AIM： To investigate the protective effect of stronger neo-minophafen C （SNMC） on fulminant hepatic failure （FHF） and its underlying mechanism. METHODS： A mouse model of FHF was established by intraperitoneal injection of galactosamine （D-Gal N） and lipopolysaccharide （LPS）. The survival rate, liver function, inflammatory factor and liver pathological change were obtained with and without SNMC treatment. Hepatoo/te survival was estimated by observing the stained mitochondria structure with terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated deoxyuridine triphosphate fluorescence nick end labeling （TUNEL） method and antibodies against cytochrome C （Cyt-C） and caspase-3. RESULTS： The levels of plasma tumor necrosis factor alpha （TNF-α）, nitric oxide （NO）, ET-1, interleukin-6 （IL-6）, and the degree of hepatic tissue injury were decreased in the SNMC-treated groups compared with those in the model group （P 〈 0.01）. However, there were no differences after different dosages administered at different time points. There was a significant difference in survival rates between the SNMC-treated groups and the model group （P 〈 0.01）. The apoptosis index was 32.3% at 6 h after a low dose of SNMC, which was considerably decreased from 32.3% ± 4.7% vs 5% ± 2.83% （P 〈 0.05） to 5% on d 7. The expression of Cyt-C and caspase-3 decreased with the prolongation of therapeutic time. Typical hepatocyte apoptosis was obviously ameliorated under electron microscope with the prolongation of therapeutic time. CONCluSION： SNMC can effectively protect liver against FHF induced by LPS/D-Gal N. SNMC can prevent hepatocyte apoptosis by inhibiting inflammatory reaction and stabilizing mitochondria membrane to suppress the release of Cyt-C and sequent activation of caspase-3.

Background Duloxetine, a selective serotonin and noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor, has been shown to be effective in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain and approved for the management of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain （DPNP） in the United States, European Union, and many other countries. This study assessed the efficacy and safety of duloxetine in Chinese patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain. Methods This double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, flexible-dose study treated adult patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain and baseline Brief Pain Inventory （BPI） 24-hour average pain severity ratings ≥4 with duloxetine 60 mg to 120 mg once daily or placebo for 12 weeks. Dose adjustments of duloxetine or matching placebo were based upon investigator＇s judgment of clinical response. Change from baseline to endpoint in BPI average pain was the primary efficacy outcome. Secondary outcome measures included BPI-severity and -Interference, Patient Global Impression of Improvement, Clinical Global Impressions of Severity, EuroQol： 5 Dimensions, Athens Insomnia Scale, and safety measures. Results Of 215 patients randomized, 88.4% and 82.1% of patients in placebo and duloxetine groups, respectively,completed the study. Mean change from baseline to endpoint in BPI average pain was not statistically different between the treatment groups （P=0.124）. Duloxetinetreated patients showed significantly greater pain reduction compared with those in placebo group at weeks 1,2, and 4 （P=0.004, P=0.009, and P=0.006, respectively） but not at weeks 8 （P=0.125） and 12 （P=0.107）. Duloxetine-treated patients experienced statistically significant improvement in Patient Global Impression of Improvement, Clinical Global Impression of Severity, area under the curve for pain relief, BPI-severity pain right now, and BPI-interference walking ability. Nonpolar a-plane （1120） GaN films have been grown on r-plane （1102） sapphire by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition （MOCVD） under different growth pressures. The as-grown films are investigated by optical microscopy, high-resolution X-ray diffraction （HRXRD） and Raman scattering. As growth pressure rises from 100 mbar to 400 mbar, the surface gets rougher, and the in-plane XRD full width at half maximum （FWHM） along the c-axis [0001] increases while that along the m-axis [1100] decreases. Meanwhile, residential stresses are reduced along both the c-axis and the m-axis. The structural anisotropy feature under 400 mbar is inverted with respect to 100 mbar, and the weakened anisotropy is achieved under a moderate pressure of 200 mbar, probably due to the suppressed Ga atomic migration along the c-axis under a larger pressure. We propose that pressure can affect a-plane growth through the V/III ratio.

Lithium metal anodes hold great potential for high-energy-density secondary ***,the uncontrollable lithium dendrite growth causes poor cycling efficiency and severe safety concerns,hindering lithium metal anode from practical *** components play important roles in suppressing lithium dendrite growth and improving the electrochemical performance of long-life lithium metal anode,and it is still challenging to effectively compromise the advantages of the conventional electrolyte(1 mol·L^(−1)salts)and high-concentration electrolyte(>3 mol·L^(−1)salts)for the optimizing electrochemical ***,we propose and design an interfacial high-concentration electrolyte induced by the nitrogen-and oxygen-doped carbon nanosheets(NO-CNS)for stable Li metal *** NO-CNS with abundant surface negative charges not only creates an interfacial high-concentration of lithium ions near the electrode surface to promote chargetransfer kinetics but also enables a high ionic conductivity in the bulk electrolyte to improve ionic *** from the interfacial high-concentration electrolyte,the NO-CNS@Ni foam host presents outstanding electrochemical cycling performances over 600 cycles at 1 ma·cm^(−2) and an improved cycling lifespan of 1,500 h for symmetric cells.

为了解吉林省某规模牛场BVDV的流行情况,并制定净化方案,应用BVDV ELISA试剂盒对2022年3月—2023年10月采集吉林省某规模牛场的血液和粪便样本进行病原学调查。结果表明:该牛场全群BVDV抗体、抗原阳性率分别为2.72%、0.85%,抗原阳性5头(其中成年牛1头,后备牛1头,犊牛3头),抗体阳性16头(其中成年牛5头,后备牛5头,犊牛6头)。对检测为BVDV阳性的牛直接淘汰,并通过3次复检,筛选出BVDV持续性感染牛,对其进行淘汰,并对检测阴性牛免疫。经过长达1年的监测及淘汰,该规模牛场BVDV病原学检出率为0,取得了良好净化效果。

目的:探讨血清鸢尾素(Irisin)、氧化三甲胺(TmaO)、巨噬细胞迁移抑制因子(MIF)与慢性心力衰竭(CHF)合并心房颤动(AF)患者预后的关系及其预测价值。方法:选取2020年1月~2023年1月甘肃省人民医院收治的CHF合并AF患者175例纳入合并AF组,根据预后情况分为预后不良组和预后良好组。另选取同期收治未合并AF的CHF患者100例纳入未合并AF组。通过酶联免疫吸附法检测血清Irisin、TmaO、MIF水平。采用多因素Logistic回归分析CHF合并AF患者预后的影响因素,受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清Irisin、TmaO、MIF对CHF合并AF患者预后不良的预测价值。结果:与未合并AF组比较,合并AF组血清Irisin水平降低,血清TmaO、MIF水平升高(PmaO、MIF水平升高(PmaO、MIF升高为CHF合并AF患者预后不良的独立危险因素,Irisin升高为独立保护因素(PmaO、MIF联合预测CHF合并AF患者预后不良的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.919,大于血清Irisin、TmaO、MIF单独预测的0.787、0.780、0.777。结论:CHF合并AF患者血清Irisin水平降低,TmaO、MIF水平升高,且与预后不良密切相关。血清Irisin、TmaO、MIF水平联合检测对CHF合并AF患者预后不良具有较高的预测价值。

本试验旨在研究甘薯和芋头在闽东山羊瘤胃中的降解特性及表面附着微生物群落动态变化。选用4头14月龄健康装有永久瘤胃瘘管的闽东公山羊[平均体重(26.60±2.35)kg],采用尼龙袋法分别在2、4、8、16、24、36和48 h测定甘薯和芋头的营养成分的动态降解率及降解过程中表面附着微生物变化。结果表明:1)甘薯和芋头的瘤胃降解率随滞留时间的延长均逐渐升高。干物质(DM)有效降解率分别为66.48%和62.88%,粗蛋白(CP)有效降解率分别为34.28%和32.62%,淀粉有效降解率分别为53.44%和43.60%,其中甘薯淀粉有效降解率显著高于芋头(P0.05)。门水平上,两组间优势菌均为拟杆菌门和厚壁菌门。属水平上,两组间优势菌属均为普雷沃氏菌属。mantel检验进一步表明,假丁酸弧菌属与甘薯和芋头瘤胃降解率均呈显著正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。3)功能预测分析表明,甘薯和芋头通过磷酸戊糖途径、乙醛酸和二羧酸代谢以及丙酸代谢调控瘤胃微生物相互作用利用淀粉的功能。综上所述,甘薯和芋头具有较好的瘤胃降解性能,其中甘薯DM和淀粉降解率更佳。在降解过程中,两种饲料均不会破坏瘤胃微生物的动态平衡,因此甘薯和芋头是具有潜力的精饲料资源。

为精确测量CSR外靶终端靶前入射粒子的径迹,研制了多套小单元多丝漂移室探测器,该探测器灵敏面积为80 mm×80 mm,每套探测器包括x、x′、y、y′4个探测电极面,每个电极面引出16个阳极丝信号。前端电子学采用基于SFE16芯片的放大器,数据读出系统采用基于HPTDC芯片的数据采集卡。采用两套小单元多丝漂移室对400 MeV/u的^(16)O束流位置进行了测试,探测器的工作气体为Ar(80%)+CO_(2)(20%),阳极丝电压为+900 V,场丝与阴极丝均接地,拟合得到的单层电极的位置分辨(拟合残差)为105.9μm,探测效率为99.3%,该指标可以满足现阶段CSR外靶终端大部分核物理实验对反应靶点的定位要求。
