Electrocoagulation is progressively becoming an ecologically friendly water treatment method owing to its lack of secondary pollution,high active ingredient concentration,high treatment effectiveness,simple equipment,and simplicity of automated control ***,electrocoagulation is offered as a method for treating wastewater containing azo dyes using a revolutionary flexible electronic fabric that can be mass-producible at a reasonable price.A computer-controlled machine embroiders 316L stainless steel fiber(316L SSF)onto an insulating fabric to manufacture a flexible electronic device of cathode and anode with a monopolar arrangement on the fabric *** methyl orange(MO)solution to simulate azo dye wastewater,the decolorization rate of 500 ml MO reached 99.25% under the conditions of 50 mg·L^(-1)initial mass concentration,120 min electrolysis time,15 mA·g^(-1)current density,1 cm electrode spacing,0.1 mol·L^(-1)NaCl,pH 7.6,200 r·min^(-1)rotational speed of the stirrer,and 22-25℃ room *** addition,it is feasible to embroider flexible electronic fabrics with varied sizes and numbers of electrodes based on the amount of treated sewage to increase the degradation rate,which has significant practical application value.

Well-crystallized MgZnO alloy thin films with hexagonal wurtzite structure were fabricated by sol-gel method. With the band gap increases, the surface roughness and the grain size reduces. It is worth noting that the intensity of the band-edge luminescence of Mg doped films enhances with the increase of the Mg content. The microstructure and photoluminescence mechanism have been discussed based on X-ray diffraction patterns, atomic force microscopy images, ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra, photoluminescence spectra and Fourier transform infrared spectra.

The luminescence intensity regulation of organic light-emitting transistor(OLED)device can be achieved effectively by the combination of graphene vertical field effect transistor(GVFET)and *** this paper,we fabricate and characterize the graphene vertical field-effect transistor with gate dielectric of ion-gel film,confirming that its current switching ratio reaches up to *** of the property of high light transmittance in ion-gel film,the OLED device prepared with graphene/PEDOT:PSS as composite anode exhibits good optical *** also prepare the graphene vertical organic light-emitting field effect transistor(GVOLEFET)by the combination of GVFET and graphene OLED,analyzing its electrical and optical properties,and confirming that the luminescence intensity can be significantly changed by regulating the gate voltage.

The porous alumina have been prepared by anodization and an organic molecule 8-hydroxyquinoline aluminum (Alq3) has been impregnated in the pores. The morphology measured through atomic force microscopy shows that the size of the pores is about 10 nm. A blue-shift photoluminescence of Alq3 in nanometer-sized hole is close to that of the monomers. The measured spectral characteristics demonstrate the limitation of the porous alumina to the emission of Alq3.

based on the domain reduction method,this study employs an SEM-FEM hybrid workflow which integrates the advantages of the spectral element method(SEM)for flexible and highly efficient simulation of seismic wave propagation in a three-dimensional(3D)regional-scale geophysics model and the finite element method(FEM)for fine simulation of structural response including soil-structure interaction,and performs a physics-based simulation from initial fault rupture on an ancient wood *** verification of the hybrid workflow,a large-scale model of an ancient wood structure in the Beijing area,The Tower of Buddhist Incense,is established and its responses under the 1665 Tongxian earthquake and the 1730 Yiheyuan earthquake are *** results from the simulated ground motion and seismic response of the wood structure under the two earthquakes demonstrate that this hybrid workflow can be employed to efficiently provide insight into the relationships between geophysical parameters and the structural response,and is of great significance toward accurate input for seismic simulation of structures under specific site and fault conditions.

在石墨烯场效应晶体管栅介结构中引入具有良好电容特性或极化特性的材料可改善晶体管性能.本文采用化学气相沉积制备的石墨烯并以PVDF-[EMIM]TF2N离子凝胶薄膜(ion-gel film)作为介质层制备底栅型石墨烯场效应管(graphene-based field effect transistor, GFET),研究其电学特性以及真空环境和温度对GFET性能的影响.结果表明离子凝胶薄膜栅介石墨烯场效应晶体管表现出良好的电学特性,室温空气环境中,与SiO_2栅介GFET相比, ion-gel膜栅介GFET开关比(J_(on)/J_(off))和跨导(g_m)分别提高至6.95和3.68×10^(–2) mS,而狄拉克电压(V_(Dirac))低至1.3 V;真空环境下ion-gel膜栅介GFET狄拉克电压最低可降至0.4 V;随着温度的升高, GFET的跨导最高可提升至6.11×10^(–2) mS.

通过比较不同长径比的多壁纳米碳管复合硅橡胶的渗流特性发现长径比大于10000(长200μm,直径20nm)的长纳米碳管具有与长径比小于100(长2μm,直径20nm)的短纳米碳管显著不同的渗流特性,测量发现:随着导电相质量分数的增加,短纳米碳管呈现压阻系数由正到负的变化规律,而长纳米碳管即使导电相体积分数较低时也未呈现单调正的压阻系数,通过比较TEM和SEM照片,渗流曲线图以及对实验结果的分析,表明导电相的形貌对弹性体复合材料的压阻特性有很大影响。测量还表明对应最显著压阻变化率的质量分数长,短纳米碳管复合硅橡胶明显高于短纳米碳管复合硅橡胶,并且具有更高的压阻重复性,其在高体积分数下的高压阻敏感性、高补强作用及高压阻重复性使得该材料能用于柔性力敏传感器。

Salinity is a crucial property of water body and is essential for the restoration of paleoecology and ***,the theoretical method of application of elemental geochemical proxies to paleosalinity reconstruction is still ***,accurate determination and reconstruction of paleosalinity and its variation in an offshore lacustrine basin have been extremely challenging thus *** study presents detailed elemental geochemical investigations from the Zhanhua Sag in the southern Bohai bay basin to reconstruct the salinity variation in the Paleogene Eocene Shahejie Formation(50.8-33.9 Ma).based on the variation of strontium barium ratio(Sr/ba)and boron gallium ratio(B/Ga),we determined three typical salinity types of water body:salty water(Sr/ba>0.5,B/Ga>6),brackish water(0.2bababased on the temporal relationship among the salinity types of watermasses,paleoclimate characteristics from pollen records,and marine transgression events from marine *** research established a model of paleoclimatic and eustatic mechanisms to explain paleosalinity variation,providing reasonable and integral driving forces for the salinity variation of all offshore lacustrine basins.
