Surface ozone(O_(3))is a major air pollutant and draw increasing attention in the Pearl River Delta(PRD),***,we characterize the spatial-temporal variability of ozone based on a dataset obtained from 57 national monitoring sites during *** results show that:(1)the seasonal difference of ozone distribution in the inland and coastal areas was significant,which was largely affected by the wind pattern reversals related to the East Asian monsoon,and local ozone production and destruction;(2)the daily maximum 8hr average(MDA8 O_(3))showed an overall upward trend by 1.11 ppbv/*** the trends in the nine cities varied differently by ranging from-0.12 to 2.51 ppbv/*** hot spots of ozone were spreading to southwestern areas from the central areas since *** ozone is becoming a year-round air pollution problem with the pollution season extending to winter and spring in PRD region.(3)at the central and southwestern PRD cities,the percentage of exceedance days from the continuous type(defined as≥3 days)was ***,the ozone concentration of continuous type was much higher than that of scattered exceedance type(<3 days).In addition,although the occurrence of continuous type starts to decline since2017,the total number of exceedance days during the continuous type is *** results indicate that it is more difficult to eliminate the continuous exceedance than the scatter pollution days and highlight the great challenge in mitigation of O_(3)pollution in these cities.

The mismatch in thermal expansion coefficients between the fiber-rich and resin-rich regions of a shape memory polymer composite(SMPC)laminate,along with the residual strain during SMPC fabrication,results in buckling deformation of the inhomogeneous *** paper presents a macroscopic model for buckling of an inhomogeneous SMPC laminate under initial biaxial *** linear and nonlinear buckling analyses are carried out using the energy *** influences of prestrain biaxiality,temperature,and ply angle on the buckling wavelength,critical buckling prestrain,and buckling amplitude are *** results demonstrate that the critical buckling wavelength of the SMPC laminate is independent of the prestrain,while the amplitude is almost independent of *** addition,the optimal fiber stacking configuration with the maximum critical buckling prestrains of inhomogeneous SMPC laminates is determined by a genetic algorithm.

台湾泥鳅腐皮病霍乱弧菌的分离与鉴定

为研究台湾泥鳅(Paramisgumus dabryanus ssp.)腐皮病的病原,对其腐皮等病变部位进行细菌分离纯化,获得1株优势菌株,命名为P1,利用革兰氏染色观察其形态特征,利用PCR扩增技术、16S rRNA基因测序,得到病原菌的序列,用MEGA软件构建系统进... 详细信息

为研究台湾泥鳅(Paramisgumus dabryanus ssp.)腐皮病的病原,对其腐皮等病变部位进行细菌分离纯化,获得1株优势菌株,命名为P1,利用革兰氏染色观察其形态特征,利用PCR扩增技术、16S rRNA基因测序,得到病原菌的序列,用MEGA软件构建系统进化树,再结合生理生化分析结果鉴定菌种名称。结果发现:革兰氏染色阴性,弧形,两端钝圆;菌体长1~1.5μm,宽度1~1.2μm,有菌丝和鞭毛,16S rRNA基因1 395 bp。建立系统进化树后发现,P1与霍乱弧菌处于同一分支;生理生化实验结果与霍乱弧菌一致,从而鉴定该菌株为霍乱弧菌(Vibrio cholerae)。药敏实验结果表明,该分离菌株对头孢哌酮、卡那霉菌、万古霉素等10种抗生素高度敏感;对四环素中度敏感;对呋喃唑酮、复方新诺明、克林霉素等17种抗生素耐药。实验结果为台湾泥鳅腐皮病的病原鉴定与药物防治提供参考。

Transition metal chalcogenides(TMCs)are recognized as pre-catalysts,and their(oxy)hydroxides derived from electrochemical reconstruction are the active species in the water ***,understanding the role of the residual chalcogen in the reconstructed layer is lacking in detail,and the corresponding catalytic mechanism remains ***,taking Cu_(1-x)Co_(x)S as a platform,we explore the regulating effect and existence form of the residual S doped into the reconstructive layer for oxygen evolution reaction(OER),where a dual-path OER mechanism is ***-principles calculations and operando~(18)O isotopic labeling experiments jointly reveal that the residual S in the reconstructive layer of Cu_(1-x)Co_(x)S can wisely balance the adsorbate evolution mechanism(AEM)and lattice oxygen oxidation mechanism(LOM)by activating lattice oxygen and optimizing the adsorption/desorption behaviors at metal active sites,rather than change the reaction mechanism from AEM to *** such a dual-path OER mechanism,Cu_(0.4)Co_(0.6)S-derived Cu_(0.4)Co_(0.6)OSH not only overcomes the restriction of linear scaling relationship in AEM,but also avoids the structural collapse caused by lattice oxygen migration in LOM,so as to greatly reduce the OER potential and improved stability.

When nano-fillers are used to enhance the thermal conductivity of organic phase change materials(PCMs),the naturally formed interface is considered to hinder thermal transport of the composite ***,the effect of the interface on the thermal properties of surrounding PCM has not been fully *** this paper,three composite PCMs(Ery@SiC,Ery@SiO_(2)and Ery@Si_(3)N_(4))were prepared by melt-blending *** local thermal conductivity and reduced Young’s modulus(E^(*))of the erythritol at the interface and far away from the interface in the composite PCMs were simultaneously measured by scanning thermal microscopy(SThM).The results revealed significant enhancement in local thermal conductivity of erythritol at the interface and its obvious positive correlation with E^(*).For different composite PCMs,molecular dynamics(MD)simulations suggested that the increase in intrinsic thermal conductivity and E^(*)of erythritol is attributed to the increase in interaction energy between erythritol and nanoparticles,as more erythritol phonon vibrations transform from localized mode to delocalized mode and erythritol has a higher density at the *** findings will provide new ideas for the design of PCM for energy storage.

Emotion classification in textual conversations focuses on classifying the emotion of each utterance from textual *** is becoming one of the most important tasks for natural language processing in recent ***,it is a challenging task for machines to conduct emotion classification in textual conversations because emotions rely heavily on textual *** address the challenge,we propose a method to classify emotion in textual conversations,by integrating the advantages of deep learning and broad learning,namely *** aims to provide a more effective solution to capture local contextual information(i.e.,utterance-level)in an utterance,as well as global contextual information(i.e.,speaker-level)in a conversation,based on Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory(Bi-LSTM),and broad *** experiments have been conducted on three public textual conversation datasets,which show that the context in both utterance-level and speaker-level is consistently beneficial to the performance of emotion *** addition,the results show that our proposed method outperforms the baseline methods on most of the testing datasets in weighted-average F1.
