The effect of Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) mass ratio and CaO content on the viscosity and structure of the CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-6MgO-1.5ZrO_(2)-1.5CeO_(2) slag was *** results show that with the increase in Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) mass ratio,the viscous flow units within the slag gradually change from Si-O-Si to Al-O-Al and ***,the substitution of Al_(2)O_(3) for SiO_(2) leads to the transformation of Si-O bonds towards weaker Al-O bonds,which weaken the bond strength of the aluminosilicate networks,thus leading to a decrease in the viscosity of *** increase in CaO content effectively promotes the depolymerization of the aluminosilicate networks,resulting in a significant decrease in the viscosity of the *** slag with Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) of 0.7-1.5 and CaO of 30 wt.%shows promise as the reference slag system for the Fe-collection smelting of spent automotive catalysts due to its good comprehensive performance.

准确快速计算模块化多电平换流器(MMC)功率器件的结温波动是进行寿命预测和可靠性研究的关键。在长时间的任务剖面下,基频结温波动对MMC功率模块寿命预测的影响不容忽视。由于MMC桥臂电流的直流偏置特性,使得功率模块内部具有热不平衡特征。提出一种考虑热不平衡特征的MMC功率模块寿命预测方法。首先,分析MMC子模块功率器件的热不平衡特征,提出考虑电热耦合的功率器件低频热循环提取方法,考虑器件损耗热不平衡特征,提出基频结温波动的快速迭代求解方法;然后,利用Bayerer模型和Miner理论所建立的热循环与器件损伤之间的联系,实现MMC系统功率模块的寿命预测。最后,利用算例对所提方法进行验证和分析。

The mechanism of mine water inrushes in coal mines in China differs considerably from that in other *** China, most water inrushes occur from floor strata, where the water-inrush sources are karstic limestone *** study describes the mechanism of mine water inrushes through a fault in the mine floor using principles of strata mechanics and the path of water inrush from an aquifer to the working face.A criterion to judge whether a ground water inrush will occur through a fault or not is also described, together with a case history of water inflow in the Feicheng coalfield, China.

72份普通菜豆资源表型性状多样性综合评价分析

为了充分利用优质普通菜豆资源，以来自3个国家的72份普通菜豆资源为研究材料，采用隶属函数、Shannon-Wiener’s多样性指数、主成分分析及聚类分析等方法对10个表型性状进行综合评价分析。结果表明：10个性状的变异系数在13.9%～52.1%之间，表型多样性指数在1.354～2.209之间；9个表型性状与小区产量的紧密程度表现为单株产量>株高>荚宽>单株荚数>单荚粒数>荚长>每果节荚数>单株分枝数>百粒重。UMAP聚类分析将72份普通菜豆资源按照3个国家进行分组，巴西距离墨西哥和危地马拉的距离相对较远。72份普通菜豆资源系统聚类划分为3个类群：第Ⅰ类群包括25份普通菜豆资源，其中，巴西10份、墨西哥10份、危地马拉5份；第Ⅱ类群包括25份普通菜豆资源，其中，巴西4份、墨西哥14份、危地马拉7份；第Ⅲ类群包括22份普通菜豆资源，其中，巴西3份、墨西哥14份、危地马拉5份；主成分评价及隶属函数评价筛选到10份综合表现优异的资源，包括YJ010459、YJ009992-A、YJ009764、YJ010450、YJ010490、YJ010092-A、YJ010270、YJ009749、YJ009789、YJ010012。

Due to variable time for charge collection,energy resolution of nuclear detectors declines,especially compound semiconductor detectors like cadmium zinc telluride(CdZnTe) *** solve this problem,an analog rise-time discriminator based on charge comparison principle is *** reference charge signal after attenuation is compared with the deconvoluted and delayed current *** is found that the amplitude of delayed current signal is higher than that of the reference charge signal when rise time of the input signal is shorter than the discrimination time,thus generating gating signal and triggering DMCA(digital multi-channel analyzer) to receive the total integral charge *** rise time of the input signal is longer than discrimination time,DMCA remains inactivated and the corresponding total integral charge signal is *** results show that combination of the designed rise-time discriminator and DMCA can reduce hole tailing of CdZnTe detector *** resolution of the system is 0.98%@662 keV,and it is still excellent under high counting rates.

Quantum dots(QDs) can achieve high quantum yields close to unity in liquid solutions, whereas they exhibit a decreased conversion efficiency after being integrated into solid-state polymer matrices for light-emitting diode(LED) devices, which is called the host matrix effect. In this study, we propose a solid–liquid hybrid-state QD-LED to solve this issue. The ethylene-terminated polydimethylsiloxane (ethylene-PDMS) is used to establish a solid-state cross-linked network, whereas the methyl-terminated PDMS (methyl-PDMS) is used in its liquid state. From a macroscopic level, the cured solid–liquid hybrid-state PDMS (SLHP) composites reach a solid state,which is stable and flexible enough to be used in LED devices. Compared with LEDs using conventional QD/solid PDMS composites at equal color conversion efficiency ranging from 40% to 60%, the luminous flux of LEDs with QD/SLHP composites is increased by 13.0% using an optimized methyl-PDMS concentration of 85 wt. %.As a result, high efficiency QD-LEDs using QDs as the only color convertor with luminous efficacy of 89.6 lm/W (0.19 A) were achieved, which show a working stability comparable with that using conventional solid-state structures at a harsh condition. Consequently, the novel approach shows great potential for achieving high efficiency and high stability QD-LEDs, which is also compatible with current structures used in illumination and display applications.

That tetraacetonitrile copper perchlorate catalyzes intramolecular amidation of arenes was found to be a new strategy for construction of nitrogen-containing heterocycles and resulted in the formation of a series of novel benzo[1,4]oxazin-3-one derivatives from N-（1,3-diphenyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl）-*** approach of heterocyclic construction proceeds in a chemoselective manner in which only benzo[1,4]oxazin-3-one derivatives were obtained by C—N bonds formation with cheap and simple copper salt catalyst under mild conditions in moderate to good *** biological assay of some of benzo[1,4]oxazin-3-one derivatives showed that they had moderate antiproliferative activity toward MDA-MB231 and HeLa cancer cell lines.
