Colorectal cancer(CRC)remains one of the most commonly diagnosed and deadliest types of cancer *** displays a desmoplastic reaction(DR)that has been inversely associated with poor prognosis;less DR is associated with a better *** reaction generates excessive connective tissue,in which cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)are critical cells that form a part of the tumor *** are directly involved in tumorigenesis through different ***,their role in immunosuppression in CRC is not well understood,and the precise role of signal transducers and activators of transcription(STATs)in mediating CAF activity in CRC remains *** the myriad chemical and biological factors that affect CAFs,different cytokines mediate their function by activating STAT signaling ***,the harmful effects of CAFs in favoring tumor growth and invasion may be modulated using STAT ***,we analyze the impact of different STATs on CAF activity and their immunoregulatory role.

In addition to essential macronutrients and micronutrients, bioregulators, biostimulants or bioactivators are being increasingly used on agricultural crops with important outcomes. Therefore, improved knowledge on the functioning of these chemicals on plants is needed. Based on the assumption that foliar fertilizers applied at specific times promote soybean growth, development and yield, the aim of the present study was to evaluate the biometric, biomass, physiological, nutritional and grain yield parameters to increase knowledge about specific fertilizers applied alone or in combination and at different stages of soybean growth and development. The present study was performed in partnership between the Goiano Federal Institute (Instituto Federal Goiano), Campus Rio Verde, state of Goiás (GO), Brazil, and the company Tecno Nutricao Vegetal e Biotecnologia Ltda. A randomized block experimental design was used with four replicates. The biometric, physiological, nutritional and yield data were subjected to analysis of variance followed by Tukey’s test when significant differences were found at p 0.05 using the SISVAR software. In the emergency and early use of Tonik combined with Nodumax and PreventCoMo, in the vegetative phase, the Lumix combined with Vivat or VivatMn in the reproductive stage of flowering, 2 application Tripper combined with VivatB at a dose of 500 ml·ha-1 and reproductive phase of grain filling, 2 application Apport at a dose of 500 g·ha-1 gave the best results.

Previous studies proposed thermal simulation experiment to investigate the annealing characteristics of fission tracks in igneous zircon ***,basic research about detrital zircon fission track was relatively *** study discussed the initial track length,annealing temperature and annealing model of zircon fission track by using the measured track lengths obtained from natural borehole samples in the sedimentary basins with different thermal *** results show that the initial track length of zircon fission track is 12.97 μ*** total annealing temperature(Ttotal) of zircon fission track derived from the evolutionary curve of the mean track lengths is approximately 400 ℃.The temperature ranges of 120-230 ℃ corresponds to the partial annealing zone(PAZ),and is lower than the range obtained through thermal annealing *** annealing model is modified based on the measured track *** addition,a functional formula about the mean track length,annealing temperature,and geological time is proposed,and the fitted values of track lengths consist with the measured track lengths in this *** properly understanding the initial track length and annealing behavior of zircon fission track can provide a significant guidance for the study of hydrocarbon accumulation in sedimentary basins.

Dehghan and Hajarian, [4], investigated the matrix equations A^TXB＋B^TX^TA = C and A^TXB ＋ B^TXA = C providing inequalities for the determinant of the solutions of these equations. In the same paper, the authors presented a lower bound for the product of the eigenvalues of the solutions to these matrix equations. Inspired by their work, we give some generalizations of Dehghan and Hajarian results. Using the theory of the numerical ranges, we present an inequality involving the trace of C when A, B, X are normal matrices satisfying A^T B = BA^T.

The objectives of this study were to apply statistical techniques to discriminate fertilization treatments of eremanthus erythropappus（DC.） Mac *** autoregressive modeling, and to develop individual tree models for diameter and crown area（CA） projection to define management strategies for candeia plantations subjected to different fertilization treatments. This is an important tree species originating from the Brazilian Atlantic Rain forest and Savannah biomes, intensively used in the cosmetic industry. Nonetheless, to date, research has not addressed the management of natural stands or plantations of the species. Our experiment was located in Baependi, Minas Gerais, Brazil, and comprised of four randomized blocks and 13 treatments. The treatments consisted of 12 different regimes of fertilization plus a control. each sample plot was composed of 50 plants plus two border plants in a planting spacing of 2.5 9 2.0 m and undergoing pruning at 5 and 6 years of age. Starting in the second year, total tree height（H） and circumference（at 1.30 m from the ground or breast height, CBH） were measured every 6 months. Starting in the fifth year CA was measured. Tree growth varied by fertilization *** were detected by using an autoregressive approach, considering that standard statistical methods were not powerful enough to detect significant *** growth groups were formed, and maximum growth was obtained for treatment 10（NPK, 8-28-16）. Management guidelines are provided based on individual tree models for different fertilization levels.

Dengue is an important emerging viruses, posing a threat to one-third of the global human population. In 2002, the introduction of DeNV-3 in the state of Bahia produced massive epidemic (about 35,000 cases detected) and the first cases of dengue hemorrhagic fever. To understand the nature of the virus circulating at Bahia, e/NS1 sequence was determined for 31 DeNV viruses isolated in Bahia during the 2006 and 2007 transmission season, from patients presenting with different degrees of severity. The carboxi-terminal region of the e gene (220 nt) of 31 viruses, isolated from dengue patients with clinical diagnosis of dengue infection were used to determine the genetic variability of dengue 2 (DeNV-2) and dengue 3 (DeNV-3). Sequence data were used in phylogenetic comparisons with global samples of DeNV-2 and DeNV-3. DeNV-2 sample grouped in the South east Indian genotype, while DeNV-3 samples were grouped within Indian genotype. This study is the first report on Bahia isolates during two transmission seasons. Our data confirms reports from other parts of Brazil and different countries showing the DeNV-3 (geno-type III) strains circulating in the Americas are closely related, and cluster within the genotype that has been associated with DHF epidemics in different conti-nents.
