Pedestrian well-being reflects emotional experience during walking.Analyzing which built environment factors influence pedestrian wellbeing not only helps to improve residents’physical and mental health but also encourages more walking.Based on the data obtained via a questionnaire survey in Harbin,China,a gradient boosting decision tree(GBDT)model is developed to analyze how the perception of the built environment influences pedestrian well-being and to explain the differences across types of neighborhoods(old,new,and mixed).The results show that pedestrian well-being is most influenced by the diversity of daily service facilities,followed by the number of commercial facilities along a street,the accessibility of daily service facilities,and green spaces.Moreover,pedestrian well-being is also influenced by the type of neighborhoods.In new neighborhoods,it is dominated by the accessibility of public transport stations,while in old and mixed neighborhoods,pedestrian well-being is primarily determined by the accessibility of green spaces and the number of green spaces,respectively.Depending on the characteristics of the built environment,different intervention measures are proposed to improve pedestrian well-being and promote walking.

Urban agglomeration plays a vital role in fostering high-quality and sustainable development in China,where urbanization rates signifi-cantly influence both urban and rural environments,generating different economic and socio-spatial impacts that,in turn,influence carbon emissions in cities.To delve into the influencing mechanisms of carbon emissions,this paper examines the spatio-temporal pattern of carbon emissions across 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration in China.It utilizes data on economic,social,and spatial factors from 2012 to 2019 and employs a spatial econometric regression model for analysis.The results indicate that carbon emissions of cities in the urban agglomeration exhibited strong spatial correlation from 2012 to 2019,characterized by relatively stable cold and hot spots,along with continuous outward spread of high-value zones.Economic and social factors demonstrate a significant positive spatial correlation with carbon emissions of a city,with weak spatial spillover effects.Spatial factors exhibit correlations with carbon emissions in both the city and neighboring cities,with strong spatial spillover effects.Moreover,the spatial layout and functional division of cities in the urban agglomeration also significantly impact the spatio-temporal pattern of carbon emissions.

2022年末中央经济工作会议将防范化解地方政府债务风险与加强对融资平台公司的综合治理提升到了极为重要的高度。厘清政府隐性担保预期对城投债的影响,有利于在防范金融风险和防范地方债务风险之间取得平衡,促进金融与经济的高质量发展。基于外生政策冲击的视角,文章探究了政府隐性担保预期的下降对城投债流动性的影响。研究发现,在2014年打破刚兑政策出台后,政府隐性担保预期的下降导致城投债流动性显著恶化,而违约风险是政府隐性担保影响城投债流动性的重要渠道。研究还显示,打破刚兑政策带来的城投债流动性下降,显著提升了城投公司的债务融资成本以及城投债的二级市场信用利差。研究结论对于防控金融市场风险、逐步推进削弱政府隐性担保相关政策以稳定市场预期具有一定的参考价值。

为促进花生蛋白的深加工和更广泛的应用,采用高静压联合碱性蛋白酶酶法改性花生蛋白。通过单因素试验考察了静压力、pH、酶添加量、酶解时间和酶解温度对花生蛋白溶解度的影响,在此基础上,采用正交试验优化花生蛋白联合改性工艺条件,并测定了联合改性花生蛋白的起泡性和泡沫稳定性、巯基和二硫键含量以及总还原能力。结果表明:花生蛋白联合改性最佳工艺条件为静压力300MPa、1g/100mL碱性蛋白酶(20万U/g)添加量3.0mL(100mL质量分数5%的花生蛋白溶液)、酶解时间60min、pH10、酶解温度50℃,在此条件下联合改性花生蛋白溶解度为(82.87±0.51)%;联合改性花生蛋白的起泡性、泡沫稳定性、巯基含量、总还原能力显著提高,二硫键含量显著下降。综上,高静压联合酶法改性改善了花生蛋白的理化性质及功能特性,有利于其深加工及更广泛的应用。

针对现代农业园区风-光-垃圾-沼-储联合调度的碳排放问题,构建了基于多场景置信间隙决策理论的现代农业综合能源系统低碳调度优化模型。首先,使用改进的Shapley值法,对碳排放额度进行分摊,得到考虑风险因素的各主体阶梯碳交易价格模型。其次,在各主体阶梯碳交易价格模型基础上,考虑到源荷不确定性,基于多场景置信间隙决策理论构建了现代农业园区运行成本最小和二氧化碳排放量最低的多目标优化调度模型。最后,以我国东北地区某一农业园区数据为例,对所建模型进行验证。算例结果表明,改进的Shapley值使阶梯碳交易价格更贴合实际,同时,园区运行成本降低37.25%,碳排放量减少59.84%,最终实现了多能协调优化,提高了园区低碳环保性以及抵抗风险的能力。

Community Planning Based on Socio-Spatial Production:Explorations in “New Qinghe Experiment”

Rapid urbanization and the booming of diversified community development requirements have challenged the development of community planning in China from theory to practice. Community planning, especially with localized and practice-oriented characteristics, is now facing many limitations. These include aspects such as traditional urban planning techniques that mainly focus on space, a restricted research perspective, as well as basic planning theories that are mostly imported from the West. Using the perspective of socio-spatial dialectic for reference, this paper summarizes the evolution process of Chinese modern residential space planning and design from residential district planning under the planned economy system, to housing estate planning in the real estate development, and to community planning in the new era, presenting an important characteristic of transitioning from "producing space" to "production of space," with "society" gradually replacing "space" and returning to the goal of production. Based on the analysis on the main limitations and problems in the former work of community planning in China, the paper takes the practical exploration on community planning in the "New Qinghe Experiment" in Haidian District, Beijing for an example. Aimed at the prominent problem of an extreme imbalance between "urbanization of space" and "urbanization of population" in the current Qinghe area, the key objective, means, and technical path of new-type community planning are proposed, within which three significant transition features are demonstrated, including going from "need-oriented" to "capital-oriented," from "interest intervention" to "relationship intervention," and from "community construction" to "community building."

社区作为城市社会空间的基本单元,是推进规划建设治理精细化的重要载体和行动单元。近年来大量社区尺度更新和规划实践有效提升了基层人居环境品质,但也暴露出城市宏观战略与基层微观行动之间缺乏有效对接、传统规划技术路径难以应对精细化治理要求等突出问题,为社区规划体系建设和规划研究方法带来挑战。提出应构建“市区—街镇—社村”多层级社区规划体系,并聚焦城市层级社区规划,明确其定位、总体思路和工作框架,进而以四川省成都市温江区社区发展规划项目为例,提出社会—空间视角下全要素综合、多主体联动、全过程参与的工作框架和技术路径。
