Assessing climate change impacts on crop phenology is essential for developing adaptation *** better understand crop response and adaptation to climate change,there is an urgent need to investigate whether the impacts weakens and how crops responds to recent climate warming,as well as the roles of different drivers in crop phenology ***,we analyzed the spatiotemporal changes in maize phenology and the underlying mechanisms over 1981–2018 using up-to-date 6106 phenological observations at 327 agro-meteorological stations in *** found that during 1981–2018 maize sowing and maturity dates were generally delayed by 0.6 and 1.2 d per decade,respectively,whereas heading date was advanced by 0.9 d per *** phenology was most negatively correlated with rising minimum temperature(night-time warming),followed by maximum(daytime)temperature,and least by mean *** trends in maize phenology and the correlation between growth periods and temperature generally declined from 1981 to 1999 to 2000–2018 for both spring and summer maize,although climate warming during growth period did not slow *** phenological response to temperature weakened mainly owing to agricultural managements,especially cultivar *** change shortened growth period by 3.4 and 1.7 d per decade but cultivar shifts prolonged it by 4.5 and 2.1 d per decade for spring and summer maize,*** study highlights that maize phenology is more sensitive to night-time warming than daytime warming,and cultivar shifts far outweigh climate *** findings foster the understanding of spatiotemporal dynamics of maize phenology and its drivers,which can benefit to develop effective climate change adaptation options for different regions.

Graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4)) with transition metal phosphides has been studied extensively as potential photocatalysts for hydrogen ***,in-situ approaches to realize intimate interfacial contacts have rarely been *** this study,Ni_(2)P nanoparticlesdecorated g-C_(3)N_(4)photocatalysts were prepared via liquid exfoliation of g-C_(3)N_(4) followed by in-situ loading of Ni_(2)P nanoparticles in a rotating packed bed(RPB) *** optimized Ni_(2)P/g-C_(3)N_(4) exhibits high performance in visible-light-driven(λ > 420 nm) hydrogen evolution(~561 μmol g-1h-1),which is 103 times higher than that of pristine g-C_(3)N_(4).The superior photocatalytic performance and durability originate from the robust interfacial ***,a Z-scheme route with enhanced transfer of photoinduced electron was proposed,and Ni_(2)P/gC_(3)N_(4) composites with smaller bandgaps than those of g-C_(3)N_(4) were *** to the intensified mass transfer and mixing of RPB reactor,the adsorption and nucleation processes of Ni_(2)P on g-C_(3)N_(4) were enhanced,enabling scalable solar light-driven H_(2) production.

BACKGROUND Regular abdominal massage can be used to treat digestive symptoms such as bloating and constipation and is reported to reduce abdominal discomfort,improve digestive function,and increase the quality of life,without serious adverse *** pancreatic injury is rare,and most often occurs during severe trauma such as steering wheel impact *** our knowledge,pancreatic injury caused by massage has not yet been reported in the *** SUMMARY A 57-year-old woman was referred to our hospital for acute abdominal pain and transient *** examination,she had low hemoglobin concentration and a high white blood cell count and neutrophil *** computed tomography of the abdomen revealed a substantial hemorrhage in the abdominal cavity.A large amount of exudate in the pancreatic area was considered a *** diagnosis was *** hemoglobin and blood pressure did not rise even after *** suspected progressive bleeding in the abdominal cavity and urgently performed exploratory *** the operation,the pancreas was confirmed to be ruptured;hence,spleen-preserving pancreatic body and tail resection were performed.A pancreatic fistula was found on the 15th d after the operation,and the patient was discharged with a drainage tube on the 24th d after active ***,it was discovered that the patient had undergone a vigorous abdominal massage the day before the abdominal pain *** our knowledge,this is the first report of isolated pancreatic injury and massive abdominal hemorrhage caused by abdominal *** Our findings indicate that any action that increases intra-abdominal pressure may cause internal organ *** also review similar cases reported in the literature.

Bottom water coning is the main reason to reduce the recovery of horizontal bottom water reservoir. By water coning, we mean the oil-water interface changes from a horizontal state to a mound-shaped cone and breaks through to the wellbore. Autonomous inflow control device(AICD) is an important instrument maintain normal production after bottom water coning, however, the resistance increasing ability of the swirl type AICD is insufficient at present, which seriously affects the water control effect. Aiming this problem, this paper designs a multi-stage resistance-increasing and composite type AICD. The separation mechanism of oil-water two phases in this structure, the resistance form of oil-water single phase and the resistance-increasing principle of water phase are analyzed. Establishing the dual-phase multi-stage separation and resistance-increasing model, and verified by measuring the throttling pressure drop and oil-water volume fraction of the AICD, it is found that the composite type AICD has the effect of ICD and AICD at the same time, which can balance the production rate of each well section at the initial stage of production, delay the occurrence of bottom water coning. In the middle and later stages of production, water-blocking can be effectively increased to achieve water control and stable *** structural sensitivity analysis, the influence law of various structural parameters on the water control performance of composite AICD was obtained. The simulation calculation results show that,compared with the existing swirl type AICD, composite AICD has higher sensitivity to moisture content,the water phase throttling pressure drop is increased by 4.5 times on average. The composite AICD is suitable for the entire stage of horizontal well production.

It is still challenging to fully integrate computing in memory chip as edge learning *** recent work published on Science,a fully-integrated chip based on neuromorphic memristors was developed for edge learning as artificial neural networks with functionality of synapses,dendrites,and somas.A crossbar-array memristor chip facilitated edge learning including hardware realization,learning algorithm,and cycle-parallel sign-and threshold-based learning(STELLAR)*** motion control and demonstration platforms were executed to improve the edge learning ability for adapting to new scenarios.

The effects of Co and Fe co-doping Ni-Mn-In alloy on the phase stability,lattice parameters,mag-netic properties,and electronic structures are systematically investigated by using the first-principles *** indicate that Fe atoms replace the excess Mn2 atoms by direct and indirect coex-istence(Fe→Mn 2 and Fe→In→Mn2);Co substitutes the Ni atoms by direct substitution(Co→Ni)for the Ni-Mn-In *** austenites all exhibit the ferromagnetic(FM)state for the studied *** NM martensites are in the ferrimagnetic(FIM-1)state for the Ni_(2)Mn_(1.5)In_(0.5),Ni_(2)Mn_(1.25)In_(0.5)Fe 0.25,Ni_(1.75)Mn_(1.5)In_(0.5)Co_(0.25),and Ni_(1.75)Mn_(1.25)In_(0.5)Co_(0.25)Fe 0.25 alloys,while the other compositions are in the FM *** phase stability of austenite and martensite decreases with increasing Co and Fe co-doping.A magnetic-structural coupling transition occurs at x<0.25 and y<*** Ni_(1.91)Mn_(1.5)In_(0.5)Co_(0.08)and Ni_(1.91)Mn_(1.42)In_(0.5)Co_(0.08)Fe_(0.08)alloys exhibit an A→6M→NM transformation,accompanied by a magnetic *** Co and Fe are co-doped,the hybridization strength between Co and Fe is greater than that between Co/Fe and *** enhancement of magnetocaloric and elastocaloric effects is favored by larger magnetization difference(△M)and lattice volume change(△V/V_(0)).Based on the calculated phase stability,magneto-structure coupling,△V/V 0 and c/a ratio,one can predict that the Ni_(2)-x Mn_(1.5)-y In_(0.5)Co x Fe y alloy with Co content 0≤x≤0.25 and Fe content 0≤y≤0.05 is predicted to have good magneto-controlled functional behavior.
