在人民城市理念背景下,针对山地城市人口老龄化趋势与老旧社区公共空间适老化更新的现实困境,需要更加长期、动态、准确地理解社区老人的社交需求与活动特征,进而结合地方自然、经济和人文特征,提出长效的可持续更新思路。运用社会网络理论和方法,选取山地城市老旧社区特征显著且老龄化严重的重庆市渝中区凉亭子社区为研究区域,以居住在该社区的老年人为研究对象,通过长期实地观察、访谈和对调研数据的分析,厘清各类社群关系下老年人的活动空间分布及活动类型特征,剖析老年社群—社交空间—社交活动的整体关系,进而明确社区公共空间适老化更新的问题与目标,提出因地制宜的可持续社区更新思路。对于突破山地城市老旧社区适老化更新的社区资产认知、持续改善和提升社区公共空间品质、整体构建和谐的社区社群关系具有参考意义。

Effect of capsule treatment on visual acuity and quality after phacoemulsification lens implantation in myopic patients with cataract

Effect of process parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties of a nickel-aluminum-bronze alloy fabricated by laser powder bed fusion

This work investigated the effect of process parameters on densification, microstructure, and mechanical properties of a nickel-aluminum-bronze (NAB) alloy fabricated by laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) additive manufacturing. The LPBF-printed NAB alloy samples with relative densities of over 98.5% were obtained under the volumetric energy density range of 200–250 J/mm3. The microstructure of the NAB alloy printed in both horizontal and vertical planes primarily consisted of β′ martensitic phase and banded α phase. In particular, a coarser-columnar grain structure and stronger crystallographic texture were achieved in the vertical plane, where the maximum texture intensity was 30.56 times greater than that of random textures at the (100) plane. Increasing the volumetric energy density resulted in a decrease in the columnar grain size, while increasing the amount of α phase. Notably, β1′ martensitic structures with nanotwins and nanoscale κ-phase precipitates were identified in the microstructure of LPBF-printed NAB samples with a volumetric energy density of 250 J/mm3. Furthermore, under optimal process parameters with a laser power of 350 W and scanning speed of 800 mm/s, significant improvements were observed in the microhardness (HV 386) and ultimate tensile strength (671 MPa), which was attributed to an increase in refined acicular martensite.

The rice stem borer(RSB),Chilo suppressalis,a notorious rice pest in China,has evolved a high resistance level to commonly used ***,a new anthranilic diamide insecticide,effectively controls multiple pests,including ***,the potential resistance risk of RSB to tetraniliprole is still *** this study,the tetraniliprole-selection(Tet-R)strain was obtained through 10 continuous generations of selection with tetraniliprole 30%lethal concentration(LC_(30)).The realized heritability(h^(2))of the Tet-R strain was 0.387,indicating that resistance of RSB to tetraniliprole developed rapidly under the continuous selection of *** Tet-R strain had a high fitness cost(relative fitness=0.53).We established the susceptibility baseline of RSB to tetraniliprole(lethal concentration at LC_(50)=0.727 mg/L)and investigated the resistance level of 6 field populations to *** tested strains that had resistance to chlorantraniliprole exhibited moderate-to high-level resistance to tetraniliprole(resistance ratio=27.7-806.8).Detection of ryanodine receptor(RyR)mutations showed that the Y4667C,Y4667D,I4758M,and Y4891F mutations were present in tested RSB field *** mutations were responsible for the cross-resistance between tetraniliprole and ***,the clustered regularly interspaced palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9-mediated genome-modified flies were used to study the contribution of RyR mutations to tetraniliprole *** order of contribution of a single RyR mutation to tetraniliprole resistance was Y4667D>G4915E>Y4667C~~I4758M>*** addition,the I4758M and Y4667C double mutations conferred higher tetraniliprole resistance than single Y4667C *** results can guide resistance management practices for diamides in RSB and other arthropods.
