This paper will be on the real estate development enterprise cost analysis and cost forecast, decision-making, plan, control, analysis and feedback were described, as well as how to use value engineering to enterprise value chain each link cost allocation, ut also to the enterprise strategy analysis and research, as well as cost management and strategic interaction analysis. Finally, it has a cost of real estate development enterprises case analysis and research. The author believes that the article will be on the real estate development enterprise management have some practical significance.

Corporate Tax Differences under the New Accounting Standards

The tax differences is the enterprise according to the provisions of accounting standards to calculate the total profit and tax calculated according to the enterprise income tax＇s tax base taxable income differences. Enterprise accounting standards and tax for the same subject for different purposes, leading to both the principle is different, as well as for the same matter measurement and confirmation of different, resulting in tax differences. In this paper, from the aspect of theory to the study of tax differences, from tax differences that the tax law and accounting purposes different proceed with, on the basis of theoretical analysis, design a regression model from empirical research on tax differences. According to the 2009,2010 and201 lthree annual sample data regression results, discussed in the new＂ accounting standards for business enterprises＂ of corporate tax difference change tendency, and according to the tax law and accounting standards caused by the different effects of tax differences for the main project correlation analysis, so as to verify the theoretical expectations.

Characteristics of rare-earth elements (REE),strontium and neodymium isotopes in hydrothermal fluorites from the Bailashui tin deposit in the Furong ore field,southern Hunan Province,China

In this paper the authors present the REE concentrations and Sr and Nd isotopic compositions of fluorites from the Bailashui tin deposit of the Furong ore field,southern Hunan Province. The results showed that the total amount of REE in fluorites is usually low,ranging from 0.705 to 8.785 μg/g with the chondrite-normalized REE dis-tribution patterns similar to those of the qitianling granites in the study area,characterized by LREE-enrichment patterns with pronounced negative Eu anomalies. The fluorites vary in Sr isotopic composition within the range of 0.7083-0.7091,the values are lower than those of the granites and higher than those of the host carbonate rocks in this area. The εNd(t) values of fluorites vary between -9.4 and +10.3,revealing that both the crust-and mantle-source materials were involved in the ore-forming hydrothermal fluids. Combined with previous studies on this ore deposit,the Bailashui tin deposit is temporally and spatially closely related with granitic magmatism in this area. The hydro-thermal fluorites are the product of fluid/rock interactions between granitic magmatic hydrothermal fluid and marine carbonate rocks. The REE and F in the ore-forming fluid were derived from the granites,whereas Sr in the ore-forming fluid came mainly from the granitic magmatic hydrothermal fluid and marine carbonate rocks,although variations in Sr isotopic composition cannot be explained by a simple mixture of these two end-members. Evidence demonstrated that the ore-forming fluids are of crustal-mantle mixing origin,but that the fluids were probably in-completely homogenized and this may be caused by inhomogeneous mixing of the fluids of different sources.

Mission-critical software （MCS） must provide continuous, online services to ensure the successful accomplish- ment of critical missions. Self-adaptation is particularly desirable for assuring the quality of service （QoS） and availability of MCS under uncertainty. Few techniques have insofar addressed the issue of MCS self-adaptation, and most existing approaches to software self-adaptation fail to take into account uncertainty in the self-adaptation loop. To tackle this problem, we propose a fuzzy control based approach, i.e., Software Fuzzy Self-Adaptation （SFSA）, with a view to deal with the challenge of MCS self-adaptation under uncertainty. First, we present the SFSA conceptual framework, consisting of sensing, deciding and acting stages, and establish the formal model of SFSA to lay a rigorous and mathematical foundation of our approach. Second, we develop a novel SFSA implementation technology as well as its supporting tool, i.e., the SFSA toolkit, to automate the realization process of SFSA. Finally, we demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach through the development of an adaptive MCS application in process control systems. Validation experiments show that the fuzzy control based approach proposed in this work is effective and with low overheads.

Background:The effects of biodiversity on community function and services are frequently studied in the history of ecology,while the response of individual species to biodiversity remains great *** this study,we determined the biodiversity effects on community productivity as well as species level plant mass and carbon(C)and nitrogen(N)metabolism of eight submerged *** macrophytes in Lake Erhai were selected and planted in a water depth of one meter along a diversity gradient of 1,2,4 or 8 ***,the community productivity or species level plant mass,soluble protein,free amino acid and soluble carbohydrate were correlated to species richness to determine the biodiversity effects on community and single ***:The results showed that the community level biomass was positively correlated to plant species richness although the species level plant mass of individual species responded differently to the overall plant species ***,only one plant mass positively correlated to species richness and the others decreased or showed no significant correlation with the increase of species *** soluble proteins of most macrophytes were positively correlated to species richness;however,both the free amino acid and soluble carbohydrate of the plants were negatively or not significantly correlated to species ***:These results indicated that the selection effects might dominate in our aquatic communities and the negative impacts of biodiversity on C and N metabolism of the macrophytes increased with the increase of species richness,which might result from the strong competition among the studied *** biodiversity effects on the plant mass,and C and N metabolism of individual submerged species were first reported in this study,while more such field and control experiments deserve further research.

Rain-on-snow(ROS)events can cause rapid snowmelt,leading to flooding and avalanches in the pan-Arctic and can also lead to starvation and the death of massive *** products(e.g.,ERA-I,ERA5-land,JRA55,MERRA2)are the primary source data for the research about ROS events in the large-scale ***,the accuracy and reliability of reanalyses have never been evaluated with respect to the determination of terrestrial ROS *** present study aims to statistically evaluate the performance of reanalysis datasets in identifying ROS events with different criteria based on in-situ rainfall data and MODIS snow cover *** results show that all reanalysis datasets exhibit poor performance(Recall≤0.16,Kappa coefficient≤0.26,F-score≤0.42,MCC≤0.33)in all criteria in the pan-Arctic,mainly due to the low accuracy of rainfall data(r≤0.56).Nevertheless,the spatial distribution pattern and hot spots of ROS from all reanalysis datasets are essentially *** hot spots of ROS are mainly located on the coast of Alaska,Norway,and *** reanalyses demonstrate an increase in rainy days,but there is little overall change in ROS events due to the reduction in snow cover *** work suggests that none of the current reanalyses are reliable in the determination of ROS events due to the poor representation of the rainfall parameterization *** development of alternative strategies that can investigate ROS events at large-scale is urgently needed in a changing Arctic under rapid warming.

Trigeminal neuralgia is a debilitating condition,and the pain easily spreads to other parts of the ***,we established a mouse model of partial transection of the infraorbital nerve(pT-ION)and found that the Connexin 36(Cx36)inhibitor mefloquine caused greater alleviation of pT-ION-induced cold allodynia compared to the reduction of mechanical *** reversed the pT-IONinduced upregulation of Cx36,glutamate receptor ionotropic kainate 2(GluK2),transient receptor potential ankyrin 1(TRPA1),and phosphorylated extracellular signal regulated kinase(p-ERK)in the trigeminal *** allodynia but not mechanic al allodynia induced by pT-ION or by virusmediated overexpression of Cx36 in the trigeminal ganglion was reversed by the GluK2 antagonist NS 102,and knocking down Cx36 expression in Nav1.8-expressing nociceptors by injecting virus into the orofacial skin area of Nav1.8-Cre mice attenuated cold allodynia but not mechanic al *** conclusion,we show that Cx36 contributes greatly to the development of orofacial pain hypersensitivity through GluK2,TRPA1,and p-ERK signaling.

Prostate cancer(PCa)exhibits epidemiological and molecular *** extensive studies of its phenotypic and genetic properties in Western populations,its molecular basis is not clear in Chinese *** determine critical molecular characteristics and explore correlations between genomic markers and clinical parameters in Chinese populations,we applied an integrative genetic/transcriptomic assay that combines targeted next-generation sequencing and quantitative real-time PCR(qRT-PCR)on samples from 46 Chinese patients with ***(K)-specific methyltransferase 2D(KMT2D),zinc finger homeobox 3(ZFHX3),A-kinase anchoring protein 9(AKAP9),and GLI family zinc finger 1(GLI1)were frequently mutated in our ***,a clinicopathological analysis showed that RB transcriptional corepressor 1(RB1)deletion was common in patients with a high risk of disease ***,four genomic events,MYC proto-oncogene(MYC)amplification,RB1 deletion,APC regulator of WNT signaling pathway(APC)mutation or deletion,and cyclin-dependent kinase 12(CDK12)mutation,were correlated with poor disease-free *** addition,a close link between KMT2D expression and the androgen receptor(AR)signaling pathway was observed both in our cohort and in The Cancer Genome Atlas Prostate Adenocarcinoma(TCGA-PRAD)*** summary,our results demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of integrative molecular characterization of PCa samples in disease pathology research and personalized medicine.

Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a worldwide public health *** to delay or prevent the onset of RA have attracted much attention in recent years,and researchers are now exploring various prevention *** present,there is still no unified consensus for RA prevention,but targeting therapeutic windows and implementing interventions for at-risk individuals are extremely *** to the limited number of clinical trials on pharmacologic interventions,further studies are needed to explore and establish optimal intervention regimens and effective measures to prevent progression to *** this review,we introduce the RA disease process and risk factors,and present research on the use of both Western and Chinese medicine from clinical perspectives regarding RA ***,we describe several complete and ongoing clinical studies on the use of Chinese herbal formulae for the prevention of RA.
