Aim： To investigate the relationship between androgen level and the indexes indicating endothelial function in male patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods： We registered the following data for 106 50-70-year-old men： age, weight, blood lipid, including total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride, whether a smoker, sugar levels, blood pressure, free testosterone （FT）, vascular cell adhesion molecule- 1 （VCAM- 1） and the intima-media thickness （IMT） of common carotid artery, common carotid diameter, maximum velocity in systolic phase, minimum velocity in diastolic phase and resistent index. Among the 106 men, 51 were patients with CHD. The relationships between FT level, VCAM-1 concentration and IMT were examined, respectively, using a stepwise linear regression technique among all the 106 men. Results： There was no statistical difference in terms of age, blood pressure, whether a smoker, sugar levels, HDL-C, minimum velocity in diastolic phase, resistent index between male CHD patients and controls; whereas results for weight, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglyceride, VCAM- 1 and IMT of male CHD patients were higher than those of controls; FT level and maximum velocity in systolic phase were lower. It was found that among all the objects, FT level was inversely correlated with IMT and VCAM-1 concentration. Condusion： FT level was inversely correlated with VCAM-I concentration and IMT which are indicators of endothelial function. （Asian JAndro12008 Mar; 10： 214-218）

目的探讨男性冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）患者体内雄激素水平与反映内皮功能异常的指标颈动脉内膜、中膜厚度（IMT）、血管细胞黏附因子-1（VCAM-1）的关系，观察雄激素减轻动脉粥样硬化的程度。方法比较51例男性冠心病患者与55例对照者的年龄、体质量、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）、三酰甘油（TG）、吸烟、空腹血糖、血压、血清游离睾酮水平（FT）、VCAM-1及IMT，分析冠心病危险因素如年龄、体质量、TC、LDL—C、HDL—C、TG、吸烟、空腹血糖、血压及FT与VCAM1、IMT的相关性。结果冠心病组的年龄、血压、吸烟史、空腹血糖、HDL—C与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；体质量为（78．1±5．7）kg，大于对照组的（73．6±4．8）kg，P〈0．01；TC高于对照组[（4．99±0．88）mmol／L和（4．52±0．65）mmol／L，P〈0．01]；LDL-C高于对照组[（3．35±0．63）mmol／L和（2．94±0．55）mmol／L，P〈0．01]；TG高于对照组[（2．35±0．92）mmol／L和（1．87±0．61）mmol／L，P〈0．01]；FT低于对照组[（13．2±3．6）×10^-9g／L和（16．6±5．1）×10g／L，P〈0．01]；IMT高于对照组[（1．11±0．24）mm和（0．96±0．22）mm，P〈0．01]；VCAM1含量高于对照组[（372．7±111．8）×10^-6g／L和（208．2±72．5）×10^-6g／L，P〈0．01]。多元逐步回归分析显示FT与IMT、VCAM-1分别呈负相关（r=-0．358，r=-0．547，均为P〈0．01）。结论男性冠心病患者FT水平与反映内皮功能异常的指标IMT、VCAM-1呈负相关。

Background Streptococcus pneumoniae （***） is a major causative agent of severe infections,including sepsis,pneumonia,meningitis,and otitis media,and has become a major public health *** report the pneumococcal serotype and sequence type （ST） distribution,and antimicrobial resistance of 39 *** strains from seven hospitals in *** Blood/cerebrospinal fluid （CSF） and sputum isolates from patients were analyzed to determine *** serotypes by polymerase chain reaction （PCR） and the Neufeld Quellung reaction,the multilocus sequence types （MLST） by PCR and sequencing,and susceptibility to antimicrobial agents by the VITEK Gram Positive Susceptibility *** A total of 39 isolates were collected including 21 blood/CSF and 18 sputum *** serotyping by the Quellung reaction required 749 *** contrast,PCR based typing needed only 106 PCR *** most frequent serotypes from the blood/CSF isolates were 14 （38.1%）,19A （14.3%）,23F （9.5%）,and 18C （9.5%）.In the sputum isolates the most frequent serotypes were 19F （33.3%）,23F （16.7%）,19A （11.1%）,and 3 （11.1%）.The incidence of penicillin resistance in the blood/CSF and sputum isolates was 66.7% and 55.6%,*** analysis showed that patients ≤5 years old had a higher resistance to penicillin when they compared with the patients ≥65 years old （P=0.011）.Serotypes 14,19A and 19F were significantly associated with penicillin resistance （P 〈0.001）.ST320,ST271,and ST876 isolates showed high resistant rates to several antibiotics including penicillin （P=0.006）.All of the isolates of serotype 19A were resistant to both penicillin and erythromycin,and they were all multi-drug resistant （MDR） *** The specificity and sensitivity of multiplexPCR are good,and this method represents a substantial savings of time and money,and can be widely used in the laboratory and clinical *** from this research showed an extremely high prev

原发性免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)中少见但至关重要的危重出血事件,给患者的预后、生活质量和治疗决策带来严重影响。尽管有一些研究探讨了ITP中与危重出血相关的风险因素,但目前尚缺乏大样本数据、大规模多中心研究结果以及针对ITP患者致命出血事件的预测模型。本研究首次采用国际血栓与止血学会新提出的ITP致命出血标准,利用大样本数据开发了首个基于机器学习的在线应用,用于预测ITP患者的致命出血.研究中,我们使用中国各地大型多中心数据进行开发,并对全国39家医疗中心进行为期一年的外部测试,得到了较好的训练、验证和测试数据集预测能力该基于新算法的便捷网络工具能够快速识别ITP患者的出血风险,辅助临床决策,有望未来降低不良事件的发生。

Background: Previous studies have clearly demonstrated that XueZhiKang (XZK), an extract of cholestin, can decrease low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and cardiovascular events. However, the mechanism of the effects of XZK on athero-sclerosis (AS) in humans has been reported less frequently. In the present study, we investigated the impact of XZK on lipoprotein subfractions, oxidized LDL (oxLDL), and interleukin-6 (IL-6). Methods: From October 2015 to July 2016, 40 subjects were enrolled in this study. Of them, 20 subjects with dyslipidemia received XZK 1200 mg/day for 8 weeks (XZK group); 20 additional healthy subjects who did not receive therapy acted as controls. The plasma lipoprotein subfractions, oxLDL, and IL-6 were examined at baseline and again at 8 weeks. Results: Data showed that XZK could significantly decrease not only plasma LDL-C levels (87.26 ± 24.45 vs. 123.34 ± 23.99, Plusions: Treatment with 1200 mg/day XZK for 8 weeks significantly decreased the atherogenic small LDL subfraction and reduced oxidative stress and inflammatory markers, in addition to affecting the lipid profile, suggesting multiple beneficial effects in coronary artery disease.

目的研究温针灸联合刺络放血拔罐对疼痛期肩周炎患者肩关节活动度及疼痛的影响。方法选取2019年6月-2021年6月在我院诊治的78例疼痛期肩周炎患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各36例。对照组采用温针灸治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合刺络放血拔罐治疗，比较两组治疗总有效率、肩关节活动度评分、疼痛（VAS）评分、肩关节功能评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为88.89%，高于对照组的75.00%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论温针灸联合刺络放血拔罐治疗疼痛期肩周炎效果确切，可提高治疗总有效率，改善肩关节活动度，恢复肩关节功能，减轻疼痛，且不良反应少，是一种安全、有效的治疗方案。

The Yangtze River is the mother river of *** promote the aquatic ecosystem protection of the great river,the Project of Yangtze Fisheries Resources and Environment Investigation(2017-2021)supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,*** carried out by 24 institutes and universities that located in the Yangtze River basin surveys the status of(1)fish species composition and spatial distribution,(2)current fish abundance,(3)endangered fishes,(4)Yangtze finless porpoise,(5)aquatic eco-environments,(6)water-level fluctuation areas,(7)capture fisheries and recreational fisheries of the Yangtze River mainstream and 10 of its main tributaries,including Yalong River,Heng River,Min River(including Dadu River),Chishui River,Tuo River,Jialing River,Wu River,Han River,Dongting Lake and Poyang *** results showed that there were 443 fish species(belonging to 163 genus,37 families,and 18 orders)before 2017,but only 323 fish species(including 15 new recorded exotic species)were recorded in the project of *** them,Cyprinus carpio,Carassius auratus,Hypophthalmichthys molitrix,Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,Coilia brachygnathus,Silurus asotus,Saurogobio dabryi,Ctenopharyngodon idellus,Pelteobagrus nitidus,Hemiculter leucisculus,Siniperca chuatsi,Coreius heterodon,Culter alburnus,Parabramis pekinensis,and Aristichthys nobilis were the dominant species across the whole Yangtze River *** is estimated that there were 886 million individuals weighing 124.8 million kg,merely equivalent to 27.3%of the resources in 1950s,30.9%of the resources in 1960s,or 58.7%of the resources in *** the new list of protected fishes that recorded in the Yangtze River system,only 15 of 29 were collected in this project of *** gladius has been affirmed to be Extinct by International Union for Conservation of Nature(IUCN).The wild individuals of Tenualosa reevesii and luciobrama macrocephalus have disappeared for many years and maybe have been extinct
