为探索新城疫病毒(NDV)F基因及其蛋白诱导细胞免疫的能力,本研究对基因Ⅶ型NDV CK/CH/LHLJ/1/06株F基因进行了密码子优化和修饰,将其克隆至真核表达载体,获得了重组质粒pCAF。将质粒pCAF转染至悬浮培养的细胞中,上清中表达的蛋白经纯化获得了重组蛋白proF。以构建的质粒pCAF及其重组蛋白proF作为DNA和亚单位疫苗,采用pCAF单独免疫、proF单独免疫、pCAF和proF联合免疫的方式分别免疫SPF鸡,免疫后分离外周血淋巴细胞,通过淋巴细胞增殖试验和细胞因子检测试验评估pCAF和proF诱导的细胞免疫反应。结果显示,proF可刺激分离自pCAF单独免疫组或proF单独免疫组的外周血淋巴细胞增殖和细胞因子IL-4和IFN-γ的分泌,并且proF刺激后,pCAF和proF联合免疫组的外周血淋巴细胞的增殖水平、细胞因子IL-4和IFN-γ的分泌水平显著高于pCAF单独免疫组或proF单独免疫组。上述结果表明,pCAF和proF均可诱导细胞免疫应答,且与pCAF或proF单独免疫相比,pCAF和proF联合免疫组诱导的免疫效果更好。本研究结果为研制新型NDV疫苗提供了思路和理论基础。

Two significant biological and geological events happened during the Ordovician,i.e.,the great Ordovician biodiversification event(GOBE;Webby et al.,2004)and the end-Ordovician mass extinction(Sheehan,2001).The two events were remarkably well recorded in South China and manifested by the diversity history of major marine fossil groups(e.g.,chen et al.,2004;Rong and Zhan,2004;Rong et al.,2007).

Two novel Sn(Ⅱ) supramolecular isomeric frameworks,with the identical formula of {(NH2Me2)2[Sn(BDC)(SO4)]}n,Sn-CP-1-α(1) and Sn-CP-1-β(2)(H2BDC=terephthalic acid) were synthesized under solvothermal condition and fully characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction(SCXRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UVVis),elemental analyses,and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).Interestingly,the structures of 1 and 2 are governed by the temperature of the reaction,suggesting a temperature-induced supramolecular *** supramolecular isomers are primarily caused by the different bridging alignments of SO42–.Compounds 1 and 2 display 2 D layer and 3 D framework with different topologies,non-interpenetrated 44-sql and two-fold interpenetrated 4-connected dia topology,*** to Lewis acid properties of coordinatively unsaturated Sn(Ⅱ) sites in CPs,they have been utilized as heterogeneous catalyst for the cyanosilylation of aldehydes with an excellent conversion yield over 99% under solvent-free conditions.

Rechargeable Li-O2 batteries (LOBs) have been receiving intensive attention because of their ultra-high theoretical energy densityclose to the gasoline. Herein, Ag modified urchin-like α-MnO2 (Ag-MnO2) material with hierarchical porous structure is obtained bya facile one-step hydrothermal method. Ag-MnO2 possesses thick nanowires and presents hierarchical porous structure of mesoporesand macropores. The unique structure can expose more active sites, and provide continuous pathways for O2 and discharge productsas well. The doping of Ag leads to the change of electronic distribution in α-MnO2 (i.e., more oxygen vacancies), which playimportant roles in improving their intrinsic catalytic activity and conductivity. As a result, LOBs with Ag-MnO2 catalysts exhibit loweroverpotential, higher discharge specific capacity and much better cycle stability compared to pure a-MnO2. LOBs with Ag-MnO2catalysts exhibit a superior discharge specific capacity of 13,131 mA·h·g^-1 at a current density of 200 mA·h·g^-1, a good cycle stabilityof 500 cycles at the capacity of 500 mA·h·g^-1. When current density is increased to 400 mA·h·g^-1, LOBs still retain a long lifespan of170 cycles at a limited capacity of 1,000 mA·h·g^-1.

In this work, a facile strategy is proposed to construct stretchable electronics based on agarose hydrogels. The hot agarose solution is casted onto a template with patterned Ag nanowires, endowing agarose hydrogel with patterned conductive surface. After further heating treatment, Ag nanowires can be embedded into the agarose hydrogel, which improves the stability of Ag pattern and has no obvious e ffect on the conductivity of hydrogels. The agarose hydrogel with patterned Ag nanowires is certi fied to be an e ffective stretchable electrode to record the motion of joints, which has great potential applications in the field of wearable devices.

Vegetative Barriers （VB） have the potential to mitigate air pollutants emitted from area sources, including concentrated Animal Feeding Operations （AFOs）. However, the mechanism has not been fully investigated, thereby limiting the application of vegetation systems in practice. An experimental method with repeatable and controllable conditions was developed to measure the change of Particulate Matter （PM） concentrations at upwind and downwind of VB in the wind tunnel and observe accumulated PM on leaves with Scanning Electron Microscope （SEM）, thus evaluating the ability of VB in mitigating PM emitted from AFOs. Branch-scale vegetation, clove （syzygium aromaticum） was selected because its leaves are one of the major factors affecting PM dispersion. The results show that the branch-scale barriers, as porous medium have the ability to interfere with airflow and reduce PM, which could be influenced by wind speed, particle size fraction and surface area density of clove. Moreover, clove elements could adjust to the wind and the micro structure of clove （such as the hierarchical structures of leaves） affected on the PM deposition. These results indicate that the methods developed in this study may be used to evaluate the potential of vegetation in mitigating PM from stationary sources, and some characteristics of vegetation can be further studied as bionic prototype for exploring engineering application of reducing particulates.

增强乡村韧性对于脱贫地区逐步推进乡村振兴战略实施和实现乡村可持续发展具有重要作用和意义。该文使用耦合协调度和障碍度模型,分析2000-2021年六盘山脱贫地区乡村韧性及其耦合协调时空演变特征,识别主要障碍因子,并提出一种基于障碍度模型更加精细化的乡村类型分区方法,填补了当前乡村韧性中关于障碍因素空间异质性分析的不足。主要结论:①乡村综合韧性及各子系统韧性水平在2000-2021年均呈上升趋势,空间分布中间高、四周低的特征逐渐凸显。②乡村韧性耦合度保持较高水平,协调度则由中度失调衰退向勉强协调发展稳步转变。③影响乡村韧性水平提升的主要障碍因子有城乡居民储蓄存款余额、乡村居民人均可支配收入、第一产业增加值等;生产和生态子系统的障碍度不断减弱,生活子系统的障碍度逐渐增强。④乡村韧性障碍类型分区主要有生产障碍型、生活障碍型、生态障碍型、多元障碍复合型4类。六盘山脱贫地区乡村及各子系统韧性耦合协调水平较低,在实施乡村振兴战略的后续阶段,需要关注乡村三生功能的协调发展。
