Parkinson’s disease is a progressive neurodegenerative disease characterized by motor deficits,dopaminergic neuron loss,and brain accumulation ofα-synuclein aggregates called Lewy *** in protein degradation pathways,such as autophagy,has been demonstrated in neurons as a critical mechanism for eliminating protein aggregates in Parkinson’s ***,it is less well understood how protein aggregates are eliminated in glia,the other cell type in the *** the present study,we show that autophagy-related gene 9(Atg9),the only transmembrane protein in the autophagy machinery,is highly expressed in Drosophila glia from adult *** from immunostaining and live cell imaging analysis reveal that a portion of Atg9 localizes to the trans-Golgi network,autophagosomes,and lysosomes in ***9 is persistently in contact with these *** glial atg9 reduces the number of omegasomes and autophagosomes,and impairs autophagic substrate *** suggests that glial Atg9 participates in the early steps of autophagy,and hence the control of autophagic ***,loss of glial atg9 induces parkinsonian symptoms in Drosophila including progressive loss of dopaminergic neurons,locomotion deficits,and glial *** findings identify a functional role of Atg9 in glial autophagy and establish a potential link between glial autophagy and Parkinson’s *** results may provide new insights on the underlying mechanism of Parkinson’s disease.

Fluorescent dyes with fluorescence emission above 700 nm are favorable for bio-imaging due to the higher tissue transparency and lower background fluorescence. In this study, we present a mesobenzimidazole-pyronin platform(Si BMs) with fluorescence emission maxima above 700 nm, which possess good cell permeability, photostability, and lysosomal localization. The great photophysical properties of the Si BMs encouraged us to further exploit their application toward bio-imaging. We synthesized the reduced ‘dihydro’ derivative HSi BM3 for sensing ONOO^(-), with high selectivity and sensitivity and a fast fluorescence “off-on” response(within 2 s). Then, we confirmed the potential of HSi BM3 for visualizing exogenous and endogenous ONOO-in cells and mice. More importantly, HSi BM3 was successfully employed for visualizing acute-liver-injury-induced peroxynitrite.

磺胺素类抗生素(SAs)广泛应用于医疗、畜禽养殖等领域。但过量的SAs通过多种方式最终进入流域水体和沉积物中,对流域生态系统带来潜在的风险。预测无效应浓度(PNEC)可以作为评估污染物潜在生态风险的阈值,因此确定水体和沉积物中SAs的PNEC是风险评估的关键。本研究以黄河支流——汾河流域为研究区,通过采集水体和沉积物的样品,发现水体中SAs的磺胺甲恶唑(SMX)含量最高,均值为73.6 ng·L^(-1),而磺胺醋酰(SAAM)检出率最高,高达100%。沉积物中仅检出了2种SAs类抗生素,为磺胺醋酰(SAAM)和磺胺喹恶啉(SQX),但检出频率却高达100%。基于物种敏感度分布(SSD)得到水体中SAs的生态风险阈值为3.40~440μg·L^(-1)。在此基础上,基于水-沉积物密度、体积比等参数,采用相平衡理论(EqP)进一步得到了沉积物中SAs的生态风险阈值为0.065~75.5 mg·kg^(-1)。基于确定的生态风险阈值,对汾河流域SAs现状进行风险评估,结果表明仅水体中的甲氧苄啶(TMP)的风险商(RQ)均值为0.014,存在一定的低风险,但超标概率仅为8%,而其他类别在水体和沉积物中RQ均低于0.01,均无显著风险。

Recent advances in developing beyond von Neumann architectures have moved the memristive devices to the forefront as one of the key enablers to realizing memristive computing-in-memory(m CIM)structures, which shows a great promise to boost the energy-efficiency and the performance of artificial intelligence(AI) chips. In this study, by considering the interactions between devices, circuits, and systems in the m CIM design, we propose several cross-layer design techniques, including(1) the BL-SL interactive forming protection(BSIFP) circuit that can reduce the voltage drop on the selected transistor, suppress the current overshoot by 65.96%, and improve the bit-cell density by more than 10.19%,(2) the clamping transistor trimming scheme(CTTS) to prevent the multiply-and-accumulate(MAC) signal margin degradation from chip-to-chip resistance variations, and(3) dynamic input-parallelism and output-precision(DIPOP) that can reduce the energy cost by 22.92% in a typical inference task with negligible accuracy loss. The results demonstrate the significant role of the cross-layer-interactive approach and provide a preliminary guideline for highly-efficient m CIM design.

降雨初期冲刷效应的判断对城市径流污染控制的解决方向起决定性作用,而初期雨水的弃流时间对海绵城市雨水污染的源头控制在工程实际中的应用具有重要的参考价值。本文对徐州市城市道路径流中5种主要径流污染物——悬浮物(suspended solids,SS)、化学需氧量(chemical oxygen demand,COD)、氨氮(ammonia nitrogen,NH_3-N)、总氮(total nitrogen,TN)、总磷(total phosphorous,TP)进行分析,采用M(V)曲线法(污染物负荷累积率随径流量累积率的变化曲线)分析并对比相关水质标准,分析道路径流的初期效用及弃流时间。结果表明,徐州市城市道路径流存在明显的初期冲刷效应,且初期冲刷效应SS>COD> TP>NH_3-N>TN;SS初期冲刷效应随雨强增大而增加,COD、NH_3-N、TN、TP初期冲刷效应随雨强增大而减小;可将产流后20 min作为徐州市城市道路初期雨水的弃流时间,为海绵城市雨水源头控制提供参考依据。

This paper proposed an efficient research method for high-dimensional uncertainty quantification of projectile motion in the barrel of a truck-mounted ***,the dynamic model of projectile motion is established considering the flexible deformation of the barrel and the interaction between the projectile and the ***,the accuracy of the dynamic model is verified based on the external ballistic projectile attitude test ***,the probability density evolution method(PDEM)is developed to high-dimensional uncertainty quantification of projectile *** engineering example highlights the results of the proposed method are consistent with the results obtained by the Monte Carlo Simulation(MCS).Finally,the influence of parameter uncertainty on the projectile disturbance at muzzle under different working conditions is *** results show that the disturbance of the pitch angular,pitch angular velocity and pitch angular of velocity decreases with the increase of launching angle,and the random parameter ranges of both the projectile and coupling model have similar influence on the disturbance of projectile angular motion at muzzle.

In this paper,a dynamic modeling method of motor driven electromechanical system is presented,and the uncertainty quantification of mechanism motion is investigated based on this *** main contribution is to propose a novel mechanism-motor coupling dynamic modeling method,in which the relationship between mechanism motion and motor rotation is established according to the geometric coordination of the *** advantages of this include establishing intuitive coupling between the mechanism and motor,facilitating the discussion for the influence of both mechanical and electrical parameters on the mechanism,and enabling dynamic simulation with controller to take the randomness of the electric load into *** simulation considering feedback control of ammunition delivery system is carried out,and the feasibility of the model is verified *** on probability density evolution theory,we comprehensively discuss the effects of system parameters on mechanism motion from the perspective of uncertainty *** work can not only provide guidance for engineering design of ammunition delivery mechanism,but also provide theoretical support for modeling and uncertainty quantification research of mechatronics system.

目的:探讨自我接纳在勃起功能障碍(ED)患者病耻感与抑郁症状间的中介作用。方法:采用便利抽样法选取2022年1—12月于赣州市人民医院就诊的76例ED患者为研究对象,选取80例健康者作为健康组。使用一般资料调查表、自我接纳问卷(SAQ)、社会影响量表(SIS)和患者健康问卷(PHQ-9)调查评估研究对象自我接纳程度、病耻感程度、抑郁症状程度。并用采用分层回归法分析、检验患者自我接纳、病耻感与抑郁症状程度之间的关系和中介效应。结果:本次调查的ED患者SAQ总分(37.04±6.50)分,SIS总分(56.04±6.56)分,PHQ-9总分(8.53±2.98)分;ED组SAQ总分显著低于健康组,SIS总分和PHQ-9总分均显著高于健康组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson检验显示,ED患者自我接纳程度与病耻感程度、抑郁症状严重程度均为负相关(P<0.05),病耻感程度与抑郁症状严重程度为正相关(P<0.05);中介效应检验显示,ED患者的自我接纳在患者病耻感与抑郁症状严重程度间起部分中介作用,占总效应的14.95%。结论:ED患者病耻感通过自我接纳的中介作用影响抑郁症状严重程度。

The open-circuit fault is one of the most common faults of the automatic ramming drive system(ARDS),and it can be categorized into the open-phase faults of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)and the open-circuit faults of Voltage Source Inverter(VSI). The stator current serves as a common indicator for detecting open-circuit faults. Due to the identical changes of the stator current between the open-phase faults in the PMSM and failures of double switches within the same leg of the VSI, this paper utilizes the zero-sequence voltage component as an additional diagnostic criterion to differentiate *** the variable conditions and substantial noise of the ARDS, a novel Multi-resolution Network(Mr Net) is proposed, which can extract multi-resolution perceptual information and enhance robustness to the noise. Meanwhile, a feature weighted layer is introduced to allocate higher weights to characteristics situated near the feature frequency. Both simulation and experiment results validate that the proposed fault diagnosis method can diagnose 25 types of open-circuit faults and achieve more than98.28% diagnostic accuracy. In addition, the experiment results also demonstrate that Mr Net has the capability of diagnosing the fault types accurately under the interference of noise signals(Laplace noise and Gaussian noise).
