Objective:To investigate the efficacy and possible mechanism of action of warm needling moxibustion combined with entecavir in the treatment of compensated cirrhosis due to chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods:Ninety patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 patients in each *** control group was given oral entecavir,and the observation group was given additional warm needling *** serum alanine transaminase(ALT),aspartate transaminase(AST),albumin(ALB)levels,portal vein internal diameter,splenic vein internal diameter,spleen thickness,and liver hardness were compared before and after *** serum hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN),procollagen typeⅢ(PCⅢ),typeⅣcollagen(Ⅳ-C),interleukin(IL)-21,and platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF)levels were also ***:After treatment,the serum ALT and AST levels decreased(Plues were reduced in both groups after treatment(P0.05);in the observation group,the serum IL-21 and PDGF levels decreased significantly(Plusion:Warm needling moxibustion combined with entecavir treatment can improve liver function,reduce the inner diameters of the portal vein and splenic vein,spleen thickness,and liver hardness,and improve liver fibrosis indicators in pa

Blasting operations,which are crucial to open-pit mine production due to their simplicity and efficiency,require precise control through accurate vibration velocity *** conventional Sadowski formula mainly focuses on blast center distance but neglects the amplification effect of blasting vibration waves by terraced terrain,from which the calculated blasting vibration velocities are smaller than the actual values,affecting the safety of the *** address this issue,our model introduces the influences of slope and time into Sadowski formula to measure safety through blast vibration *** the northern section of the open-pit quartz mine in Jinchang City,Gansu Province,China,the data of a continuous blasting slope project are referred *** findings reveal a noticeable vibration amplification effect during blasting when a multi-stage slope platform undergoes a sudden cross-sectional change near the upper overhanging *** amplification vibration coefficient increases with height,while vibration waves within rocks decrease from bottom to ***,platforms without distinct crosssectional changes exhibit no pronounced amplification during *** addition,the vibration intensity decreases with distance as the rock height difference change *** results obtained by the proposed blast vibration displacement equation incorporating slope shape influence closely agree with real-world *** to Pearson correlation coefficient(PPMCC)analysis,the average accuracy rate of our model is 88.84%,which exceeds the conventional Sadowski formula(46.92%).

热敏电阻型功率计采用直流替代的方法测量微波、毫米波功率,为了补偿环境温度变化对测量带来的影响,功率计通常具备测量电桥和补偿电桥,以双电桥模式进行测量。用微量热计型功率基准定标被校同轴热敏电阻型功率传感器时,不能因为环境温度稳定而单独使用测量电桥,为了保证定标结果的有效性,在基准定标中不仅需要对环境温度进行补偿,还需要对双元件误差导致的陶瓷芯温度变化进行补偿。实验表明,在18 GHz、10 mW电平定标时,分别使用单、双电桥功率计测得N型同轴热敏电阻功率传感器的替代功率偏差为0.38%。波导热敏电阻型功率传感器为单元件结构,定标其有效效率时不需要考虑单、双电桥测量问题。

The SARG04 quantum key distribution protocol can offer greater robustness against photon number splitting attacks than the BB84 protocol that is implemented with weak *** this paper,we propose a tight key analysis for the SARG04 protocol,by considering the one-decoy method and investigating its performance under the influence of a detector *** results demonstrate that an increase in block size leads to a slight increase in both the secure key rate and the maximum transmission ***,the detector afterpulse plays a crucial role in practical applications and has a more pronounced effect on the SARG04 protocol compared to the BB84 protocol.

Quantum systems are exceedingly difficult to engineer because they are sensitive to various types of *** particular,timedependent noises are frequently encountered in experiments but how to overcome them remains a challenging *** this work,we propose a flexible robust control technique to resist time-dependent noises based on inverse geometric optimization working in the filter-function *** basic idea is to parameterize the control filter function geometrically and minimize its overlap with the noise spectral *** then effectively reduces the noise susceptibility of the controlled system *** show that the proposed method can produce high-quality robust pulses for realizing desired quantum evolutions under realistic noise ***,we demonstrate this method in examples including dynamical decoupling and quantum sensing protocols to enhance their performances.
