The electrical properties of chem.cally derived graphene and graphene grown by chem.cal vapor deposition （CVD）, until now, have been inferior to those of m.chanically exfoliated graphene. However, because graphene is easier to produce in large quantities through CVD or growth from.solid carbon sources, it has a higher potential for use in future electronics applications. Generally, m.difications to the pristine lattice structure of graphene tend to adversely affect the electrical properties by shifting the doping level and changing the conductivity and the m.bility. Here we show that a sm.ll degree of graphene surface functionalization, using diazonium.salts with electron-withdrawing and electron-donating functional groups, is sufficient to predom.nantly induce p-type doping, undim.nished m.bility, and higher conductivity at the neutrality point. m.lecules without a diazonium.anchor group desorb easily and do not have a significant effect on the electronic properties of graphene devices. We further dem.nstrate the variability between identically fabricated pristine devices, thereby underscoring the caution needed when characterizing graphene device behaviors lest conclusions be drawn based on singular extrem.s.

Heterotrim.ric GTP-binding proteins, which consist of Gα, Gβ, and Gγ subunits, play im.ortant roles in transducing extracellular signals perceived by cell surface receptors into intracellular physiological responses. In addition to a single prototypical Gα protein （GPA1）, Arabidopsis has three unique Gα-Iike proteins, known as XLG1, XLG2, and XLG3, that have been found to be localized in nuclei, although their functions and m.de of action rem.in largely unknown. Through a transcriptom.c analysis, we found that XLG2 and XLG3 were rapidly induced by infection with the bacterial pathogen Pseudom.nas syringae, whereas the XLG1 transcript level was not affected by pathogen infection. A reverse genetic screen revealed that the xlg2 loss-of-function m.tation causes enhanced susceptibility to P. syringae. Transcriptom. profiling revealed that the xlg2 m.tation affects pathogen-triggered induction of a sm.ll set of defense-related genes. However, xlgl and xlg3 m.tants showed no difference from.wild-type plants in resistance to P. syringae, In addition, the xlg2 xlg3 double m.tant and the xlgl xlg2 xlg3 triple m.tant were not significantly different from.the xlg2 single m.tant in the disease resistance phenotype, suggesting that the roles of XLG1 and XLG3 in defense, if any, are less significant than for XLG2. Constitutive overexpression of XLG2 leads to the accum.lation of abnorm.l transcripts from.m.ltiple defense-related genes. Through co-im.unoprecipitation assays, XLG2 was found to interact with AGB1, the sole Gβ subunit in Arabidopsis, which has previously been found to be a positive regulator in resistance to necrotrophic fungal pathogens. However, no significant difference was found between three xlg single m.tants, the xlg2 xlg3 double m.tant, the xlgtriple m.tant, and wild-type plants in resistance to the necrotrophic fungal pathogens Botrytis cinerea or Alternaria brassicicola. 目的　比较多巴酚丁胺在不同液体复苏条件下对兔肠缺血再灌注损伤 (I/ R)所致休克的治疗效果。方法　 32只新西兰白兔随机分为乳酸林格液 (L RS)复苏组、L RS+羟乙基淀粉溶液 (HES)复苏组、L RS复苏 +多巴酚丁胺治疗组 (L RS+DOB组 )和 L RS+HES复苏 +多巴酚丁胺治疗组 (L RS+HES+DOB组 )。采用肠系膜上动脉夹闭 6 0 m.in后松夹行再灌注制备肠 I/ R休克模型 ,松夹再灌注时同步进行液体复苏和多巴酚丁胺治疗。观察各时间点血流动力学参数 (平均动脉压、心率、心排血量、肠系膜上动脉血流 )的变化 ,并通过测定动脉二氧化碳间隙〔 Pt a CO2 间隙 =肠黏膜 CO2 分压 (Pt CO2 ) -动脉血 CO2 分压 (Pa CO2 )〕、肠黏膜 p H值 (p Hi)、动脉血乳酸浓度和氧输送 (DO2 )等指标间接评价组织氧合情况。结果　多巴酚丁胺能显著减轻兔肠I/ R休克后平均动脉压、心率、心排血量和肠系膜上动脉血流的下降 ,两多巴酚丁胺治疗组与两复苏组比较 ,差异均有显著性 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ;且 L RS+HES+DOB组平均动脉压下降程度较 L RS+DOB组明显减轻 (P<0 .0 5 )。与 L RS组比较 ,两多巴酚丁胺治疗组均能明显降低血乳酸浓度和 Pt a CO2 间隙 ,升高 p Hi和 DO2 (P均<0 .0 5 ) ,尤其在 L RS+HES+DOB组效果更显著 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ,与 L

In recent years, the num.er of users connected to the Internet has experienced a phenom.nal growth. The security of system. and networks becom. essential. That is why the perform.nce of Linux firewall and Berkeley Software Distribution (BSD) are of param.unt im.ortance in security system. and networks in all businesses. The following evaluates the firewall based tool that we have developed in Python and Scapy, which perform. tim. m.asurem.nts by serving packets traversing the firewall test. Several results were presented: the speed of the firewall under FreeBSD in term. of service tim. com.ared to the speed of the firewall under Linux as the num.er of rules increases;the speed of the filtering rule of a firewall stateless in term. of service tim. com.ared to the filtering rule of an active firewall gradually as the num.er of rules increases. Then, for care of sim.licity, we have presented the queue m.m.1/K to m.del the perform.nces of firewalls. The resulting m.del was validated using Sim.link and m.an squared error. The analytical m.del and Sim.link of the firewalls are presented in the article.

Owing to their capacity for self-renewal and pluripotency, stem.cells possess untold potential for revolutionizing the field of regenerative m.dicine through the developm.nt of novel therapeutic strategies for treating cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases. Central to developing these strategies is im.roving our understanding of biological m.chanism. responsible for governing stem.cell fate and self-renewal. Increasing attention is being given to the significance of m.tabolism. through the production of energy and generation of sm.ll m.lecules, as a critical regulator of stem.cell functioning. Rapid advances in the field of m.tabolom.cs now allow for in-depth profiling of stem.cells both in vitro and in vivo, providing a system. perspective on key m.tabolic and m.lecular pathways which influence stem.cell biology. Understanding the analytical platform. and techniques that are currently used to study stem.cell m.tabolom.cs, as well as how new insights can be derived from.this knowledge, will accelerate new research in the field and im.rove future efforts to expand our understanding of the interplay between m.tabolism.and stem.cell biology.
