Tertiary lymphoid structures(TLSs)are formations at sites with persistent inflammatory stimulation,including tumors.These ectopic lymphoid organs mainly consist of chemo-attracting B cells,T cells,and supporting dendritic cells(DCs).Mature TLSs exhibit functional organization for the optimal development and collaboration of adaptive immune response,delivering an augmented effect on the tumor microenvironment(TME).The description of the positive correlation between TLSs and tumor prognosis is reliable only under a certain condition involving the localization and maturation of TLSs.Emerging evidence suggests that underlying mechanisms of the anti-tumor effect of TLSs pave the way for novel immunotherapies.Several approaches have been developed to take advantage of intratumoral TLSs,either by combining it with therapeutic agents or by inducing the neogenesis of TLSs.

All-polymer solar cells(all-PSCs)trigger enormous commercial applications,and great progress has been made in recent years.However,from small-area devices to large-area modules,the poor adaption of the materials for printing methods and the large efficiency loss are still great challenges.Herein,three novel non-conjugated polymer acceptors(PTH-Y,PTClm-Yand PTClo-Y)are developed for all-PSCs.It can be found that non-conjugated polymer acceptors can effectively minimize the technique and efficiency gaps between small-area spin-coating and large-area blade-printing method,which can facilitate the preparation of large-area flexible device.By directly inheriting the spin-coating condition,the blade-coating processed device based on PTCloY achieves an impressive power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 12.42%,comparable to the spin-coating processed one(12.74%).Such a non-conjugated polymer system also can well tolerate large-scale preparation and flexible substrate.Notable PCE of 11.94%for large-area rigid device and 11.56%for large-area flexible device are obtained,which is the highest value for large-area flexible all-PSCs fabricated by blade-coating.In addition,the non-conjugated PTClo-Y-based devices show excellent thermal stability and mechanical robustness.These results demonstrate that the non-conjugated polymer acceptors are potential candidates for the fabrication of highly-efficient,large-area and robust flexible all-PSCs by printing methods.

Nonvolatile ionogels have recently emerged as promising soft electrolyte materials due to their high ionic conductivity and good durability.However,the compatibility between polymer networks and ionic liquids(ILs),which show significant influence on the physicochemical properties of the ionogels,has been rarely studied.Herein,we elucidate a lower critical solution temperature(LCST)-type phase behavior of ionogels composed of polyacrylates and hydrophobic 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium bis{(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl}amide ILs.We systematically study the structural effects of ILs and monomers on the LCST of ionogels.Our work illustrates that the LCST of ionogels is primarily determined by the polarity of polymer side chains and the alkyl chain on cations of ILs.The oriented solvation between polymers and ILs caused by hydrogen-bonding effects and van der Waals interactions may serve as the driving force for the LCST phase behavior in our system.Furthermore,by varying the mixing ratio of two structurally similar ILs in their blends,the LCST of ionogels can be tuned to exhibit a linear variation within a wide temperature range(from subzero to over 200℃).Finally,thermoresponsive ionogels with desired patterns are prepared using photomasks.These nonvolatile ionogels with tunable LCST enriched the functionality of state-of-the-art ionogels,which provides insight into the design and fabrication of smart and flexible electronic/optical devices.

In this paper,a fully bio-based vinyl oligomer with high functionalities was successfully prepared from rapeseed oil by three modification steps:epoxidation of rapeseed oil,solvent-free and catalyst-free ring opening by 10-undecylenic acid followed by esterification with 10-undecenoyl chloride.Then,the renewable polymers were prepared by photo-polymerization of these modified vegetable oils with typical thiol monomers:pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-mercaptopropionate),pentaerythritol tris(3-mercaptopropionate)and 1,2-ethanedithiol.The synthesis of the vinyl oligomer was monitored by nuclear magnetic resonance and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy.The average number of the carbon-carbon double bonds of the resulting vinyl oligomer is high to be 7.2.The kinetic of thiol-ene photo-polymerization of vegetable oil-based vinyl oligomer was studied by FTIR-ATR analyses.In addition,the thermo-physical properties,thermal stability and solvent resistance of these UV cured films were characterized.The polymers from 1,2-ethanedithiol exhibit higher gel content,storage modulus and glass transition temperature than those from other thiol monomers due to the high crosslinking densities of the resulting polymers.All polymers show excellent thermal stability up to 290oC.The resulting polymers exhibit thermo-physical properties,excellent water resistance and thermals stability,which is promising to find application in coatings and adhesives.

Novel Donor-Acceptor Copolymers Based on Dithienosilole and Ketone Modified Thieno[3,4-b]thiophene for Photovoltaic Application

Two novel donor-acceptor （D-A） copolymers containing dithienosilole （DTS） donor unit and ketone modified thieno[3,4-b]thiophene （TT） acceptor unit, namely, poly{4,4＇-bis（2-ethylhexyl）dithieno[3,2-b：2＇,Y-d]silole-5,5＇-diyl- alt-l-（thieno[3,4-b]thiophen-2-yl）-2-ethylhexan-l-one} （PDTSTT） and poly{4,4＇-bis（2-ethylhexyl）dithieno[3,2- b：2＇,3＇-d]silole-5,5＇-diyl-alt- 1-（4,6-bis（4-ethylhexylthien-2-yl）thieno[3,4-b]thiophen-2-yl）-2-ethylhexan- 1-one} （PD- TSDTTT）, were synthesized for the application in polymer solar cells （PSCs）, and the effects of thiophene bridge on the structural geometry and photovoiltaie performance have been investigated. The polymer PDTSTT and PDTSDTTT have the electrochemical bandgaps of 1.54 and 2.02 eV, together with low-lying HOMO energy levels of-5.47 and -5.37 eV, respectively. Molecular geometry simulation result shows that compared with PDTSTT, the insertion of thiophene bridge in PDTSDTTT can well relieve the steric hindrance between the TT and DTS unit, as confirmed by the reduced dihedral angle between DTS and DTTT unit. Under the illumination of AM 1.5G, 100 mW/cm2, the PSC based on PDTSDTTT/PC61BM （1 ： 1, w ： w） demonstrates a power conversion efficiency of 1.0%, which is significantly improved in comparison with the device based on PDTSTT/PC61BM （1 ： 2, w ： w） under the same experimental condition. This is because the enhanced planarity and increased effective conjugation of the main chain in PDTSDTTT promote the more favorable morphology for charge transportation, although PDTSTT possesses the broader absorption band than PDTSDTTT.

Textural and compositional zoning within plagioclase phenocrysts records the magma chamber processes,such as magma differentiation,magma recharge and mixing,and crustal contamination.The plagioclase phenocrysts in the Daqiao and Qiaojia plagioclase-phyric basalts from the Emeishan Large Igneous Province(LIP)show complex textural and compositional zoning patterns,e.g.,normal,reverse,oscillatory,and patchy zoning patterns.Most plagioclase phenocrysts exhibit a core–rim normal zoning pattern(Pl-A)with euhedral high-An cores(An=76–78%,in mole fraction)and low-An rims(An=68–72%),indicative of the crystal regrowth processes caused by recharge of relatively evolved magmas after the formation of high-An cores.Some phenocrysts have a core–rim reverse zoning pattern(Pl-B)with irregular ovaloid cores,characterized by extremely low An(60–61 mol%)and Ba(84–88 ppm)contents and extremely high87Sr/86Sr ratios(0.7120–0.7130).The rims of the Pl-B have relatively high An(69–72%),Ba(~160 ppm)contents,and low87Sr/86Sri(~0.7056).These Pl-B plagioclase phenocrysts preserve the information about the interaction between the crustal xenocrysts and the transporting magmas.Some plagioclase phenocrysts show a core–mantle–rim oscillatory zoning pattern(Pl-C)with multiple oscillations of An(70–80%),Ba(88–147ppm)from core to rim,revealing replenishment and mixing of multiple batches of basaltic melts with diverse compositions.87Sr/86Sr ratios of the Pl-C do not vary significantly(0.7050–0.7054).A small portion of phenocrysts has patchy patterns in the cores(Pl-D),where the low-An patches(72–75%)in form of elliptical or irregular elongated shapes were enclosed by the high-An domains(80–87%).These features can be attributed to crystal dissolution and regrowth processes during the reaction between earlyformed low-Cumulates and recharged hot primitive melts.The cores,mantles,and rims of different types of plagioclase phenocrysts(except the core of Pl-B)commonly display nearly constant Sr isotopic compositions,implying insignificant wall-rock assimi

We describe the lower critical solution temperature(LCST)-type phase behavior of poly(butyl acrylate)(PBA)dissolved in hydrophobic 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium bis{(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl}amide ionic liquids(ILs).The temperature-composition phase diagrams of these PBA/ILs systems are strongly asymmetric with the critical composition shifted to low concentrations of PBA.As the molecular weight increases from 5.0×10^(3) to 2.0×10^(4),the critical temperature decreases by about 67℃,and the critical composition shifts to a lower concentration.Furthermore,the LCST of PBA/ILs system increases as increasing the alkyl side chain length in the imidazolium cation.Using IL blends as solvents,the LCST of PBA can be tuned almost linearly over a wide range by varying the mixing ratio of two ionic liquids without modifying the chemical structure of the polymers.

All-polymer solar cells(all-PSCs)have made significant progress recently,but few studies have been conducted to investigate the lab-to-manufacturing translation from the spin-coating method to the printing process.Here,the random copolymerization method and non-conjugated backbone approach are integrated to manipulate the morphology and photoelectric properties of the active layer for large-area printed all-PSCs.A series of non-conjugated terpolymer acceptors PYSe-TC_(6)T(x)(x=5,10,and 20,refers to the molar ratio of TC_(6)T unit)are developed by covalently introducing non-conjugated unit TC_(6)T into the PYSe host bipolymer by random copolymerization.The spin-coated PYSe-TC_(6)T(10)-based all-PSC demonstrates the best power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 13.54%,superior to the PYSe-based one(12.45%).More intriguingly,morphological studies reveal that a combination of the random polymerization and non-conjugated backbone strategy can effectively prevent the active layer from overaggregation and improve the film quality during the printing process,thereby minimizing the efficiency and technology gap between spin-coated small-area devices and blade-coated large-area devices.By directly using the same preparation condition of spin-coating,the blade-coated small-area(0.04 cm^(2))delivers a PCE of 12.83%and the large-area(1.21 cm^(2))device achieves a PCE of 11.96%with a small PCE loss.Both PCE value and PCE loss are one of the most outstanding performances of the bladecoated all-PSCs.These findings reveal that a combination of the non-conjugated flexible backbone with random copolymerization to develop non-conjugated terpolymers is an attractive design concept to smoothly realize the lab-to-manufacturing translation.
