目的护理专业认证验证了护士在疾病管理、教育或领导能力方面掌握的专业知识高于入门级教育和许可.护理专业认证与患者护理质量直接相关.然而,护士的专业认证率仍然较低.本研究旨在了解护士对能够促进或阻碍专业认证的看法,以促进护士获得专业认证的愿望和能力.方法 2022年5-9月,基于1项在美国进行的大型调查研究的嵌套样本进行质性研究.在同意接受访谈的护士中,使用目的抽样方法来实现样本的多样性,例如护士的工作年限、种族和认证状态.信息达到饱和用于确定样本量.通过虚拟面对面深入访谈收集资料.编码过程基于Colaizzi的资料分析方法进行.结果 20名护士参与了此项研究.共呈现5个主题,与促进护士专业认证的组织文化和策略相关,包括:共享资源,培养主人翁文化和归属感,指导和榜样,认可护士的努力和成就,以及培养意义感和追求目标及提供支持.结论组织文化和领导力在促进持续学习环境方面发挥着重要作用.发展促进护士专业认证的组织文化非常必要.这项研究明确了组织文化是支持护士获取认证的重要领域.需要进行更多研究来评估可能影响护理专业初始和持续认证水平的干预措施,尤其是在新型冠状病毒疫情之后.

Effect of partition coefficient on microsegregation during solidification of aluminium alloys

In the modeling of microsegregation, the partition coefficient is usually calculated using data from the equilibrium phase diagrams. The aim of this study was to experimentally and theoretically analyze the partition coefficient in binary aluminum--copper alloys. The sam- ples were analyzed by differential thermal analysis （DTA）, which were melted and quenched from different temperatures during solidifica- tion. The mass fraction and composition of phases were measured by image processing and scanning electron microscopy （SEm） equipped with an energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy （EDS） unit. These data were used to calculate as the experimental partition coefficients with four different methods. The experimental and equilibrium partition coefficients were used to model the concentration profile in the primary phase. The modeling results show that the profiles calculated by the experimental partition coefficients are more consistent with the experi- mental profiles, compared to those calculated using the equilibrium partition coefficients.

The repair welding of UNS C95700manganese?aluminum bronze plates was done using different filler *** and mechanical properties of welds were *** main microstructural constituents wereα,βandκphases withdifferent *** addition of manganese decreased the percentage ofαphase in the microstructure of weldments from80%(mn-free weld)to57%(12.5%mn weld,mass fraction).The morphology ofκphase was lamellar in high nickel specimens andit was changed to a globular morphology for high manganese *** the application of high manganese filler metal yieldedthe higher tensile and bending strengths of weldment compared with the weld using high nickel filler material,the optimummechanical properties of repair welds were obtained using a non-alloy filler material(ERCuAl-A2)for the underlay and highmanganese filler metal(ERCumnNiAl)for filling *** weld presented an increase of39%in tensile strength compared withthe base metal,and no cracking was observed after bending test.

This paper deals with the application of Acousto-ultrasonics,in con- junction with Pattern Recognition and Classification techniques,to the identification of residual impact properties of a class of polymeric material,namely,Polyvinylchlo- ride(PVC).PVC specimens of different low-energy repeated impact damage states are processed by Acousto-ultrasonics(AU)to retrieve AU signals in the form of dig- italized *** AU signals are grouped as distinct classes,each pertaining to a known level of repeated impact *** features of these AU signals are used to build Pattern Recognition(PR)*** classifiers are used to identify unknown damage states in other PVC specimens by classifying the re- trieved AU signals as belonging to one of the *** obtained results indicate that Acousto-ultrasonics in combination with Pattern Recognition and Classification techniques can be used for the quantitative non-destructive identification of damage states in PVC specimens of unknown low-energy repeated impact conditions.

Advanced oxidation technologies are a friendly environmental approach for the remediation of industrial wastewaters. Here, one pot synthesis of mesoporous WO3 and WO3-graphene oxide（GO） nanocomposites has been performed through the sol–gel method. Then, platinum（Pt） nanoparticles were deposited onto the WO3 and WO3-GO nanocomposite through photochemical reduction to produce mesoporous Pt/WO3 and Pt/WO3-GO nanocomposites. X-ray diffraction（XRD） findings exhibit a formation of monoclinic and triclinic WO3 phases. Transmission Electron microscope（TEm） images of Pt/WO3-GO nanocomposites exhibited that WO3 nanoparticles are obviously agglomerated and the particle sizes of Pt and WO3 are ~ 10 nm and 20–50 nm, respectively. The mesoporous Pt/WO3 and Pt/WO3-GO nanocomposites were assessed for photocatalytic degradation of methylene Blue（mB） as a probe molecule under visible light *** findings showed that mesoporous Pt/WO3, WO3-GO and Pt/WO3-GO nanocomposites exhibited much higher photocatalytic efficiencies than the pure WO3. The photodegradation rates by mesoporous Pt/WO3-GO nanocomposites are 3, 2 and 1.15 times greater than those by mesoporous WO3, WO3-GO, and Pt/WO3, respectively. The key factors of the enhanced photocatalytic performance of Pt/WO3-GO nanocomposites could be explained by the highly freedom electron transfer through the synergetic effect between WO3 and GO sheets, in addition to the Pt nanoparticles that act as active sites for O2 reduction, which suppresses the electron hole pair recombination in the Pt/WO3-GO nanocomposites.

Hot compression behavior of Al6061/Al2O3nanocomposite was investigated in the temperature range of350-500°C andthe strain rate range of0.0005-0.5s-1,in order to determine the optimum conditions for the hot workability of *** energy of285kJ/mol for the hot compression test is obtained by using hyperbolic sine *** means of dynamicmaterial model(Dmm)and the corresponding processing map,safe zone for the hot workability of AA6061/Al2O3is recognized attemperature of450°C and strain rate of0.0005s-1and at temperature of500°C and the strain rate range of0.0005-0.5s-1,with themaximum power dissipation efficiency of38%.Elongated and kinked grains are observed at400°C and strain rate of0.5s-1due tothe severe deformation.

A Dvali–Gabadadze–Porrati(DGP)brane-world model with perfect fluid brane matter including a Brans-Dicke(BD)scalar field on brane was utilized to investigate the problem of the quark-hadron phase(QHP)transition in early evolution of the *** presence of the BD scalar field arises with several modified terms in the Friedmann *** the behavior of the phase transition strongly depends on the basic evolution equations,even a small change in these relations might lead to interesting results about the time of *** phase transition is investigated in two scenarios,namely the first-order phase transition and smooth crossover phase *** the first-order scenario,which is used for the intermediate temperature regime,the evolution of the physical quantities,such as temperature and scale factor,are investigated before,during,and after the phase *** results show that the transition occurs in about a *** the following part,the phenomenon is studied by assuming a smooth crossover transition,where the lattice QCD data is utilized to obtain a realistic equation for the state of the *** investigation for this part is performed in the high and low-temperature *** the trace anomaly in the high-temperature regime specifies a simple equation of state,which states that the quark-gluon behaves like ***,in the low-temperature regime,the trace anomaly is affected by discretization effects,and the hadron resonance gas model is utilized *** this model,a more realistic equation of state is found in the low-temperature *** crossover phase transition in both regimes is *** results determine that the transition lasts around a few ***,the transition in the low-temperature regime occurs after the transition in the high-temperature regime.

Background:many disease-specific factors such as muscular weakness,increased muscle stiffness,varying postural strategies,and changes in postural reflexes have been shown to lead to postural instability and fall risk in people with Parkinson's disease(PD).Recently,analytical techniques,inspired by the dynamical systems perspective on movement control and coordination,have been used to examine the mechanisms underlying the dynamics of postural declines and the emergence of postural instabilities in people with ***:A wavelet-based technique was used to identify limit cycle oscillations(LCOs) in the anterior–posterior(AP) postural sway of people with mild PD(n = 10) compared to age-matched controls(n = 10).Participants stood on a foam and on a rigid surface while completing a dual task(speaking).Results:There was no significant difference in the root mean square of center of pressure between *** out of 10 participants with PD demonstrated LCOs on the foam surface,while none in the control group demonstrated *** inverted pendulum model of bipedal stance was used to demonstrate that LCOs occur due to disease-specific changes associated with PD:time-delay and neuromuscular feedback ***:Overall,the LCO analysis and mathematical model appear to capture the subtle postural instabilities associated with mild *** addition,these findings provide insights into the mechanisms that lead to the emergence of unstable posture in patients with PD.
