homology, both viral siRNA and plant mRNA associate with an RNA-induced silencing complex （RISC） and are targeted for degradation （Llave, 2010）.

We investigate the optical properties of nanostructures of antimony sulfide(Sb2S3),a direct-bandgap semiconductor material that has recently sparked considerable interest as a thin film solar cell *** from a nanoparticle ink solution and two-and three-dimensional nanostructuring with pattern sizes down to 50 nm have recently been *** into the yet unknown nanoscopic optical properties of these nanostructures is highly desired for their future applications in *** implement a spectrally broadband scattering-type near-field optical spectroscopy technique to study individual Sb2S3 nanodots with a 20-nm spatial resolution,covering the range from 700 to 900 *** show that in this below-bandgap range,the Sb2S3 nanostructures act as high-refractive-index,low-loss waveguides with mode profiles close to those of idealized cylindrical waveguides,despite a considerable structural *** combination with their high above-bandgap absorption,this makes them promising candidates for applications as dielectric metamaterials,specifically for ultrafast photoswitching.

There is an emerging need for high-sensitivity solar-blind deep ultraviolet(DUV)photodetectors with an ultra-fast response *** nanoscale devices based on Ga_(2)O_(3)nanostructures have been developed,their practical applications are greatly limited by their slow response speed as well as low specific ***,the successful fabrication of two-/three-dimensional(2D/3D)graphene(Gr)/PtSe2/β-Ga_(2)O_(3)Schottky junction devices for high-sensitivity solar-blind DUV photodetectors is *** from the high-quality 2D/3D Schottky junction,the vertically stacked structure,and the superior-quality transparent graphene electrode for effective carrier collection,the photodetector is highly sensitive to DUV light illumination and achieves a high responsivity of 76.2 mA/W,a large on/off current ratio of~105,along with an ultra-high ultraviolet(UV)/visible rejection ratio of 1.8×*** importantly,it has an ultra-fast response time of 12µs and a remarkable specific detectivity of~1013 ***,an excellent DUV imaging capability has been identified based on the Gr/PtSe2/β-Ga_(2)O_(3)Schottky junction photodetector,demonstrating its great potential application in DUV imaging systems.
