Improving the complete ethanol electrooxidation on Pd-based catalysts in alkaline media has drawn widely attention due to the high mass energy ***,the weak adsorption energy of Ch_(3)CO^(*) on Pd restricts the C–C bond *** by the molecular orbital theory,we proposed the d-state-editing strategy to construct more unoccupied d-states of Pd for the enhanced interaction with Ch_(3)CO^(*) to break C–C *** expected,the reduced number of e_g electrons and more unoccupied d-states of Pd successfully formed on as-prepared porous Rh Au–Pd Cu nanosheets(PNSs).Theoretical calculations show that the optimized d-states of Rh Au–Pd Cu PNS can effectively improve the adsorption of Ch_(3)CO^(*) and drastically reduce the energy barrier of C–C bond cleavage,thus boosting the complete oxidation of *** charge ratio of C_1 pathway on Rh Au–Pd Cu PNSs is 51.5%,more than 2 times higher than that of Pd *** finding provides an innovative perspective for the design of highly-efficient noble-based electrocatalysts.

Broadband photodetectors with self-driven functions have attracted intensive scientific interest due to their low energy consumption and high optical ***,high-performance broadband self-driven photodetectors are still a significant challenge due to the complex fabrication processes,environmental toxicity,high production costs of traditional 3d semiconductor materials and sharply raised contact resistance,severe interfacial recombination of 2d materials and 2d/3d mixed dimension ***,1d p-Te/2d n-Bi_(2)Te_(3) heterojunctions are constructed by the simple and low-cost h.d.othermal meth.d.1d p-Te/2d n-Bi_(2)Te_(3) devices are applied in photoelectrochemical(PEC)photodetectors,with their high performance attributed to the good interfacial contacts reducing interface *** device demonstrated a broad wavelength range(365–850 nm)with an Iph/Idark as high as *** R_(i),d^(*),and external quantum efficiency(EQE)values of the device were as high as 12.07 mA/W,5.87×10^(10) Jones,and 41.05%,respectively,which were significantly better than the performance of the prepared Bi_(2)Te_(3) and Te devices.A comparison of the freshly fabricated device and the device after 30 days showed that 1d p-Te/2d n-Bi_(2)Te_(3) h.d.excellent stability with only 18.08%decay of *** is anticipated that this work will provide new emerging material for future design and preparation of a high-performance self-driven broadband photodetector.

Photoreduction of CO_(2) to solar fuels has caused great interest,but suffers from low catalytic efficiency and poor ***,we designed a S-scheme heterojunction(Cu-TiO_(2)/WO_(3))with Cu single atom to significantly boost the photoreduction of CO_(2).Notably,the developed Cu-TiO_(2)/WO_(3) achieved the solardriven conversion of CO_(2) to Ch_(4) with an evolution rate of 98.69μmol g^(−1) h^(−1),and the electron selectivity of Ch_(4) reach.d.88.5%.The yield was much higher than those of pristine WO_(3),TiO_(2)/WO_(3) and Cu-TiO_(2) *** and theoretical analysis suggested that the S-scheme heterojunction accelerated charge migration and inhibited the recombination of electron-hole ***,the charge separation effect of the heterojunction meliorated the position of the *** uplifted d-band centers of Cu and Ti on Cu-TiO_(2)/WO_(3) not only improved the electron interaction between Cu single atoms and substrate-TiO_(2),accelerated the adsorption and activation of CO_(2) on the active sites of Cu single atom,but also optimized the Gibbs free energies of Ch 4 formation pathway,leading to excellent selectivity toward Ch_(4).This work provides new insights into the design of photocatalyst systems with high photocatalytic performance.

herein,a novel MoS_(2)-stainless steel composite material was first synthetized via a 3d printing meth.d.3dP MoS_(2)-SS)for peroxymonosulfate(PMS)activation and organics *** with MoS_(2)-SS powder/PMS system(0.37 g/(m^(2)/min)),4.3-fold higher k_(FLO)/S_(BET)value was obtained in 3dP MoS_(2)-SS/PMS system(1.60 g/(m^(2)/min),resulting from the superior utilization of active *** observed that 3dP MoS_(2)-SS significantly outperformed the 3dP SS due to the enhanced electron transfer rate and increased active ***,Mo^(4+)facilitated the Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)cycle,resulting in the rapid degradation of florfenicol(FLO).Quenching experiments and electron paramagnetic resonance spectra indicated that·Oh,SO_(4)·^(-),O_(2)·^(-)and^(1)O_(2)were involved in the degradation of *** effect of influencing factors on the degradation of FLO were evaluated,and the optimized degradation efficiency of 98.69%was achieved at 1 mM PMS and ph of *** degradation products were detected by UPLC/MS analyses and several possible degradation pathways were proposed to be the cleavage of C-N bonds,dechlorination,h.d.olysis,defluorination and *** addition,3dP MoS_(2)-SS/PMS system also demonstrated superior degradation performance for 2-chlorophenol,acetaminophen,ibuprofen and *** study provided deep insights into the MoS_(2)-SS catalyst prepared by 3dP technology for PMS activation and FLO-polluted water treatment.

In this study,samples were taken from three locations,upstream to downstream,along the central route project of the China South to North Water diversion(SNWd)scheme in summer and *** were used to reveal the variations of dissolved organic matter(dOM)during the water transfer process,and the effects of these variations on drinking water treatment and disinfection by-products formation potential(dBPs-FP).The results showed that polysaccharides accumulate in summer and reduce in winter with flow distance,which has an important effect on the overall properties of dOM,as well as on the performance of coagulation,ultrafiltration,and the formation of *** substances,and their h.d.ophilic content,also increased in summer and decreased in winter with flow *** contrast,the concentration of small organic substances(MW≤1000 da)increased in both summer and winter with flow distance,which affected both nanofiltration(NF)membrane fouling and *** results provide a useful case study of spatial and temporal changes in raw water dOM during long distance water transfer and their impact on the treatment and quality of drinking water from the SNWd.

dear Editor,This letter is concerned with prescribed-time Nash equilibrium(PTNE)seeking problem in a pursuit-evasion game(PEG)involving agents with second-order *** order to achieve the prior-given and user-defined convergence time for the PEG,a PTNE seeking algorithm has been developed to facilitate collaboration among multiple pursuers for capturing the evader without the need for any global ***,it is theoretically proved that the prescribedtime convergence of the designed algorithm for achieving Nash equilibrium of ***,the effectiveness of the PTNE meth.d.was validated by numerical simulation results.A PEG consists of two groups of agents:evaders and *** pursuers aim to capture the evaders through cooperative efforts,while the evaders strive to evade *** is a classic noncooperative *** has attracted plenty of attention due to its wide application scenarios,such as smart grids[1],formation control[2],[3],and spacecraft rendezvous[4].It is noteworthy that most previous research on seeking the Nash equilibrium of the game,where no agent has an incentive to change its actions,has focused on asymptotic and exponential convergence[5]-[7].

For several decades,the promise of implementing of lithium(Li)metal anodes has been regarded as the"holy grail"for Li-based ***,we have proposed a facile design of a carbon fiber cloth(CFC)framework coated with SnO_(2)nanoparticles through a h.d.othermal process,which served as a reliable host for prestoring molten Li to produce a CFC@SnO_(2)@Li composite ***,TEM,hRTEM,XPS and different electrochemical characterizations were carried *** to the synergetic effects of the 3d conductive CFC and the coated lithiophilic SnO_(2)nanoparticles,the designed CFC@SnO_(2)@Li electrodes can buffer the volume changes and reduce the local current density,thus suppress the Li dendrites during ***,the CFC@SnO_(2)electrodes showed a high and stable CE of 98.6%for 1000 cycles at a current density of 1 mA cm^(-2)(1 mAh cm^(-2)).What is more,at a high current density of 5 mA cm^(-2)and a high areal capacity of 5 mAh cm^(-2),the symmetric cell displayed relatively low overpotential and long cycling lifetime of 1600 *** results confirm its great potential as lithium metal anodes in practical battery applications.
