Objective The study sought to investigate the clinical predictive value of quantitative flow ratio(QFR)for the long-term target vessel failure(TVF)outcome in patients with in-stent restenosis(ISR)by using drug-coated balloon(DCB)treatment after a long-term *** This was a retrospective study.A total of 186 patients who underwent DCB angioplasty for ISR in two hospitals from March 2014 to September 2019 were *** QFR of the entire target vessel was measured *** primary endpoint was TVF,including target vessel-cardiac death(TV-CD),target vessel-myocardial infarction(TV-MI),and clinically driven-target vessel revascularization(CD-TVR).Results The follow-up time was 3.09±1.53 years,and 50 patients had *** QFR immediately after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)was significantly lower in the TVF group than in the no-TVF *** Cox regression analysis indicated that the QFR immediately after PCI was an excellent predictor for TVF after the long-term follow-up[hazard ratio(HR):5.15×10−5(6.13×10−8−0.043);Plong-term TVF was 0.925(area under the curve:0.886,95%confidence interval:0.834–0.938;sensitivity:83.40%,specificity:88.00;Plong-term follow-up in ISR patients who underwent DCB angioplasty.A lower QFR immediately after PCI was associated with a worse TVF outcome.

Background Despite the large scale technical innovations that have been made,a number of patients with neuromyelitis optica （NMO） are lacking NMO-IgG in both serum and cerebrospinal *** extensive spinal cord （LESC） lesions and linear lesions are associated with ***,differences of spinal cord magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） features,including LESC lesions and linear lesions,between NMO-IgG positive and negative patients still remain *** aim of the present study was to analyze the relationship between NMO-IgG status and spinal cord MRI features in NMO patients,particularly concerned about LESC lesions and linear *** Clinical data and spinal cord MRI of 52 NMO patients were retrospectively *** patients were NMO-IgG negative in both serum and cerebrospinal fluid,while 44 were NMO-IgG *** data between the two cohorts were compared by the Student＇s t test or Mann-Whitney U test,the chi-square test or Fisher＇s exact test was used to evaluate qualitative *** NMO-IgG negative patients had a higher sex ratio （male/female）（P=0.014）.On axial MRI,lesions in the NMO-IgG negative group were mostly located in the peripheral cord （50%）,and central lesions （55%） were more common in the NMO-IgG positive group （P=-0.051）.LESC lesions were common in both *** of linear lesions was found in NMO-IgG negative patients,while the NMO-IgG positive cohort had significantly more linear lesions （48%）（P=0.016）.Conclusions Patients with NMO-IgG negativity may have different spinal cord lesion features compared to NMO-IgG positive *** of NMO cannot be excluded even when NMO-IgG negativity and non-specific spinal lesions occur.

Platooning represents one of the key features that connected automated vehicles may possess as it allows multiple automated vehicles to be maneuvered cooperatively with small headways on roads. However, a critical challenge in accomplishing automated vehicle platoons is to deal with the effects of intermittent and sporadic vehicle-to-vehicle data transmissions caused by limited wireless communication resources. This paper addresses the co-design problem of dynamic event-triggered communication scheduling and cooperative adaptive cruise control for a convoy of automated vehicles with diverse spacing policies. The central aim is to achieve automated vehicle platooning under various gap references with desired platoon stability and spacing performance requirements, while simultaneously improving communication efficiency. Toward this aim, a dynamic event-triggered scheduling mechanism is developed such that the intervehicle data transmissions are scheduled dynamically and efficiently over time. Then, a tractable co-design criterion on the existence of both the admissible event-driven cooperative adaptive cruise control law and the desired scheduling mechanism is derived. Finally, comparative simulation results are presented to substantiate the effectiveness and merits of the obtained results.

As ethnic medicine,the whole grass of plants in Cirsium was used as *** review focuses on the antimicrobial activity of plants in Cirsium,including antimicrobial components,against different types of microbes and bacteriostatic *** results showed that the main antimicrobial activity components in Cirsium plants were flavonoids,triterpenoids and phenolic acids,and the antimicrobial ability varied according to the species and the content of *** them,phenolic acids showed a strong antibacterial ability against Acinetobacter baumannii,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and Enterococcus *** antibacterial mechanisms include:(1)damaging the cell membrane,cell walls,mitochondria and nucleus of bacteria;(2)inhibiting the synthesis of proteins and nucleic acids;(3)suppressing the synthesis of enzymes for tricarboxylic acid cycle pathways and glycolysis,and then killing the bacteria via inhibition of energy ***,most research results on antimicrobial activity of Cirsium plants are reported based on in vitro *** evidence from clinical data and comprehensive evaluation are needed.

Carbonized metallic organic frameworks(CMOF)have been attracting attention in microwave absorption(MA)research area because of their diverse structures,tunable compositions,and rich ***,structure regulation on metal clusters in CMOF is achieved by tuning the interaction strength between metals and ligands to enhance microwave absorption *** to relatively weak interaction among copper cations and ligands,copper nanoclusters(CuNC)can be uniformly formed and embedded within the cobalt/zinc(Co/Zn)***,copper cations are added to the Co/Zn bimetallic zeolitic imidazolate frameworks(ZIFs).Secondly,the CMOF composite particles with CuNCs(CuNCs/CoZn-CMOF)were developed by a pyrolysis *** CuNCs/CoZn-CMOF with an appropriate amount of CuNCs can harmonize both dielectric and magnetic *** a result,the minimum reflection loss(RLmin)reaches–45.1 dB at a matching thickness of 2.30 mm and the effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)is 8.80 GHz at a thickness of 3.10 *** broadband response to electromagnetic waves is attributed to interfacial polarization at CuNCs surface and heterogeneous interfaces,impedance matching and multiple scattering of electromagnetic *** study provides a feasible method to develop CMOF microwave absorption materials with high EAB values.

目的探讨葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)诱导的结肠炎小鼠NF-κB活性、ICAM-1蛋白表达变化及NF-κB对其调控作用。方法取健康雄性BABC/L小鼠20只,采用5%DSS溶液结肠炎小鼠模型和0.9%盐水溶液(NS)为正常对照组。免疫组化方法检测细胞间粘附分子(ICAM-1)和NF-κBp65表达水平,凝胶滞留迁移试验(EMSA)测定NF-κB的DNA结合活性。结果DSS组较NS组NF-κBDNA结合活性显著升高,具统计学意义(P<0.01),NF-κBp65成份主要表达于粘膜下层的炎症细胞及部分血管内皮细胞,出现核移位现象,正常对照组仅少数细胞表达p65,ICAM-1。相关性分析提示NF-κB活性与ICAM-1表达呈正相关性。结论DSS诱导结肠炎小鼠结肠粘膜的NF-κB明显活化,可能上调了ICAM-1基因的表达,参与肠道炎症的发生发展。

Light emitting diode(LED) is the fourth generation lighting source,but it has some shortcomings such as complex chip packaging process and the unbalanced light color of phosphor in long-time *** this study,a kind of Eu-terephthalic acid/Tb-sulfosalicylate/ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3)(Eu-PTA/Tb-SSA/ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3))phosphor with warm white light emission properties was prepared,and the warm white light LED(wWLEDs) was successfully prepared by encapsulating Eu-PTA/Tb-SSA/ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3) phosphors together with 270 nm *** ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3),Tb-SSA/ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3) and Eu-PTA/ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3) samples show blue emission,green emission and red emission under deep ultraviolet(UV,270 nm) excitation,*** Tb-SSA and Eu-PTA are co-doped into ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3) matrix with blue emission to achieve the warm white light emission,and the light color can be adjusted by controlling the doping amount of Eu^(3+)-and Tb^(3+).Through the excitation method of single-component phosphor by the single chip,the complex chip packaging process of w-LED can be *** doping rare earth organic complexes into porous ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3) matrix,the problems of the light color unbalanced of phosphor and the low luminescence intensity of rare earth doped metal oxides composites can be solved.
