高校是政治认同教育的重要阵地,是政治认同教育价值链条的重要一环,是筑牢认同社会根基与思想基石的重要保障。随着微时代的不断发展和变化,高校政治教育也要与时俱进,发挥主观能动作用。文章分析微传播视域下高校政治认同教育面临的困境,通过“三微”协同微传播探索高校政治认同教育新模式,旨在培育高校学生政治认同感。文章采用理论和实践相结合的分析方法,构建“三微”协同微传播驱推高校学生政治认同的实践路径。“三微”协同微传播模式,即以中国传统文化塑造“微文化”思政教学内容,增强思政教学的权威性,增强政治认同教育的穿透力,构建“微文化”思政教学资源库;运用“微媒介”提高思政教学渠道的精细化程度,通过不断拓展网络政治参与的微媒介渠道来优化高校学生政治认同教育效果,构建网络政治“微媒介”思政教学渠道;运用虚拟情境教学模式,创建微型在线视频课堂,线上线下多方位、多元化统筹传播,加大政治认同教育整合力度,构建思政“微课堂”云端教学平台。

洪水预报所采用的数值模拟涉及大量计算,模拟的结果需经多种专用软件处理后才能展示给用户,操作繁琐,无法满足蓄滞洪区防洪调度及应急抢险处置中迅速做出响应的需求。该文提出了基于GPU并行计算和WebGIS的洪水预报系统,旨在提高洪水计算的效率,延长预见期,并实现洪水演进的可视化。该系统基于最新的GPU加速的计算方法,利用GPU强大的浮点数运算能大幅提高洪水计算的效率,结合WebGIS技术,将水文-洪水演进模型的计算结果与水利底图无缝连接,以图表、图像和动画等形式直观展示洪水演变过程,使决策人员能直观地掌握蓄滞洪区洪水的演变过程,可为潖江蓄滞洪区的调度运用和防洪抢险提供帮助。

目的探讨影响门诊患者结直肠癌肠镜筛查依从性的独立危险因素。方法纳入2022年1月至2022年6月在新疆7个地州内7家三级医院消化内科门诊就诊的40~74岁患者,结合患者就诊情况对符合肠镜检查条件的患者提出筛查建议,并通过问卷收集信息。先采用χ^(2)检验比较依从与未依从肠镜筛查建议患者的特征差异,再采用多因素logistic回归模型(逐步回归:向前,有条件)分析与结肠镜筛查依从性相关的独立危险因素。结果从7个中心共获取463份有效问卷,依从肠镜检查建议者427例(92.2%)、未依从肠镜检查建议者36例(7.8%)。χ^(2)检验发现,两类人群在性别构成、年龄分布、文化程度构成、肠息肉主观认知构成、有无结直肠息肉个人史、有无结直肠癌家族史、有无结直肠息肉家族史、有无腹痛或腹胀症状以及有无大便习惯或性状改变方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析发现,40~49岁人群(P=0.005,OR=0.141,95%CI:0.036~0.549)、50~59岁人群(P=0.039,OR=0.257,95%CI:0.071~0.932)肠镜检查依从性均明显差于60~74岁人群;中学文化程度人群(P=0.011,OR=3.121,95%CI:1.304~7.473)、本专科及以上文化程度人群(P=0.016,OR=3.544,95%CI:1.270~9.890)肠镜检查依从性均明显好于小学及以下文化程度人群;有结直肠息肉个人史人群肠镜检查依从性明显好于无结直肠息肉个人史人群(P=0.015,OR=12.288,95%CI:1.629~92.719);有结直肠癌家族史人群肠镜检查依从性明显好于无结直肠癌家族史人群(P=0.038,OR=8.506,95%CI:1.124~64.351);有大便习惯或性状改变人群肠镜检查依从性明显好于无大便习惯或性状改变人群(P=0.039,OR=4.794,95%CI:1.085~21.192)。结论新疆7个地州内7家三级医院门诊患者肠镜筛查依从性与患者年龄、文化程度、结直肠息肉个人史、直肠癌家族史以及大便习惯或性状改变密切相关。年龄在40~59岁、文化程度较低、既往无息肉病史或结直肠癌家族史、无大便习惯或性状改变是影响门诊患者结直肠癌肠镜筛查依从性的独立危险因素。

The prediction of fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)images from fundus structural images is a cutting-edge research topic in ophthalmological image *** comprises estimating FFA from fundus camera imaging,single-phase FFA from scanning laser ophthalmoscopy(SLO),and three-phase FFA also from *** many deep learning models are available,a single model can only perform one or two of these prediction *** accomplish three prediction tasks using a unified method,we propose a unified deep learning model for predicting FFA images from fundus structure images using a supervised generative adversarial *** three prediction tasks are processed as follows:data preparation,network training under FFA supervision,and FFA image prediction from fundus structure images on a test *** comparing the FFA images predicted by our model,pix2pix,and CycleGAN,we demonstrate the remarkable progress achieved by our *** high performance of our model is validated in terms of the peak signal-to-noise ratio,structural similarity index,and mean squared error.

Insufficient sleep can produce a multitude of deleterious repercussions on various domains of human ***,the walnut(Juglans mandshurica)confers numerous salutary biological activities pertaining to ***,the sedative and hypnotic capacities of walnut's functional constituents remain *** this investigation,we analyzed the sedative and hypnotic components of the walnut Diaphragma juglandis fructus and innovatively discovered a compound,defined as 3-hydroxy-4-iminobutyric acid(HIBA),which disrupts motor activity and enhances sleep duration by regulating the neurotransmitters(GABA,DA,etc.)within the brain and serum of ***,a metabolomics approach of the serum,basal ganglia,hypothalamus,and hippocampus as well as the gut microbiota was undertaken to unravel the underlying molecular mechanisms of sleep *** data reveal that HIBA can regulate the metabolism of basal ganglia(sphingolipids,acylcarnitines,etc.),possibly in relation to HIBA's influence on the gut microbiome(Muribaculum,Bacteroides,Lactobacillus,etc.).Therefore,we introduce a novel natural product,HIBA,and explicate the modulation of sleep promotion in mice based on the microbiota-gut-brain *** study contributes fresh insights toward natural product-based sleep research.

Crop type mapping using remote sensing is critical for global agricultural monitoring and food ***,the complexity of crop planting patternsand spatial heterogeneity pose significant challenges to field data collection,thereby limiting the accuracy of remotely sensed crop *** study proposed a new approach for rapidly collecting field crop data by integrating unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)images with the YOLOv3(You Only Look Once version 3)*** impacts of UAV flight altitude and the number of training samples on the accuracy of crop identification models were investigated using peanut,soybean,and maize as *** results showed that the average Fl-score for crop type detection accuracy reached 0.91 when utilizing UAV images captured at an altitude of 20 *** addition,a positive correlation was observed between identification accuracy and the number of training *** model developed in this study can rapidly and automatically identify crop types from UAV images,which significantly improves the survey efficiency and provides an innovative solution for acquiring field crop data in large areas.

The mechanism of how SARS-CoV-2 causes severe multi-organ failure is largely unknown. Acute kidney injury(AKI) is one of the frequent organ damage in severe COVID-19 patients. Previous studies have shown that human renal tubule cells could be the potential host cells targeted by SARS-CoV-2. Traditional cancer cell lines or immortalized cell lines are genetically and phenotypically different from host cells. Animal models are widely used, but often fail to reflect a physiological and pathogenic status because of species tropisms. There is an unmet need for normal human epithelial cells for disease modeling. In this study, we successfully established long term cultures of normal human kidney proximal tubule epithelial cells(KPTECs) in 2 D and 3 D culture systems using conditional reprogramming(CR) and organoids *** cells had the ability to differentiate and repair DNA damage, and showed no transforming property. Importantly, the CR KPTECs maintained lineage function with expression of specific transporters(SLC34 A3 and cubilin). They also expressed angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(ACE2), a receptor for SARS-CoV and SARS-CoV-2. In contrast, cancer cell line did not express endogenous SLC34 A3, cubilin and ACE2. Very interestingly, ACE2 expression was around twofold higher in 3 D organoids culture compared to that in 2 D CR culture condition. Pseudovirion assays demonstrated that SARS-CoV spike(S) protein was able to enter CR cells with luciferase reporter. This integrated 2 D CR and 3 D organoid cultures provide a physiological ex vivo model to study kidney functions, innate immune response of kidney cells to viruses, and a novel platform for drug discovery and safety evaluation.

Four awl-substituted tripyrrinone copper（II） complexes were synthesized and characterized as to their electro- chemical and spectroelectrochemical properties. The examined compounds are represented as （YPh）3TPO2Cu, where TPO2 is a dianion of the tripyrrinone and Y is a CH3O, CH3, H or CI substituent on the para-position of each phenyl ring of the compound. The neutral compounds are ESR active and show a typical d9 Cu（II） signal in frozen CH2C12 solution. Each Cu（II） compound undergoes three reductions between -0.61 and -1.90 V and two oxidations between 1.00 and 1.24 V in CH2Cl2 containing 0.1 mol/L tetra-n-butylammonium perchlorate. The potentials for oxidation are similar to those of copper tetraarylporphyrins but the reduction potentials are positively shifted as compared to the corresponding tetraarylporphyrins. Thus, the potential difference between the first one-electron oxidation and first one-electron reduction （the HOMO-LUMO gap） of （YPh）3TPO2Cu, which ranges from 1.68 to 1.75 V, is similar to that of copper corroles （1.73-1.85 V）, but smaller than the separation of 2.30-2.37 V for the copper tetraarylporphyrins under the same solution conditions.
