Predictive model for non-malignant portal vein thrombosis associated with cirrhosis based on inflammatory biomarkers

Stability and variability of molecular subtypes:comparative analysis of primary and metastatic triple-negative breast cancer

Objective:Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a heterogeneous and aggressive *** our previous study classified primary TNBC into four subtypes,comprehensive longitudinal investigations are ***:We assembled a large-scale,real-world cohort comprised of 880 TNBC patients[465 early-stage TNBC(eTNBC)and 415 metastatic TNBC(mTNBC)patients]who were treated at Fudan University Shanghai Cancer *** longitudinal dynamics of TNBC subtypes during disease progression were elucidated in this patient *** analysis was performed to compare primary and metastatic lesions within specific TNBC ***:The recurrence and metastasis rates within 3 years after initial diagnosis in the eTNBC cohort were 10.1%(47/465).The median overall survival(OS)in the mTNBC cohort was 27.2 months[95%confidence interval(CI),24.4–30.2 months],which indicated a poor *** prognostic significance of the original molecular subtypes in both eTNBC and mTNBC patients was *** molecular subtypes were maintained in 77.5%of the patients throughout disease progression with the mesenchymal-like(MES)subtype demonstrating a tendency for subtype transition and brain ***,a precision treatment strategy based on the metastatic MES subtype of target lesions resulted in improved progression-free survival in the FUTURE ***:Our longitudinal study comprehensively revealed the clinical characteristics and survival of patients with the original TNBC subtypes and validated the consistency of most molecular subtypes throughout disease ***,we emphasize the major importance of repeat pathologic confirmation of the MES subtype.

Current cytotoxic T lymphocyte(CTL)activating immunotherapy requires a major histocompatibility complex I(MHC-I)-mediated presentation of tumor-associated antigens,which malfunctions in around half of patients with triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).Here,we create a LCL161-loaded macrophage membrane decorated nanoparticle(LMN)for immunotherapy of MHC-I-deficient *** on the macrophage membrane helps LMNs recognize CD47-expressing cancer cells for targeted delivery of LCL161,which induces the release of high mobility group protein 1 and proinflammatory cytokines from cancer *** released cytokines and high mobility group protein 1 activate antitumor immunity by increasing the intratumoral density of the phagocytic macrophage subtype by 15 times and elevating the intratumoral concentration of CTL lymphotoxin by 4.6 *** also block CD47-mediated phagocytosis *** inhibit the growth of MHC-I-deficient TNBC tumors,as well as those resistant to combined therapy of anti-PDL1 antibody and albumin-bound paclitaxel,and prolong the survival of animals,during which process CTLs also play important *** macrophage membrane-decorated nanoparticle presents a generalizable platform for increasing macrophagemediated antitumor immunity for effective immunotherapy of MHC-I-deficient cancers.

First multi-wavelength photometric light curves(LCs)of the short-period eclipsing binary(EB)1 SWASP J034439.97+030425.5(hereafter J0344)are presented and analyzed by using the 2013 version of the Wilson-Devinney(W-D)*** explain the asymmetric LCs of J0344,a cool star-spot on the less massive component was *** photometric solutions suggest that J0344 is a W-subtype shallow contact EB with a contact degree of f=4.9%±3.0%and a mass ratio of q=2.456±***,an obvious third light was detected in our *** calculated the average luminosity contribution of the third light to the total light,and that value reaches up to 49.78%.Based on the O-C method,the variations of the orbital period were studied for the first *** O-C diagram reveals a secular decrease superimposed on a cyclic *** orbital period decreases at a rate of d P/dt=-6.07×10-7 d yr-1,which can be explained by the mass transfer from the more massive component to the less massive ***,its O-C diagram also shows a cyclic oscillation with an amplitude of 0.0030 d and a period about 7.08 yr,which can be explained by the presence of a third body with a minimum mass of M3 min=0.15±0.02 M⊙.The third component may play an important role in the formation and evolution of J0344 by drawing angular momentum from the central system.

Genesis of ultra-deep dolostone and controlling factors of largescale reservoir:A case study of the Sinian Dengying Formation and the Cambrian Longwangmiao Formation in the Sichuan Basin

Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction(DMI)is the key ingredient of chiral spintronic phenomena and the emerging technologies based on such phenomena.A nonzero DMI usually occurs at magnetic interfaces or within non-centrosymmetric single ***,we report the observation of a strong unexpected DMI within a centrosymmetric polycrystalline ferromagnet that has neither a crystal inversion symmetry breaking nor a composition *** DMI is a bulk effect,increases with the thickness of the magnetic layer,and is insensitive to the symmetry of the interfaces or the neighboring *** observe a total DMI strength that is a factor of>2 greater than the highest interfacial DMI in the *** DMI most likely arises from the strong spin-orbit coupling,strong orbital hybrization,and a“hidden”long-range asymmetry in the *** discovery of the strong unconventional bulk DMI in centrosymmetric,composition-uniform magnetic single layers provides fundamental building blocks for the emerging field of spintronics and will stimulate the exploitation of unconventional spin-orbit phenomena in a wide range of materials.
