Let ΡΥ（X） be the semigroup of all partial transformations on X, Υ（X） and Ι（X） be the subsemigroups of ΡΥ（X） of all full transformations on X and of all injective partial transformations on X, respectively. Given a non-empty subset Y of X, let ΡΥ（X, Y） = {α∈ ΡΥ（X）： Xα Y}, Υ（X, Y） = ΡΥ（X, Y） ∩Υ（X） and Ι（X, Y） = ΡΥ（X, Y） ∩ Ι（X）. In 2008, Sanwong and Sommanee described the largest regular subsemigroup and determined Green＇s relations of Υ（X,Y）. In this paper, we present analogous results for bothΡ Υ（X, Y） and Ι（X, Y）. For a finite set X with ｜x｜≥ 3, the ranks of ΡΥ（X） = ΡΥ（X, X）, Υ（X） = Υ（X, X） and.Ι（X） = Ι（X, X） are well known to be 4, 3 and 3, respectively. In this paper, we also compute the ranks of ΡΥ（X,Y）, Υ（X, Y） and Ι（X, Y） for any proper non-empty subset Y of X.

The oil viscosity specification for wind turbine gear oils is ISO VG 320,although there are quite different viscosity indexes oils for that viscosity *** work evaluates the behaviour of different base oil formulations,since polyalphaolefin(PAO),mineral,ester and polyalkeleneglycol(PAG)that withstand quite different viscosity *** oils evaluation was done in rolling bearing tests and gear *** behaviour was compared for operating conditions in the range observable in a wind turbine *** experimental results showed considerable differences between the different oils and it was observed that depending on the contact type the relative behaviour of the lubricants would change,i.e.,the best lubricant for the rolling bearing would not imply the best result on the gear *** gear geometry is also very important toward the transmission efficiency,once using a low loss gear concept a decrease of up to 25%in torque loss could be *** models were implemented with the purpose of performing a better simulation of the mechanical system and also to obtain the friction coefficient promoted by the tested oils.

The description and understanding of plant communities is fundamental for the implementation of conservation or restoration programs, especially when these communities are highly threatened and need to be *** rupestres, some Neotropical mountain grasslands located in central Brazil and part of the Cerrado biome(covering 2 million km2) host unique plant communities, currently threatened by quarrying and *** grassy matrix of campos rupestres, has long been considered a rich mosaic under the control of local topography and the nature of substrate, but this affirmation has not been well *** analyzed whether plant communities varied in relation to edaphic factors within the stony substrate and the sandy substrate of this grassy *** selected 5 sites where occur both grasslands on stony substrate and on sandy substrate, and we carried out vegetation surveys and soil *** counted 222 plant species within our communities, among which38.6% are exclusively found on campos *** results show that both soil-types are strongly acidic, nutrient poor and exhibit a seasonal *** increases and p h and organic carbon decrease during the dry *** soils areslightly richer in nutrients than sandy soils and differences in soil granulometry and composition have led to the formation of distinct plant *** species are confined to either one or the other grassland-type, which makes the plant composition of each community *** in edaphic factors generate heterogeneous grasslands favorable to a high plant *** programs and restoration actions have to maintain or recreate this *** presence of distinct plant communities implies that different strategies might be adopted to improve the restoration of these ecosystems.

Pharmaceutical co-crystals have been explored by many researchers as a strategy to optimize physicochemical properties of solid-state *** improvements of solubility,bioavailability,and the reduced tendency for phase transformation occurrence,are factors that highlight benefits of pharmaceutical co-crystals among other solid *** to the Biopharmaceutical Classification System(BCS),non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)are class Ⅱ drugs,which have low aqueous solubility and therefore co-crystallization has the potential to optimize NSAID product *** this review,we highlight the recent progress made on NSAIDs co-crystals,their co-formers,synthesis,methods and use,while we underline some promising results on in vitro and in vivo co-crystal properties.A celecoxib-tramadol co-crystal reaches phase Ⅲ clinical trials,showing greater analgesic activity than both individual *** aqueous solubility of the co-crystal formed between l-proline and diclofenac is very high in comparison with the pure *** co-crystals with urea and thiourea have an increase of drug release of almost 60%.Co-crystal design brings a new perspective in drug development since the co-former used can also be a biologically active component allowing to combine different anti-inflammatory drugs,which have an incredible spectrum of application due to the analgesic,anti-pyretic and anti-inflammatory properties.

Ruthenium promotion of Co/SBA-15 catalysts for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis in slurry-phase reactors

The aim of this work was to evaluate the catalytic properties of a Ru promoted Co/SBA-15 catalyst for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis （FTS）. The Ru promoted Co/SBA-15 catalyst was prepared by wet impregnation method and was characterized by X-ray diffraction, X-ray energy dispersion spectrophotometer, N2 adsorption-desorption, temperature-programmed reduction and transmission electron microscopy. The Fischer-Tropsch synthesis using the catalyst was carried out to evaluate the catalyst activity and its effect on FTS product distribution. The synthesis was carried out in a slurry reactor operating at 513 K, 20 atm, CO ： h2 molar ratio of 1 ： 1. X-ray diffraction showed that the calcined cobalt catalyst did not modify the structure of SBA-15, proving that Co was present in the form of Co3O4 in the catalyst. The addition of cobalt in SBA-15 decreased the specific superficial area of the molecular sieve. Fischer-Tropsch synthesis activity and C5＋ hydrocarbon selectivity increased with the addition of Ru. The increases in activity and selectivity were attributed to the increased number of active sites resulting from higher reducibility and the synergetic effect of Ru and Co. Ru/Co/SBA-15 catalysts showed moderate conversion （40%） and high selectivity towards the production of C5＋（80 wt%）.

This work evaluates the enzymatic hydrolysis of starch from cassava using pectinase,α-amylase,and amyloglucosidase.A central composite rotational design(CCRD)was carried out to evaluate the effects of amyloglucosidase,pectinase,reaction time,and solid to liquid *** the experiments were carried out in a bioreactor with working volume of 2 *** 98%efficiency hydrolysis was obtained,resulting in a concentration of total reducing sugar released of 160 g/*** was concluded that pectinase improved the hydrolysis of starch from *** time was found to be significant until 7 h of reaction.A solid to liquid ratio of 1.0 was considered suitable for hydrolysis of starch from *** was a significant variable in the process:after its addition to the reaction media,a 30%-50%increase in the amount of total reducing sugar released was *** optimal conditions the maximum productivity obtained was 22.9 g/(L.h).

Aljustrel mines were classified as having high environmental hazard due to their large tailings volume and high metal concentrations in waters and *** assess acid mine drainage impacted systems whose environmental conditions change quickly,the use of biological indicators with short generation time such as diatoms is *** study combined geochemical and diatom data,whose results were highlighted in 3 groups：Group 1,with low p h（1.9–5.1）and high metal/metalloid（Al,As,Cd,Co,Cu,Fe,Mn,Ni,Pb,Zn;0.65–1032 mg/L）and SO4（405–39124 mg/L）*** acidophilic species,Pinnularia aljustrelica,was perfectly adapted to the adverse conditions;in contrast,teratological forms of Eunotia exigua were found,showing that metal toxicity affected this *** low availability of metals/metalloids in sediments of this group indicates that metals/metalloids of the exchangeable fractions had been solubilized,which in fact enables metal/metalloid diatom uptake and consequently the occurrence of teratologies;Group 2,with sites of near neutral p h（5.0–6.8）and intermediate metal/metalloid（0.002–6 mg/L）and SO4（302–2179 mg/L）concentrations;this enabled the existence of typical species of uncontaminated streams（Brachysira neglectissima,Achnanthidium minutissimum）;Group 3,with samples from unimpacted sites,showing low metal/metalloid（0–0.8 mg/L）and SO4（10–315 mg/L）concentrations,high ph（7.0–8.4）and Cl contents（10–2119 mg/L）and the presence of brackish to marine species（Entomoneis paludosa）.For similar conditions of acidity,differences in diversity,abundance and teratologies of diatoms can be explained by the levels of metals/metalloids.

The cytotoalcity of isophenphos, an organophosphorus insecticide that has the potential to cause delayed polyneuropathy, was evaluated in GBK and V79 ce1ls. A 72 h time course following isophenphos exposure indicated a dose-dependent growth inhibition as dctermined by cell counts. The administration of isophenphos (20g/ml) to GBK cells cultured at high densities indicated a decrease in the activities of LDh isocnzymes. Analysis of V79 cells revealed a decrease of LDh3, the only LDh isocnzyme detected in these cells.
