Background:We systematically searched and summarized clinical studies on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for age-relatedmacular degeneration(AMD)with the method of evidence *** aimed to provide evidence and research direction for the prevention or treatment of AMD with TCM in the *** and methods:We searched PubMed,Web of Science,EMBASE,and Chinese databases including CNKI(Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure),WanFang and VIP,***,and ChineseClinical Trial Registry Center studies on the prevention or treatment of TCMfor AMD from January 2000 to November *** showed distribution features of these studies in the form of text description,graphs,and ***:The final 258 articles included 245 clinical studies,9 systematic reviews ormeta-analyses,and 4 guidelines,expert consensus,or clinical *** analyzing the articles with a focus on the stage of AMD,study type,sample size,intervention measures,outcome indicators,and the quality of evidence,we found that the studies were increasing,most of which were wet AMD,the main study type was randomized controlled trials,and the sample size was mostly fewer than 100 *** interventions of TCM,such as Chinese medicine,Chinese patentmedicine,or acupuncture,showed the potential benefits of improving vision,reducing fundus lesions,and alleviating some uncomfortable ***,the sample size of these studies was *** outcome indicators were not unified,and the stage of AMD was *** quality of articles was lower,and there were few studies on early *** advantages of TCM for the prevention or treatment of AMD remained ***:Early intervention will be the focus and direction of AMD in the prevention or treatment of TCM,and more standardized clinical studies of TCM for early AMD need to be designed and carried out in the future.

In this study, our work is on the basis of lina liang et el(2010). Since the basal ganglia and dopamine are confirmed to play an important role in protecting memories against noise and distraction stimulus, we add the basal ganglia in our present model and remove the plausible Ca2+ subsystem. We found that our network model maintained the persistent activity in response to a brief transient stimulus, which was similar to the above work. Furthermore the working memory performance was resistant to noise and performed better than that by lina liang et el(2010) in the aspect of resistance to distraction stimulus when the model is tuned to be bistable by dopamine.

基于中国2013—2018年的省级面板数据,构建模型讨论了区域创新网络、高技术企业技术流动对区域创新能力的作用机制,进一步分析了不同创新网络水平地区,高技术企业技术流动对区域创新发展的作用力,利用门槛回归探究了随着区域网络水平的提升,技术市场中高技术企业技术输出和吸纳的变化态势。实证结果表明:(1)区域创新网络、高技术企业技术输出和技术吸纳均有助于区域创新能力的提升,但作用机制和强度不同;(2)相对创新网络欠发达地区,在创新网络发达地区的高技术企业的技术创新具有正向的自我强化机制,但创新网络的作用力稍弱;(3)无论创新网络发达/欠发达地区,高技术企业技术吸纳对区域创新能力的促进作用均大于技术输出;(4)随着创新网络水平的提升,高技术企业技术流动对区域创新能力的影响作用逐渐减弱。

Ti-based hydrogen storage alloy is one of the most common solid-state hydrogen storage materials due to its high hydrogen absorption capacity, low dehydrogenation temperature and rich resources. This paper mainly presents the influence of several different preparation methods of Ti-based hydrogen storage alloys on the hydrogen storage performance including traditional preparation methods (smelting, rapid quenching and mechanical alloying) and novel methods by plastic deformation (cold rolling, equal channel angular pressing and high-pressure torsion). The microstructure analysis and hydrogen storage properties of Ti-based alloy are summarized thoroughly corresponding with the preparation processes mentioned above. It was found that slight introduction of lattice defects including dislocation, grain boundary, sub-grain boundary and cracks by severe plastic deformation (SPD) was beneficial to improve the hydriding/dehydriding kinetic characteristic. However, the nonuniform composition and residual stress of the alloy may be caused by SPD, which is not conducive to the improvement of hydrogen storage capacity. In the future, it would be expected that new methods and technologies combined with dopant and modification are applied to Ti-based hydrogen storage alloys to make breakthroughs in practical application.

视网膜色素变性(RP)是一种遗传性视网膜退行性眼病,越来越多的研究表明,视网膜变性早期发现小胶质细胞(MG)的活化反应。作为中枢神经系统和视网膜的免疫细胞,MG在体内参与先天性免疫系统第一道防线的形成,在多种神经退行性病变过程中具有神经保护或神经毒性作用。MG活化后产生的神经毒性或神经保护作用可影响RP的病理进程。因此,围绕以MG为靶点的治疗策略,通过平衡神经保护或神经毒性作用,从而影响疾病进程和转归,可能是未来的治疗方向。
