Solid polymer electrolytes （SPEs） are highly promising for realizing high-capacity,low-cost,and safe Li metal ***,the Li dendritic growth and side reactions between Li and SPEs also plague these ***,a fluorinated lithium salt coating （FC） with organicinorganic gradient and soft-rigid feature is introduced on Li surface as an artificial protective layer by the in-situ reaction between Li metal and fluorinated carboxylic *** FC layer can improve the interface stability and wettability between Li and SPEs,assist the transport of Li ions,and guide Li nucleation,contributing to a dendrite-free Li deposition and long-lifespan Li metal *** symmetric cell with FC-Li anodes exhibits a high areal capacity of 1 mah cm-2at 0.5 ma cm-2,and an ultra-long lifespan of 2000 h at a current density of 0.1 m A ***,the full cell paired with the LiFePO4cathode exhibits improved cycling stability,remaining 83.7%capacity after 500 cycles at 1 *** matching with the S cathode,the FC layer can prevent the shuttle effect,contributing to stable and high-capacity Li-S *** work provided a promising way for the construction of stable all-solid-state lithium metal batteries with prolonged lifespan.

Brine shrimp(Artemia)has existed on Earth for 400 million years and has major ecological importance in hypersaline *** a crucial live food in aquaculture,brine shrimp cysts have become one of the most important aquatic products traded ***,our understanding of the biodiversity,prevalence and global connectedness of viruses in brine shrimp is still very limited.A total of 143 batches of brine shrimp(belonging to seven species)cysts were collected from six continents including 21 countries and more than 100 geographic locations worldwide during 1977–*** total,55 novel RNA viruses were identified,which could be assigned to 18 different viral families and related *** viruses were dsRNA viruses,16 were+ssRNA viruses,and 28 were−ssRNA *** analyses of the RNA-directed RNA polymerase(RdRp)showed that brine shrimp viruses were often grouped with viruses isolated from other invertebrates and ***,most brine shrimp viruses were related to those from different hosts that might feed on brine shrimp or share the same ecological niche.A notable case was the novel brine shrimp noda-like virus 3,which shared 79.25%(RdRp)and 63.88%(capsid proteins)amino acid identity with covert mortality nodavirus(CMNV)that may cause losses in *** addition,both virome composition and phylogenetic analyses revealed global connectedness in certain brine shrimp viruses,particularly among Asia and Northern *** highlights the incredible species diversity of viruses in these ancient species and provides essential data for the prevalence of RNA viruses in the global aquaculture *** broadly,these findings provide novel insights into the previously unrecognized RNA virosphere in hypersaline ecosystems worldwide and demonstrate that human activity might have driven the global connectedness of brine shrimp viruses.

土地利用与城市轨道交通客流的非线性关系

城市轨道交通站点影响范围内土地利用对客流影响具有时空分异特征且存在类型差异,为针对性探讨不同站点两者的复杂非线性关系,提出一种基于土地利用空间分布规律、对站点实际影响范围进行差异化识别的方法;并通过分时段多尺度地理加权回归,获取能够表征土地利用对客流影响时空变化特征的站点聚类指标,采用K-means++算法将研究区域内的站点划分为4类;进而基于改进的梯度提升决策树模型分类定量探讨不同类别下土地利用与轨道交通客流的复杂非线性关系。研究表明:通过捕捉不同站点土地利用与客流的时空分异特征对站点进行分类识别,可有效提升两者非线性关系模型的解释度。根据模型输出结果,发现不同类别站点影响轨道交通客流的关键土地利用要素不同,第1类中关键变量为相对重要性分别为61.35%和30.08%的公交站点数量和慢行密度;第4类的情况类似但相对数值有所变化,公交站点数量的相对重要性由61.35%下降至30.31%;建筑密度在第2类中以66.57%的相对重要度占据最大比例;但在第3类中仅占5.59%。此外,不同类别站点影响范围内土地利用与轨道交通客流的关系存在较为显著且各异的阈值效应。研究表明,对于不同类别站点的用地开发应各有侧重,且应结合实际将土地利用设计指标控制在相应的合理范围内。研究为差异化的站点周边土地利用开发策略的制定提供了理论支持和量化指导。

Cyathulae Radix, a traditional Chinese medicine and a common vegetable, boasts a history spanning millennia. It enhances bone density, boosts metabolism, and effectively alleviates osteoporosis-induced pain. Despite its historical use, the molecular mechanisms behind Cyathulae Radix's impact on osteoporosis remain unexplored. In this study, we investigated the effects and mechanisms of Cyathulae Radix ethanol extract（CEE） in inhibiting osteoporosis and osteoclastogenesis. Eight-week-old female mice underwent ovariectomy and were treated with CEE for eight weeks. Micro-computed tomography（micro-CT） assessed histomorphometric parameters, bone tissue staining observed distal femur histomorphology, and three-point bending tests evaluated tibia mechanical properties. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） measured serum estradiol（E2）, receptor activator for nuclear factor B ligand（RANKL）, and osteoprotegerin（OPG） levels. Osteoclastogenesis-related markers were analyzed via Western blotting（WB） and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction（qRT-PCR）. Additionally, CEE effects on RANKL-induced osteoclast formation and bone resorption were investigated in vitro using tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase（TRAP） staining, qRT-PCR, and WB assay. Compared with the ovariectomy（OVX） group, CEE treatment enhanced trabecular bone density, maximal load-bearing capacity, and various histomorphometric parameters. Serum E2 and OPG levels significantly increased, while Receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB（RANK） decreased in the CEE group. CEE downregulated matrix metallopeptidase 9（MMP-9）, Cathepsin K（CTSK）, and TRAP gene and protein expression. In bone marrow macrophages（BMMs）, CEE reduced mature osteoclasts, bone resorption pit areas, and MMP-9, CTSK, and TRAP expression during osteoclast differentiation. High energy density lithium-oxygen battery(LOB) is currently regraded as a promising candidate for next-generation power ***,the dendrite and instability issues of Li metal anode lead to its poor cyclic stability and low energy *** this work,lithiophilic Al_(2) O_(3) seeds induced rigid carbon nanotube arrays(CNTA)/three-dimensional graphene(3 DG) is developed as a host material for Li anode,namely Al_(2) O_(3)-CNTA/3 *** is demonstrated that the lithiophilic feature of Al_(2) O_(3) seeds and the enhanced rigidity of arrays can synergistically induce the uniform Li flux,inhibit the collapse of arrays,and stabilize electrolyte/electrode *** a result,the Al_(2) O_(3)-CNTA/3 DG-Li anode delivers a high Coulombic efficiency above 97% after 140 cycles(8 mah cm^(-2) at 4 ma cm^(-2)).With this anode and the breathable CNTA/3 DG cathode,the full LOB exhibits a significantly increased life-span up to 160 cycles(500 mah g^(-1) at 100 ma g^(-1)),which is almost 3 times longer than that with pure Li foil as the *** work demonstrates a new approach to highly reversibly long-cycling performance of LOBs towards practical application.

目的探讨老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清嗜铬粒蛋白A(CgA)和热休克转录因子1(HSF1)的水平变化与心肌重构及心肌损伤的关系。方法选择2019年1月至2022年5月太原市中心医院收治的老年CHF患者165例(疾病组),其中纽约心脏病协会心功能分级Ⅰ级28例,Ⅱ级29例,Ⅲ级65例和Ⅳ级43例。收集同期本院健康志愿者80例(对照组)。检测2组入院血清CgA和HSF1水平,心肌重构和心肌损伤指标,用Pearson分析血清CgA和HSF1与心肌重构及心肌损伤的相关性。随访1年,失访6例,根据是否发生主要不良心血管事件(maCE)分为maCE组51例和非maCE组108例。用单因素和多因素logistic回归分析,使用ROC曲线分析血清CgA和HSF1对maCE的预测价值。结果疾病组血清CgA、左心室质量指数(LVMI)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPWT)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)和N末端B型钠尿肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平显著高于对照组,HSF1和左心室射血分数(LVEF)显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(PmaCE发生的影响因素(PmaCE的有力工具。

制备了5种酸性离子液体催化剂([DA-2PS][X]_(2)),利用红外光谱仪、核磁共振波谱仪、紫外光谱仪和热重分析仪对其化学结构、Brønsted酸性和热性能进行了表征与测试.用其代替传统金属催化剂催化2,5呋喃二甲酸(FDCA)与乙二醇(EG)直接酯化反应合成聚2,5-呋喃二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEF),讨论了Brønsted酸性强弱对催化性能的影响,其中Brønsted酸性最强的[DA-2PS][HSO_(4)]_(2)催化性能最好.通过正交实验获得了最佳工艺参数,即催化剂用量为FDCA摩尔数的0.10%,n(EG)∶n(FDCA)=2∶1,酯化温度为210℃,缩聚温度为240℃,缩聚时间为6h.在最佳工艺参数下,FDCA转化率为98.1%,PEF的特性黏度为0.63dL/g,数均分子量达到***的结构表征和热性能测试结果表明,所合成的物质为目标产物,且具有与传统金属催化剂合成的PEF相当的热性能.

慢性肾脏病(CKD)是常见的慢性疾病。视网膜和肾脏具有同源性。糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜神经血管损伤均揭示了视网膜和肾脏存在共同的病理生理特征。光学相干断层扫描血管成像技术(OCTA)可用接近组织学的分辨率检测脉络膜视网膜微循环。由于微血管结构和功能的改变可促进高血压、糖尿病、CKD及相关心血管疾病(CVD)的发展。OCTA对CKD患者眼底神经微血管的检查有助于识别高危人群,评估CKD病情的进展,为CVD风险预测提供了新的视角;其与深度学习的结合,将会进一步拓展该方面研究。
