In this paper,a class of time-varying output group formation containment control problem of general linear hetero-geneous multiagent systems(MASs)is investigated under directed topology.The MAS is composed of a number of tracking leaders,formation leaders and followers,where two different types of leaders are used to provide reference trajectories for movement and to achieve certain formations,respectively.Firstly,compen-sators are designed whose states are estimations of tracking lead-ers,based on which,a controller is developed for each formation leader to accomplish the expected formation.Secondly,two event-triggered compensators are proposed for each follower to evalu-ate the state and formation information of the formation leaders in the same group,respectively.Subsequently,a control protocol is designed for each follower,utilizing the output information,to guide the output towards the convex hull generated by the forma-tion leaders within the group.Next,the triggering sequence in this paper is decomposed into two sequences,and the inter-event intervals of these two triggering conditions are provided to rule out the Zeno behavior.Finally,a numerical simulation is intro-duced to confirm the validity of the proposed results.

The environmental behavior of and risks associated with nanoplastics(NPs)have attracted considerable attention.However,compared to pristine NPs,environmental factors such as ultraviolet(UV)irradiation that lead to changes in the toxicity of NPs have rarely been studied.We evaluated the changes in morphology and physicochemical properties of polystyrene(PS)NPs before and after UV irradiation,and compared their hepatotoxicity in mice.The results showed that UV irradiation caused particle size reduction and increased the carbonyl index(CI)and negative charge on the particle surface.UV-aged PS NPs(aPS NPs)could induce the generation of hydroxyl radicals(·OH),but also further promoted the generation of·OH in the Fenton reaction system.Hepatic pathological damage was more severe in mice exposed to aPS NPs,accompanied by a large number of vacuoles and hepatocyte balloon-like changes and more marked perturbations in blood glucose and serum lipoprotein,alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase levels.In addition,exposure to PS NPs and aPS NPs,especially aPS NPs,triggered oxidative stress and significantly damaged the antioxidant capacity of mice liver.Compared with PS NPs,exposure to aPS NPs increased the number of altered metabolites in hepatic and corresponding metabolic pathways,especially glutathione metabolism.Our research suggests that UV irradiation can disrupt the redox balance in organisms by promoting the production of·OH,enhancing PS NPs-induced liver damage and metabolic disorders.This study will help us understand the health risks of NPs and to avoid underestimation of the risks of NPs in nature.

The emergence of SARS-Co V-2 variant of concern omicron BA.2 led to high infection incidence rates as well as reduced severity of COVID-19 during the Shanghai Spring epidemic of 2022 [1]. We assessed the role of viral pathogenicity and the effectiveness of inactivated vaccines in a retrospective observational study including 10 258 confirmed COVID-19cases identified between April and June of 2022, from four COVID-19 designated hospitals located in two areas of Shanghai, namely the West Bund and the East Bund, where the populations’ demographic characteristics varied significantly (Table S1, Fig. S1).

Methanotrophs,organisms that obtain oxygen by oxidizing methane,are recognized as the only known biological sink for atmospheric CH_4,and forest soil methanotrophs play crucial roles in mitigating global warming.The succession patterns of methanotrophic communities and functions in Wudalianchi volcano forest soils could provide a basis for the study of evolutionary mechanisms between soil microorganisms,the environment,and carbon cycling of temperate forest ecosystems under climate change.In this study,the characteristics and drivers of methanotrophic community structure and function of two volcanic soils at different stages of development are analyzed,including an old volcano and a new volcano,which most recently erupted 300 years and 17-19×10^(5)years ago,respectively,and a non-volcano hills as control,based on space for time substitution and Miseq sequencing and bioinformation technology.The results showed that CH_(4) fluxes were significantly higher in old-stage volcano forest soils than new-stage forest soils and non-volcano forest soils.There were significant differences in the community composition and diversity of soil methanotrophs from different volcano forest soils.Methylococcus was the dominant genus in all soil samples.Additionally,the relative abundance of Methylococcus,along with Clonothrix,Methyloglobulus,Methylomagum,Methylomonas and Methylosarcina,were the important genera responsible for the differences in methanotrophic community structure in different volcano forest soils.The relative abundance of methanotroph belonging toγ-proteobacteria was significantly higher than that belonging toα-proteobacteria(P<0.05).Chao1,Shannon and Simpson indices of soil methanotrophic community were significantly lower in new-stage volcanos and were significantly affected by bulk density,total porosity,p H,nitrate,dissolved organic carbon and dissolved organic nitrogen.There were significant differences in community structure between new-stage and old-stage volcanoes.Bulk density and p H are important soil prope

Heavy components of low-alloy high-strength(LAHS) steels are generally formed by multi-pass forging. It is necessary to explore the flow characteristics and hot workability of LAHS steels during the multi-pass forging process, which is beneficial to the formulation of actual processing parameters. In the study, the multi-pass hot compression experiments of a typical LAHS steel are carried out at a wide range of deformation temperatures and strain rates. It is found that the work hardening rate of the experimental material depends on deformation parameters and deformation passes, which is ascribed to the impacts of static and dynamic softening behaviors. A new model is established to describe the flow characteristics at various deformation passes. Compared to the classical Arrhenius model and modified Zerilli and Armstrong model, the newly proposed model shows higher prediction accuracy with a confidence level of 0.98565. Furthermore, the connection between power dissipation efficiency(PDE) and deformation parameters is revealed by analyzing the microstructures. The PDE cannot be utilized to reflect the efficiency of energy dissipation for microstructure evolution during the entire deformation process, but only to assess the efficiency of energy dissipation for microstructure evolution in a specific deformation parameter state.As a result, an integrated processing map is proposed to better study the hot workability of the LAHS steel, which considers the effects of instability factor(IF), PDE, and distribution and size of grains. The optimized processing parameters for the multi-pass deformation process are the deformation parameters of 1223–1318 K and 0.01–0.08 s^(-1). Complete dynamic recrystallization occurs within the optimized processing parameters with an average grain size of 18.36–42.3 μm. This study will guide the optimization of the forging process of heavy components.

A series of Zn_(x)Ni_(y)CrO_(m±δ)catalysts were synthesized via a typical co-precipitation method,in which Zn-Cr layered double hydroxides(LDHs)were found and Ni-Zn intermetallic compound(IMC)was formed after reduction in hydrogen.During auto-thermal reforming(ATR)of acetic acid(HAc),the Ni-Zn IMC was transformed into Ni/(amorphous-ZnO)-ZnCr_(2)O_(4) species with uniformed distribution and appropriate interaction within these Ni-Zn-Cr-O species;besides,the adsorbed oxygen promoted the activation and transfer of oxygen species;therefore,deactivation by oxidation,sintering and coking was inhibited.And the optimized Zn_(2.37)Ni_(0.63)CrO_(4.5±δ)catalyst presented high activity and stability in a 45-h ATR test with HAc conversion near 100%and hydrogen yield at 2.7 mol-H_(2)/mol-HAc,showing potential for hydrogen production via ATR of HAc.

Bi_(2)Te_(3) based alloys have been the most widely used thermoelectric material at low temperature for many decades.Here we report Se doped n-type Mg_(3)Bi_(2) based materials with a thermoelectric figure-of-merit ZT of 0.82 at 300 K and a peak ZT of 1.24 at 498 K,which is comparable to the n-type Bi_(2)Te_(3) and Te doped Mg_(3)Bi_(1.4)Sb_(0.6).The improved thermoelectric performance is benefited from the high carrier concentration and mobility as well as the thermal conductivity reduction.The reduced resistivity increased the power factor at all measured temperatures,leading to a higher engineering ZT(ZTeng)and engineering power factor(PFeng)for n-type Mg_(3)Bi_(2).The n-type Mg_(3)Bi_(1.4)Sb_(0.6) materials are promising for thermoelectric power generation and cooling applications near room temperature.

Reverse water gas shift(RWGS)reaction is a crucial process in CO_(2)utilization.Herein,Ni-and NiCe-containing hexagonal mesoporous silica(Ni-HMS and NiCe-HMS)catalysts were synthesized using an insitu one-pot method and applied for RWGS reaction.At certain reaction temperatures 500-750℃,Ni-HMS samples displayed a higher selectivity to the preferable CO than that of conventionally impregnated Ni/HMS catalyst.This could be originated from the smaller NiO nanoparticles over Ni-HMS catalyst.NiCe-HMS exhibited higher activity compared to Ni-HMS.The catalysts were characterized by means of TEM,XPS,XRD,H_(2)-TPR,CO_(2)-TPD,EPR and N_(2) adsorption-desortion technology.It was found that introduction of Ce created high concentration of oxygen vacancies,served as the active site for activating CO_(2).Also,this work analyzed the effect of the H_(2)/CO_(2)molar ratio on the best NiCe-HMS.When reaction gas H_(2)/CO_(2)molar ratio was 4 significantly decreased the selectivity to CO at low temperature,but triggered a higher CO_(2)conversion which is close to the equilibrium.

This registration study assessed clinical outcomes of TQ-B3525,the dual phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase(PI3K)α/δinhibitor,in relapsed and/or refractory follicular lymphoma(R/R FL).This phase II study(ClinicalTrials.gov NCT04324879.Registered March 27,2020)comprised run-in stage and stage 2.R/R FL patients after≥2 lines therapies received oral 20 mg TQ-B3525 once daily in a 28-day cycle until intolerable toxicity or disease progression.Primary endpoint was independent review committee(IRC)-assessed objective response rate(ORR).Based on results(ORR,88.0%;duration of response[DOR],11.8 months;progression-free survival[PFS],12.0 months)in 25 patients at run-in stage,second stage study was initiated and included 82 patients for efficacy/safety analysis.Patients received prior-line(median,3)therapies,with 56.1%refractory to previous last therapies;73.2%experienced POD24 at baseline.At stage 2,ORR was 86.6%(71/82;95%CI,77.3-93.1%),with 28(34.2%)complete responses.Disease control rate was 95.1%due to 7(8.5%)stable diseases.Median time to response was 1.8 months.Among 71 responders,median DOR was not reached;18-month DOR rate was 51.6%.with median follow-up of 13.3 months,median PFS was 18.5(95%CI,10.2-not estimable)months.Median overall survival(OS)was not reached by cutoff date;24-month OS rate was estimated as 86.1%.Response rates and survival data were consistent across all subgroups.Grade 3 or higher treatment-related adverse events were observed in 63(76.8%)cases,with neutropenia(22.0%),hyperglycemia(19.5%),and diarrhea(13.4%)being common.TQ-B3525 showed favorable efficacy and safety for R/R FL patients after≥2 lines prior therapies.

Endodontic diseases are a kind of chronic infectious oral disease. Common endodontic treatment concepts are based on the removal of inflamed or necrotic pulp tissue and the replacement by gutta-percha. However, it is very essential for endodontic treatment to debride the root canal system and prevent the root canal system from bacterial reinfection after root canal therapy(RCT). Recent research, encompassing bacterial etiology and advanced imaging techniques, contributes to our understanding of the root canal system’s anatomy intricacies and the technique sensitivity of RCT. Success in RCT hinges on factors like patients, infection severity, root canal anatomy, and treatment techniques. Therefore, improving disease management is a key issue to combat endodontic diseases and cure periapical lesions. The clinical difficulty assessment system of RCT is established based on patient conditions, tooth conditions, root canal configuration, and root canal needing retreatment, and emphasizes pre-treatment risk assessment for optimal outcomes. The findings suggest that the presence of risk factors may correlate with the challenge of achieving the high standard required for RCT. These insights contribute not only to improve education but also aid practitioners in treatment planning and referral decision-making within the field of endodontics.
