Dear Editor,This letter investigates the cooperative localization problem for multiple autonomous underwater vehicles(AUVs)in underwater anchor-free environments,where AUV localization errors grow without bound due to the accumulated errors in inertial measurements(termed accumulated errors hereafter)and the lack of anchors(with known positions).

OBJECTIVE： To identify global research trends in three therapies for children with cerebral palsy. DATA RETRIEVAL： We performed a bibliometric analysis of studies on therapies for children with cerebral palsy from 2002 to 2011 retrieved from Web of Science. SELECTION CRITERIA： Inclusion criteria：（a） peer-reviewed published articles on botulinum toxin, constraint-induced movement therapy, or acupuncture for children with cerebral palsy indexed in Web of Science; （b） original research articles, reviews, meeting abstracts, proceedings papers, book chapters, editorial material, and news items; and （c） publication between 2002 and 2011. Exclusion criteria：（a） articles that required manual searching or telephone access; （b） documents that were not published in the public domain; and （c） a number of corrected papers from the total number of articles. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES：（1） Number of publications on the three therapies; （2） annual publication output, distribution by journals, distribution by institution, and top-cited articles on botulinum toxin; （3） annual publication output, distribution by journal, distribution by institution, and top-cited articles on constraint-induced movement therapy; （4） annual publication, distribution by journal, distribution by institution, and top-cited articles on acupuncture. RESULTS： This analysis, based on Web of Science articles, identified several research trends in studies published over the past 10 years of three therapies for children with cerebral palsy. More articles on botulinum toxin for treating children with cerebral palsy were published than the articles regarding constraint-induced movement therapy or acupuncture. The numbers of publications increased over the 10-year study period. The traditional clustering algorithm is difficult to deal with the identification and division of uncertain objects distributed in the overlapping region,and aimed at solving this problem,the Evidential Clustering based on General Mixture Decomposition Algorithm(GMDA-EC)is ***,the belief classification of target cluster is carried out,and the sample category of target distribution overlapping region is ***,on the basis of General Mixture Decomposition Algorithm(GMDA)clustering,the fusion model of evidence credibility and evidence relative entropy is constructed to generate the basic probability assignment of the target and achieve the belief division of the ***,the performance of the algorithm is verified by the synthetic dataset and the measured *** experimental results show that the algorithm can reflect the uncertainty of target clustering results more comprehensively than the traditional probabilistic partition clustering algorithm.

UreteroPelvic Junction Obstruction(UPJO)is a common hydronephrosis disease in children that can result in an even progressive loss of renal *** is an economical,radiationless,noninvasive,and high noise preliminary diagnostic step for *** intelligence has been widely applied to medical fields and can greatly assist doctors'diagnostic *** demand for a highly secure network environment in transferring electronic medical data online,therefore,has led to the development of blockchain *** this study,we built and tested a framework that integrates a deep learning diagnosis model with blockchain *** diagnosis model is a combination of an attention-based pyramid semantic segmentation network and a discrete wavelet transformation-processed residual classification *** also compared the performance between benchmark models and our *** diagnosis model outperformed benchmarks on the segmentation task and classification task with MloU=87.93,MPA=93.52,and accuracy=91.77%.For the blockchain system,we applied the InterPlanetary File System protocol to build a secure and private sharing *** framework can automatically grade the severity of UPJO using ultrasound images,guarantee secure medical data sharing,assist in doctors'diagnostic ability,relieve patients'burden,and provide technical support for future federated learning and linkage of the Internet of Medical Things(loMT).

The cardiovascular diseases(CVD)continue to be the major threat to global public health over the years,while one of the effective methods to treat CVD is stent *** magnesium(Mg)alloys have great potential applications in cardiovascular stents benefit from their excellent biodegradability and ***,excessive degradation rate and the delayed surface endothelialization still limit their further *** this study,we modified a Mg-Zn-Y-Nd alloy(ZE21B)by preparing MgF_(2) as the corrosion resistance layer,the dopamine polymer film(PDA)as the bonding layer,and hyaluronic acid(HA)loaded astaxanthin(ASTA)as an important layer to directing the cardiovascular cells *** electrochemical test results showed that the MgF_(2)/PDA/HA-ASTA coating improved the corrosion resistance of *** cytocompatibility experiments also demonstrated that this novel composite coating also selectively promoted endothelial cells proliferation,inhibited hyperproliferation of smooth muscle cells and adhesion of *** with the HAloaded rapamycin(RAPA)coating,our MgF_(2)/PDA/HA-ASTA coating showed better blood compatibility and cytocompatibility,indicating stronger multi-functions for the ZE21B alloy on cardiovascular application.

On the basis of computational fluid dynamics,the flow field characteristics of multi-trophic artificial reefs,including the flow field distribution features of a single reef under three different velocities and the effect of spacing between reefs on flow scale and the flow state,were *** indicate upwelling,slow flow,and eddy around a single *** velocity,height,and volume of upwelling in front of a single reef were positively correlated with inflow *** length and volume of slow flow increased with the increase in inflow *** were present both inside and backward,and vorticity was positively correlated with inflow *** between reefs had a minor influence on the maximum velocity and height of *** the increase in space from 0.5 L to 1.5 L(L is the reef lehgth),the length of slow flow in the front and back of the combined reefs increased *** the space was 2.0 L,the length of the slow flow *** four different spaces,eddies were present inside and at the back of each *** maximum vorticity was negatively correlated with space from 0.5 L to 1.5 L,but under 2.0 L space,the maximum vorticity was close to the vorticity of a single reef under the same inflow velocity.

As important messengers of intercellular communication,exosomes can regulate local and distant cellular communication by transporting specific exosomal con-tents and can also promote or suppress the development and progression of gas-tric cancer(GC)by regulating the growth and proliferation of tumor cells,the tumor-related immune response and tumor *** transport bioactive molecules including Dna,proteins,and Rna(coding and noncoding)from donor cells to recipient cells,causing reprogramming of the target *** this review,we will describe how exosomes regulate the cellular immune respon-se,tumor angiogenesis,proliferation and metastasis of GC cells,and the role and mechanism of exosome-based therapy in human *** will also discuss the potential application value of exosomes as biomarkers in the diagnosis and treat-ment of GC and their relationship with drug resistance.

Real-time tracking of fast-moving object in occlusion scene

Tracking the fast-moving object in occlusion situations is an important research topic in computer vision. Despite numerous notable contributions have been made in this field,few of them simultaneously incorporate both object's extrinsic features and intrinsic motion patterns into their methodologies,thereby restricting the potential for tracking accuracy improvement. In this paper, on the basis of efficient convolution operators(ECO) model, a speed-accuracy-balanced model is put forward. This model uses the simple correlation filter to track the object in real-time, and adopts the sophisticated deep-learning neural network to extract high-level features to train a more complex filter correcting the tracking mistakes, when the tracking state is judged to be poor. Furthermore, in the context of scenarios involving regular fast-moving, a motion model based on Kalman filter is designed which greatly promotes the tracking stability, because this motion model could predict the object's future location from its previous movement pattern. Additionally,instead of periodically updating our tracking model and training samples, a constrained condition for updating is proposed,which effectively mitigates contamination to the tracker from the background and undesirable samples avoiding model degradation when occlusion happens. From comprehensive experiments, our tracking model obtains better performance than ECO on object tracking benchmark 2015(OTB100), and improves the area under curve(AUC) by about 8% and 32% compared with ECO, in the scenarios of fast-moving and occlusion on our own collected dataset.
