Ochratoxin A (OTA) is a secondary metabolite of Asper-gillus and Penicillium, microorganisms that can be haz-ardous to health when present as food contaminants. OTA is a potent member of a group of mycotoxins. Prolonged exposure to mycotoxins in the diet is related to cancer, among other diseases. Hepatocellular car-cinoma (HCC) accounts for 70%-90% of primary liver cancers and is the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. In a recent study, Ibrahim et al proposed a correlation between the incidence of HCC and contamination with OTA. Analysis of OTA in serum samples showed that HCC patients had the highest incidence of OTA of the subjects examined (5-fold higher than that of the control group). OTA levels were significantly increased in HCC patients. This study demonstrates that chronic exposure to high levels of OTA may be associated with a high risk of liver cancer development. Future epidemiologic studies of HCC should focus on good practices in food preparation, food storage and the consumption of OTA-containing foods.

烟草暴露是绝大多数肺癌发生的原因,然而很多从未吸过烟的人也会患有肺癌,而且环境中的烟草烟雾诱发的分子突变很难评估,因此准确获得由烟草诱导引起的分子变异程度至关重要。肿瘤突变负荷（TMB）和肿瘤分子突变替代模式是两个与吸烟最为相关的分子特征,我们结合二者开发并验证了一种定量方法来评估与烟草相关的分子损伤程度,把最大熵算法分类建模获得的分类器预测值定义为F分数。F分数值大于零表明样本有明显的与烟草相关的分子变异,F分数值小于零则认为样本没有明显的与烟草相关的分子变异。本人对这项工作的主要贡献是数据下载和数据预处理部分。此外已经有文章提出使用核主成分分析（KPCA）进行过程监控,本文研究的目的是改进KPCA进行故障检测与诊断的准确性,其中置信区间由KDE方法获得。传统的KPCA的性能取决于高斯核函数中根据经验选择的宽度参数显然具有确定宽度的单个内核函数难以检测不同类型的故障。因此如果选择了较差的高斯核函数,可能会降低检测性能,且不同的故障可能需要不同的宽度值来最大化其监控性能。为了解决这些问题,我们将集成学习方法与贝叶斯推理整合到KPCA中。这种方法克服了在应用单个KPCA时的缺点,不仅加强了宽度参数选择的鲁棒性,而且改善了监测性能。通过EKPCA-Bayes方法检测到故障后,利用贡献图方法成功识别出根本原因变量。

目的探讨应用腹腔镜治疗胆囊十二指肠瘘的手术方法及临床疗效。方法腔镜下分离胆囊底部,观察解剖路线和胆囊与临近器官的关系,经胆囊穿刺胆系造影,发现内瘘,镜下关闭瘘口,腹腔引流、胃肠减压、应用生长抑素。结果458例腹腔镜胆囊切除术,发现胆囊十二指肠内瘘31例,均腹腔镜下解剖、关闭瘘口成功,无术后出血和十二指肠胆汁漏。结论胆囊十二指肠瘘大多继发于胆囊炎和胆囊结石,多伴有胆囊萎缩,周围粘连明显等病理情况。X线检查、钡餐、ERCP等对诊断较有价值。治疗原则是切除胆囊、清除结石、切断瘘管、修补十二指肠瘘口,并根据情况探查胆总管或行胆肠内引流。

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of silver nitrate in the in vitro development and conservation of passion fruit plants. Experiments were carried out at the Laboratory of Culture and Tissues, in the National Cassava and Fruits Research Center (EMBRAPA), using microcuttings of Passiflora gibertii N. E. Br., previously cultivated in vitro. The microcuttings were placed in MS media supplemented with silver nitrate at concentrations of 0, 1, 2, 4 and 8 mg·L-1, and, during 30, 60 and 90 days, the following variables were identified: Shooting length (cm), number of roots, number and coloration of leaves. A completely randomized design with 30 replications in a split-plot scheme was employed. Polynomial regression equations were adjusted in analysis of variance to compare averages of treatments. The obtained results support the assumption of high sensitivity of passion fruit tissues to ethylene, which reflects in the lost of vigor and in the induction of culture senescence by its accumulation. Based on obtained results, and in order to mitigate this problem, it is possible to indicate an addition of 2 mg·L-1?of silver nitrate in culture media, for the micropropagation of passion fruit plant, allowing the controlling of the atmosphere inside the culture test tubes, during the establishment of explants and other steps of the process.
