Serum was obtained from 25 male renal cell carcinoma(RCC) patients and 21 healthy males.O-glycans were released by a-elimination reaction and purified by graphitized carbon cartridge solid phase extraction,then profiled by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionisation-time of flight mass *** noise removal and peak alignment,1372 peaks were extracted from 200000 data *** peaks were analyzed by calculation of differential sensitivity and *** combination of two feature peaks was chosen as a biomarker and could clearly differentiate RCC and normal samples in our study group.

With the development of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine,it is much desired to establish bioimaging techniques to monitor the real-time regeneration efficacy in vivo in a non-invasive ***,we tried magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)to evaluate knee cartilage regeneration after implanting a biomaterial scaffold seeded with chondrocytes,namely,matrix-induced autologous chondrocyte implantation(maCI).After summary of the T2 mapping and the T1-related delayed gadolinium-enhanced MRI imaging of cartilage(dGEMRIC)in vitro and in vivo in the literature,these two MRI techniques were tried *** this study,18 patients were followed up for 1 *** was found that there was a significant difference between the regeneration site and the neighboring normal site(control),and the difference gradually diminished with regeneration time up to 1 year according to both the quantitative T1 and T2 MRI *** further established the correlation between the quantitative evaluation of MRI and the clinical Lysholm scores for the first ***,the MRI technique was confirmed to be a feasible semiquantitative yet non-invasive way to evaluate the in vivo regeneration of knee articular cartilage.

Infection Characteristics and Interaction of Three Species of Penicillium in the Postharvest Storage of‘Gonggan'mandarin(Citrus reticulata)

[Objectives]This study was conducted to understand the infection characteristics of Penicillium on‘Gonggan’mandarin(Citrus reticulata)and its effects on postharvest storage quality.[Methods]Nine inoculation treatments were designed and tested for the three identified Penicillium species,namely:three single inoculation experiments,four compound inoculation experiments,and two controls without *** treatment,the fruit was put into plastic film fresh-keeping bags and stored at a natural room *** determined and analyzed indexes included fruit disease incidence,disease index,disease symptoms,disease spot expansion speed and weight loss rate,soluble solid content and organic acid content in different inoculation treatments.[Results]All‘Gonggan’fruit inoculated with Penicillium were diseased 2 d after inoculation,and completely rotted 14 d *** the three Penicillium species isolated and identified,Penicillium digitorum and its combinations were the most harmful to‘Gonggan’*** hazard of Penicillium italicum was equal to or even weaker than that of Penicillium ***,*** dominated when coexisting on the same *** species of Penicillium obviously showed competition and antagonism in the process of growth and infection,especially for *** which was stronger,but other two species of Penicillium also had obvious self-protection ***-temperature storage played a crucial role in the preservation of‘Gonggan’fruit,because it could significantly inhibit Penicillium infestation,and suppress fruit weight loss and the reduction of the contents of soluble solids and organic acids.[Conclusions]The infection characteristics and interaction relationship of Penicillium in the postharvest storage of‘Gonggan’fruit were revealed.

In this article,we present detailed seasonal,monthly and daily statistics of temperature difference in the surface layer at the Muztagh-ata site based on the temperature measurements at two heights of 2 m and6 *** find that temperature inversion occurs frequently at our site during nighttime,especially during the cold *** temperature inversion always represents stable atmospheric turbulence,which is crucial for an optical *** analyzing the behavior of temperature inversion and its correlation with wind and cloud amount,one conclusion can be made that radiation inversion is the main reason for the existence of temperature inversion in the surface-layer at the Muztagh-ata site.

Aqueous Zn-ion batteries(AZIBs) have emerged as potential candidates for Li-ion batteries due to their intrinsic safety and high ***,metallic Zn anodes encounter dendrite growth and water-induced corrosion,rendering poor stability and severe irreversibility at the electrode/electrolyte interface during *** stabilize the Zn anode,we report a low-cost and effective nonionic surfactant,Tween-20 polymer,as an electrolyte additive for *** Tween-20,sequential oxyethylene groups tended to be preferentially adsorbed on the Zn electrode to form a shielding layer for regulating uniform Zn ***,the hydrophobic hendecyl chains prevented H_(2)O-induced corrosion on the Zn anode *** from the desired functional groups,when only trace amounts of Tween-20(0.050 g·L^(-1)) were used,the Zn anode displayed good cycling stability over 2170 h at10 ma·cm^(-2) and a high average Coulombic efficiency of98.94% over 1000 *** Tween-20 polymer can also be effectively employed in MnO_(2)/Zn full *** their toxicity,price and amount of usage,these surfactant additives provide a promising strategy for realizing the stability and reversibility of high-performance Zn anodes.

Silicon monoxide(SiO)is an attractive anode material for next-generation lithium-ion batteries for its ultra-high theoretical capacity of 2680 mah g−*** studies to date have been limited to electrodes with a rela-tively low mass loading(materials is critical for capitalizing their potential in practi-cal ***,we report a monolithic three-dimensional(3D)large-sheet holey gra-phene framework/SiO(LHGF/SiO)composite for high-mass-loading *** specifically using large-sheet holey graphene building blocks,we construct LHGF with super-elasticity and exceptional mechanical robustness,which is essential for accommodating the large volume change of SiO and ensuring the structure integrity even at ultrahigh mass ***,the 3D porous graphene network structure in LHGF ensures excellent electron and ion *** systematically tailoring microstructure design,we show the LHGF/SiO anode with a mass loading of 44 mg cm^(−2)delivers a high areal capacity of 35.4 mah cm^(−2)at a current of 8.8 ma cm^(−2)and retains a capacity of 10.6 mah cm^(−2)at 17.6 ma cm^(−2),greatly exceeding those of the state-of-the-art commercial or research ***,we show an LHGF/SiO anode with an ultra-high mass loading of 94 mg cm^(−2)delivers an unprecedented areal capacity up to 140.8 mah cm^(−2).The achievement of such high areal capacities marks a critical step toward realizing the full potential of high-capacity alloy-type electrode materials in practical lithium-ion batteries.

Interleukin-33(IL-33)is a crucial nuclear cytokine that induces the type 2 immune response and maintains immune *** fine-tuned regulation of IL-33 in tissue cells is critical to control of the type 2 immune response in airway inflammation,but the mechanism is still ***,we found that healthy individuals had higher phosphate-pyridoxal(PLP,an active form of vitamin B6)concentrations in the serum than asthma *** serum PLP concentrations in asthma patients were strongly associated with worse lung function and *** a mouse model of lung inflammation,we revealed that PLP alleviated the type 2 immune response and that this inhibitory effect relied on the activity of IL-33.A mechanistic study showed that in vivo,pyridoxal(PL)needed to be converted into PLP,which inhibited the type 2 response by regulating IL-33 *** mice heterozygous for pyridoxal kinase(PDXK),the conversion of PL to PLP was limited,and IL-33 levels were increased in the lungs,aggravating type 2 ***,we found that the mouse double minute 2 homolog(MDM2)protein,an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase,could ubiquitinate the N-terminus of IL-33 and sustain IL-33 stability in epithelial *** reduced MDM2-mediated IL-33 polyubiquitination and decreased the level of IL-33 through the proteasome *** addition,inhalation of PLP alleviated asthma-related effects in mouse *** summary,our data indicate that vitamin B6 regulates MDM2-mediated IL-33 stability to constrain the type 2 response,which might help develop a potential preventive and therapeutic agent for allergy-related diseases.

采用平衡常数法计算了不同配方下硝酸羟胺(HAN)基水下单元推进剂D1(含二氧杂环己烷)的燃气组成及能量示性数;在液体再生式密闭爆发器中对D1进行了燃烧实验,定性分析了不同装填密度对燃烧性能的影响;对D1、LP1846、OTTOⅡ-三种推进剂的能量特性和水面航迹进行了分析比较。结果表明,D1的理论比冲和特征速度可分别达到2343.53 ***-1、1466.32 m.s-1,较LP1846(2157.99 ***-1,1341.04 m.s-1)、OTTO-Ⅱ(2038.52 ***-1)高;D1水溶性产物占燃气摩尔总数的77.7%,水面航迹较OTTOⅡ-小,具有较好的隐蔽性。
