AIM To study the genetic susceptibility of HLA-DQA1 alleles to duodenal ulcer in Wuhan *** Seventy patients with duodenalulcer and fifty healthy controls were examinedfor HLA-DQA1 ***-DQA1 typing wascarried out by digesting the locus specificpolymerase chain reaction amplified productswith alleles specific restriction enzymes(PCR-RFLP),i.e.,Apal Ⅰ,Bsaj Ⅰ,Hph Ⅰ,Fok Ⅰ,Mbo Ⅱ and Mnl Ⅰ.RESULTS The allele frequencies of DQA1 * 0301and DQA1 * 0102 in patients with duodenal ulcerwere significantly higher and lower respectivelythan those in healthy controls(0.40 vs 0.20,P = 0.003,mcorret = 0.024)and(0.05 vs 0.14,P = 0.012,but Pcorret>0.05),*** DQA1 * 0301 is a susceptiblegene for duodenal ulcer in Wuhan Hans,andthere are immunogenetic differences in HLA-DQA1 locus between duodenal ulcer patients andhealthy controls.

The local structure and thermophysical behavior of Mg-La liquid alloys were in-depth understood using deep potential molecular dynamic(DPMD) simulation driven via machine learning to promote the development of Mg-La alloys. The robustness of the trained deep potential(DP) model was thoroughly evaluated through several aspects, including root-mean-square errors(RMSEs), energy and force data, and structural information comparison results;the results indicate the carefully trained DP model is reliable. The component and temperature dependence of the local structure in the Mg-La liquid alloy was analyzed. The effect of Mg content in the system on the first coordination shell of the atomic pairs is the same as that of temperature. The pre-peak demonstrated in the structure factor indicates the presence of a medium-range ordered structure in the Mg-La liquid alloy, which is particularly pronounced in the 80at% Mg system and disappears at elevated temperatures. The density, self-diffusion coefficient, and shear viscosity for the Mg-La liquid alloy were predicted via DPMD simulation, the evolution patterns with Mg content and temperature were subsequently discussed, and a database was established accordingly. Finally, the mixing enthalpy and elemental activity of the Mg-La liquid alloy at 1200 K were reliably evaluated,which provides new guidance for related studies.

拉米夫定是抗乙肝病毒的主要药物之一,因其抗病毒作用确切而被广泛用于治疗慢性乙型肝炎.随着拉米夫定的广泛应用,由拉米夫定导致的耐药问题逐渐成为人们关注的焦点.诱发乙肝病毒YMDD变异是引起拉米夫定耐药的主要机制.当YMDD变异病毒株成为优势株时就会影响拉米夫定的抗病毒疗效,出现耐药,导致病毒重新活跃,甚至病情的加重或死亡.目前研究认为影响拉米夫定相关YMDD变异的因素有:(1)拉米夫定用药时间.用药时间越长,发生YMDD变异的几率越大;(2)用药前病毒荷量、ALT水平及HBeAg状态.基线HBVDNA滴度高、ALT水平低或HBeAg阳性者较易发生YMDD变异;(3)前C区变异;(4)乙肝病毒基因型;(5)联合用药.

The multi-class classification of images is a pivotal challenge within the realm of image processing. As the volume of visual data continues to expand, there is a burgeoning interest in harnessing the unique capabilities of quantum computation to augment the efficiency of classification tasks. However, many existing methods for training quantum image multi-classifiers parallel classical machine learning techniques, where the requisite circuit measurements increase linearly with the volume of training data. This work introduces a novel approach for training a quantum image multi-classifier based on the quantum search algorithm. We have meticulously conducted rigorous experiments on a handwritten digit dataset, a classic benchmark in the field. The results have been meticulously compared with previous works, and the comparative analysis not only validates the efficiency of our proposed approach, requiring only O(N/b) measurements during training, but also highlights a significant quadratic speedup of the algorithm.

Dear Editor,The regulatory role of herbal sRNAs in humans and animals is an interesting research ***,current evidence is insufficient to conclude that herbal sRNAs are novel precision medicines.I previously showed that HJT-sRNA-m1-HJT-sRNA-m8,identified as herbal sRNAs previously (Du et al.,2019),may be derived from humans and/or animals(lu,2023).To minimize errors during herbal sRNA analysis,I provided a list of matters needing special attention and proposed problem-solving solutions for researchers working on sRNA cross-kingdom regulation (lu,2023).

Numerical simulations of the flow and heat transfer characteristics of four shell-and-tube molten salt electric heaters with different perforation rates was ***-and-tube electric heaters have the same geometry and tube arrangement,and all of them use single segmental baffles,but there exist four different baffle openings（φ）,i.e.,0%,2.52%,4.06%,and 6.31%.The results indicated that the reasonable baffle opening could significantly reduce the shell-side pressure drop,effectively decreasing the shell-side flow dead zone *** can eliminate the local high-temperature phenomenon on the surface of electric heating tubes,but the heat transfer coefficient is slightly *** perforated schemes significantly reduce shell-side pressure drop compared to the baseline solution without open *** particular,the φ=6.31% scheme exhibits the optimal performance among all the schemes,with a maximum reduction of up to 50.50% in shell-side pressure drop relative to the unopened holes *** heat transfer coefficient is the highest for φ=0%,exhibiting a range of5.26% to 5.73%,5.14% to 5.99%,and 7.31% to 8.54% higher than φ=2.52%,4.06%,and 6.31%,respectively,within the calculated *** composite index h/（Δp）1/3was higher for all open-hole solutions than that for the unopened-hole *** best overall performance was for φ=6.31%,which improved the composite index by15.29% to 17.18% over the unopened-hole solution.

The detection of small targets poses a significant challenge for infrared search and tracking (IRST) systems,as they must strike a delicate balance between accuracy and *** this paper,we propose a detection algorithm based on spatial attention density peaks searching (SADPS) and an adaptive window selection ***,the difference-of-Gaussians (DoG) filter is introduced for preprocessing raw infrared ***,the image is processed by ***,an adaptive window selection scheme is applied to obtain window templates for the target scale ***,the small target feature is used to enhance the target and suppress the ***,the true targets are segmented through a *** experimental results show that compared with the seven state-of-the-art small targets detection baseline algorithms,the proposed method not only has better detection accuracy,but also has reasonable time consumption.

The formation of an embedded electron current sheet within the magnetotail plasma sheet has been poorly *** this article,we present an electron current layer detected at the edge of the magnetotail plasma *** ions were demagnetized inside the electron current layer,but the electrons were still frozen in with the magnetic field ***,this decoupling of ions and electrons gave rise to a strong Hall electric field,which could be the reason for the formation of the embedded thin current *** magnetized electrons,the absence of the nongyrotropic electron distribution,and negligible energy dissipation in the layer indicate that magnetic reconnection had not been triggered within the embedded thin current *** highly asymmetric plasma on the two sides of the current layer and low magnetic shear across it could suppress magnetic *** observations indicate that the embedded electric current layer,probably generated by the Hall electric field,even down to electron scale,is not a sufficient condition for magnetic reconnection.
